Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencegahan bullying sebagai proses pembudayaan nilai sosial serta mengidentifikasi aset komunitas sekolah yang dapat dioptimalkan melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain pengabdian berbasis partisipatif, yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 14 Gelumbang dengan melibatkan siswa sekolah dasar dan guru kelas sebagai subjek. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan catatan reflektif selama proses intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami bentuk dan dampak bullying, meningkatkan empati melalui simulasi peran, serta mengubah pola komunikasi menjadi lebih sopan dan dialogis. Guru juga memperkuat pembiasaan nilai anti-perundungan melalui penguatan positif dalam interaksi harian. Secara implikatif, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pencegahan bullying yang ditanamkan melalui ABCD lebih efektif karena berbasis pada penguatan aset moral, bukan pendekatan sosialisasi satu arah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa anti-bullying harus diinternalisasikan sebagai budaya sekolah yang berkelanjutan, bukan sekadar kegiatan programatik.

Abstract

During the caliphate period, communication facilities such as postal networks, letters, and messengers were developed to facilitate communication between the government and the public. In addition, mosques also served as communication facilities themselves, as they were places where people gathered to worship, learn, and share information. The objectives of this study are to analyze the factors underlying the communication strategies employed by Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers in nurturing and influencing the moral character of students at SMK Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai; and to analyze how Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers use communication strategies to nurture and influence the moral character of students at SMK Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai. This research is a qualitative case study, and data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Students in the 10th grade Computer Network Engineering class at SMK Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai and Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan teachers were the subjects of this research. The research findings indicate that: (1) the teachers' communication strategies emerged due to the need to create an open and adaptive learning environment suited to the diverse characteristics of students, as well as the importance of communication in effectively conveying Islamic moral values; (2) the communication strategies implemented include interpersonal communication, open discussions, persuasive approaches, the use of visual media, and the teachers' exemplary behavior reflecting Muhammadiyah values; (3) the challenges faced by teachers include the negative influence of social media, students' lack of understanding of the meaning of guidance, and students' psychological and emotional barriers. Teachers address these challenges by building empathetic communication, personal approaches, and continuous guidance.

Abstract

Pendampingan fiqih wanita bab haid diperlukan karena masih terbatasnya pemahaman muslimah mengenai perbedaan haid, nifas, dan istihadhah serta implikasinya terhadap sah-tidaknya ibadah, yang kerap memunculkan keraguan dan praktik yang tidak tepat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi fiqih haid dan ketepatan praktik ibadah ibu-ibu dan remaja putri melalui pemberdayaan komunitas berbasis aset. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan tahapan discover, dream, design, dan deliver. Program meliputi ceramah edukatif, diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi sederhana melalui umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan partisipasi aktif 50 peserta, meningkatnya pemahaman tentang ketentuan ibadah saat haid dan tata cara bersuci, berkurangnya kepercayaan pada mitos menstruasi, serta tumbuhnya keberanian bertanya khususnya pada remaja putri. Selain itu, muncul komitmen komunitas untuk melanjutkan pengajian fiqih wanita secara berkala. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi memperkuat peran masjid sebagai pusat edukasi perempuan dan memberi model pendampingan yang dapat direplikasi untuk tema nifas, istihadhah, dan kesehatan reproduksi berbasis literasi syariat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya kapasitas manajemen usaha tani pada kelompok tani kecil, terutama pada aspek perencanaan usaha, pengelolaan input, pencatatan biaya, dan strategi pemasaran, yang berdampak pada belum optimalnya produktivitas serta pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pertanian berbasis ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) terhadap perubahan praktik pengelolaan usaha tani, produktivitas, dan pendapatan Kelompok Tani “Subur Tani” di Desa Payabakal, Muara Enim, Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ABCD, yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan pemetaan aset dan potensi lokal, identifikasi kebutuhan bersama, perencanaan program partisipatif, pelatihan manajemen usaha tani, pendampingan implementasi di tingkat kelompok dan individu, serta monitoring–evaluasi berbasis capaian. Data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif melalui observasi partisipatif selama proses pelatihan dan pendampingan, wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus dan anggota kelompok, diskusi kelompok terarah, serta dokumentasi aktivitas dan catatan usaha tani. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk menangkap dinamika perubahan pengetahuan, perilaku, tata kelola kelompok, dan praktik produksi–pemasaran. Hasil menunjukkan penguatan keterampilan manajerial, meningkatnya disiplin pencatatan dan evaluasi sederhana, perbaikan koordinasi kerja kelompok, serta penguatan jejaring input dan akses pasar yang dipersepsikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan. Studi ini berkontribusi menyediakan model pemberdayaan pertanian berbasis aset yang aplikatif dan berimplikasi pada replikasi program pengabdian untuk penguatan kelembagaan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi kelompok tani pedesaan.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity is motivated by the limited variety of English pronunciation learning strategies in elementary schools, which has an impact on low student involvement, lack of sound differentiation practice, and lack of confidence when practicing pronunciation. This PKM aims to improve teachers' competence in designing and implementing innovative "Odd One Out" strategies in pronunciation materials and strengthening students' learning experiences through phonological activities that are fun, structured, and according to the characteristics of children's development. The method of implementing PKM uses a participatory-qualitative approach through coordination stages with school partners, learning training and demonstrations, implementation assistance in the classroom, joint reflection, and observation-based monitoring and evaluation. Data was obtained through observation of the learning process, interviews with teachers and students, reflective discussions, and documentation of teaching tools and learning products. The results of the implementation showed an increase in teachers' readiness in choosing target sound materials, compiling "Odd One Out" activity sheets, and managing classes interactively. Students showed more active participation, courage to try pronunciation, and increased ability to distinguish sounds through the identification of words with different phonological patterns. This activity contributes to providing a practical and easily replicated pronunciation learning mentoring model, as well as implications for strengthening English learning in elementary schools that are more communicative, student-centered, and sustainable.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to assist Muslimat NU in SP 1 Bumi Harapan Village by providing hadroh art training as a medium to strengthen religious activities, women’s empowerment, and cultural da’wah. The program employed a participatory community engagement approach through five stages: needs assessment, program planning, training and mentoring, community practice, and evaluation and follow-up. The results showed that Muslimat NU had strong socio-religious capital but still needed a wider variety of Islamic art-based activities due to the limited availability of hadroh trainers. The mentoring program improved participants’ basic skills in playing hadroh, reciting shalawat collectively, maintaining rhythmic harmony, and performing hadroh in the selapanan religious gathering. The program also strengthened participants’ confidence, group solidarity, courage to perform, and women’s participation in socio-religious activities. These findings suggest that Islamic art-based community service can be a participatory, contextual, and sustainable model for empowering women’s religious communities and strengthening cultural da’wah at the grassroots level.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah pola otoritas agama dalam masyarakat Muslim kontemporer dari yang sebelumnya berbasis institusi dan sanad keilmuan menuju legitimasi yang dibentuk melalui popularitas digital dan budaya algoritmik. Fenomena munculnya ustaz digital, dakwah viral, dan kontestasi narasi keagamaan di ruang media sosial menunjukkan bahwa algoritma turut berperan dalam membentuk otoritas agama baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis relasi antara algoritma media sosial, politik identitas, dan produksi otoritas agama di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan (library research). Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi berbagai jurnal, buku, dan konten digital, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis wacana kritis dan pendekatan genealogis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma media sosial berfungsi sebagai mekanisme produksi legitimasi keagamaan yang memperkuat echo chamber, polarisasi identitas, dan krisis otoritas keilmuan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital keagamaan serta rekonstruksi moderasi beragama sebagai respons terhadap budaya algoritmik di era digital.

