Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the management of fixed assets of State Property (BMN) at BTKLPP Class II Ambon with reference to the Minister of Health Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for BMN Management in the Ministry of Health. The research was focused on the aspects of determining the usage status of BMN and the elimination of BMN. The study uses a qualitative method with an analytic descriptive approach. The results showed that the determination of the usage status of BMN at BTKLPP Ambon has not been going well. This evidenced by the findings that most of the fixed assets of BMN have not been assigned their usage status. The process of eliminating BMN's fixed assets also did not go well. One of the reasons is that the usage status has not been determined. The process of managing assets remains interrelated and when one aspect is neglected, it will affect other aspects. Keywords : Fixed Assets, State Property, Regulation

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the most hazardous occupational sectors, with a high prevalence of occupational injuries and work-related health problems. The risk of being exposed to pesticides is very much related to farmer’s behavior in using pesticides. Farmer's safe behavior is influenced by many factors. This study studied and analyzed the literature on factors related to farmer’s safe behavior in the use of pesticides based on the Health Belief Model. The method used in this research was the study of literature. In the relevant article obtained from Springer Link, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases in the last 10 years (2010-2020). This research was conducted in 10 international articles. The results of the 10 articles showed that farmers' safe behavior is influenced by demographic factors (age, education level, economic status, health experience) and perception factors (benefits, barrier, susceptibility, severity, self-efficacy). Therefore, external stimulus and training is one of the actions to change the perception and behavior of farmers in the use of pesticides.

Abstract

Covid-19 cases in Indonesia tend to increase, and several studies show that there is still a lack of public awareness on implementing health protocols. Public spaces have a greater potential for transmission than private spaces, so it is important to ensure the implementation of health protocols. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for community behavior on implementing health protocols in public spaces, as well as how to improve efforts that need to be made. This type of research is descriptive with a mixed method quantitative and qualitative, and its applied research. This research was conducted using a survey technique involving 2,894 respondents spread throughout Central Java. The sample is probability sampling, determined by the technique of multistage random sampling and cluster random sampling. The instrument of this research is a semi-closed questionnaire which is given through google form media. The analysis in this study uses descriptive statistical techniques, as well as qualitative analysis of simultaneous models. This study concludes that public areas must be watched out for because they have the potential to create a fairly high level of the crowd, but the implementation of the covid-19 health protocols has not been optimal, especially tourist and entertainment places, public transportation, and traditional markets. Several places with high potential for visits, such as workplaces, places of worship, culinary places, and socio-religious celebrations/rituals, also need to improve the implementation of health protocols.

Abstract

Lighting is an important physical environmental factors in working. Poor lighting can cause eye fatigue and even cause eye damage. This study aims to analyze the effect of light intensity on eye fatigue on workers. The research was using a systematic review method with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) and the search results obtained 74 articles and only 7 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results obtained are eye fatigue can be influenced by several factors, including age, length of work, eye health history, and light intensity. It was found that many work environments from various fields still have poor light intensity (below the standard) that caused eye fatigue complaints in most of the workers in the area, which is also influenced by other factors. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of light intensity on eye fatigue on workers either directly or indirectly. Due to the time difference between the research articles with the same hypothesis, this is an important issue that needs to be considered by the company so that occupational diseases do not occur due to an unsafe work environment.