Abstract

  This study examines the concept of responsibility in maintaining trust through the perspective of Quranic verses and hadiths and their integration with contemporary social, family, and religious issues. Using a qualitative approach based on literature study, this article analyzes three focuses: parental responsibility in the family based on QS. At-Tahrim verse 6 integrated with the concept of life balance; leadership in QS. Al-An'am: 70 which is associated with anti-corruption leadership; religious responsibility in QS. An-Nisa: 36 analyzed in relation to the phenomenon of Islamophobia. The results of the study indicate that the teaching of trust in Islam provides a normative foundation for personal, social, and collective obligations. The hadiths studied strengthen this Quranic mandate while providing practical behavioral guidelines. The integration of this teaching with modern challenges proves that Islamic values ​​remain relevant and applicable in the contemporary context. This article argues that internalizing the value of trust can serve as a moral antidote to family dysfunction, political corruption, and religious intolerance among Muslims today.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen anti-corruption education values among millennials. The program was designed as a qualitative-descriptive community engagement activity through educational outreach, lecture, guided discussion, value clarification, and reflective questioning. The activity was held at IAI Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, and involved students, community members, and anti-corruption activists. The results show that the program strengthened participants’ conceptual awareness of corruption as a legal, moral, and social problem; introduced the nine anti-corruption values as practical guides for everyday behavior; and encouraged dialogic reflection on the causes, risks, and prevention of corrupt practices. The program also provided space for participants to connect anti-corruption values with student life, social organizations, digital spaces, and future professional roles. Although the activity was limited by its one-time implementation, the absence of pre-test and post-test instruments, and incomplete attendance documentation, it offers an initial model of value-based anti-corruption literacy. The implication is that anti-corruption community service programs should be developed continuously, measurably, participatorily, and collaboratively to strengthen youth integrity and civic responsibility.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen parents’ capacity to implement parenting practices as a strategy for reinforcing children’s moral education within the family context. The program was based on the need to improve parents’ understanding and skills in developing empathetic communication, parental modelling, positive discipline, and the habituation of honesty, politeness, care, and responsibility. The activity was conducted in October 2022 at a partner school/madrasah and involved 40 parents. It employed a participatory and applicative approach through interactive lectures, group discussions, parenting case simulations, reflective sessions, family action plan development, pre-tests, post-tests, observation, reflection sheets, and limited interviews. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding, as indicated by the improvement of the average score from 62 in the pre-test to 84 in the post-test. Participants also became more aware of their role as primary educators at home and began formulating practical family routines, including religious habituation, polite communication, age-appropriate responsibilities, parental modelling, and guided use of digital devices. The program also established the “Orang Tua Cinta Akhlak” community as a follow-up forum to support family-school partnerships. Therefore, moral and religious value-based parenting training can serve as an applicative and sustainable model for parental assistance.
