Abstract

Hight of consumer puschashing desicion is a hope that is always wanted by every industry so the product which is marketed can be sold out that operasional activity from the industry keep on state smoothly. The brand awareness, brand asosiation, and product quality is one of factors that can affect the high-low level of purchasing desicion at the purchasing of Minute Maid Pulpy. As the hight of brand awareness at Minute Maid Pulpy from consumer, the strength of brand asosiation from consumer towards Minute Maid Pulpy, and the hight of product quality awarding from Minute Maid Pulpy for consumer, so it will rise the purchasing decision level of Minute Maid Pulpy’s consumer.The research type used explanatory, amount of sample is 100 respondents who is taken on 3 urban villages at Banyumanik. Data collection used questionnaire with likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used validity and reability test, correlation coefficient (R), simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficicient of determination (R2), F test, and t test. The result of this research concluded that brand awareness, brand asosiation, and brand quality have a strong effect that positive and significant to purchasing decision, whether partially nor simultaneosly. Brand awareness, brand association and product quality bring a strong effect to purchasing decision that is proved with the amount of its correlation coefficient (R) is 0.784.

Abstract

CV. Bintang Utama Semarang as a company engaged in the service car repair still found some employees lower performance levels as there is still a low quality work, the number of car repair has not yet reached the target, the independence of the employees is still low, and a high level of customer complaints. It is alleged there are work experience due to the employee and employee discipline assessed was still low.This research aims to find out how the influence exerted by work experience and discipline work against employee performance CV. Bintang Utama Semarang. The type of research used is the type of explanation (eksplanatory research). With the number of samples as much as 58 respondents use the sampling approach saturation. Data collection using the questionnaire with likert scale measurements. Methods of data analysis used is test validity and reliability, the correlation coefficient (R), regression test, the coefficient of determination (R2), the significance of the t-test and F-test.The results of this study showed that the variables work discipline and work experience has significant effects, powerful and positive towards the performance of employees. Two variables was tested in stages or together showed results that work experience variables (0.724) and discipline work (0.783) simultaneously have a relationship that is strong against variable employee performance. The magnitude of the contribution that is owned by the variable work discipline is greater than the magnitude 2of donations owned variable work experience, the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) for the variables work experience of 52.5% and 61,4% of work discipline

Abstract

Human resource is a valuable asset for performance’s organization and because employees work and act dedicated for the achievement of organization’s goals through good performance. Employee performance improvement will bring progress for the company to survive in a global competitive business environment. The purpose of this research is to discover the effect of job training and career development toward employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Central Java & Special District of Yogyakarta Region. The type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique is using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The total of samples was 136 respondents. Computer programs SPSS 22.0 is used for data processing in this research. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, 60,3 percent indicates that variable job training is in quite well category. Then, 58,1 percent indicates that variable career development is in quite well category too and variable employee performance is in the high category, amounting to 50,0 percent. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient calculation, it shows value 0,815 which means the variables have a strong correlation. Based on the calculation of the determination coefficient it indicates that the variable in this research which is job training and career development contributed as much as 66,4% for employee performance. Suggestions in this research are to conduct perform a thorough evaluation to every employee after training. PT. PLN (Persero) could utilize Kirkpatrick’s four level evaluation training programs in reactions and learning level. Adjustment between trainees learning style with the trainee is also very necessary. In addition, more proactive action is needed from the mentors to share knowledge in the context of career development of employees in the company in order to achieve better common goals.

Abstract

The numbers of vehicle competitors in Indonesia make consumers have many alternatives to fulfill their needs. Brand image is a set of beliefs of consumers from a certain brands, while product quality is the entire features and characteristics of a product that are able to satisfy the stated or implied needs of the product. Brand image and product quality plays an important role in influencing purchase decision. This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable brand image and product quality on purchase decision Honda Brio on Honda Semarang Center. Type of research is explanatory research with 91 respondents drawn by using accidental sampling technique. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The data analyses techniques used regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20.0. The results of research showed that the brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of determination coefficient of 0.597 and 35.6%, product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.646 and a coefficient of determination of 74.1%. Brand image and product quality together have an effect on purchasing decisions by the equation Y = 3,702 + 0,360 X1 + 0,367 X2. This means that the effect of brand image and product quality will improve purchasing decisions.Conclusion of the study is brand image and product quality influence on purchase decisions. Advices for that company based on this research are to strengthen the brand image of product and to evaluate its product quality

Abstract

Credit is a high-risk business activities, due to uncollected loans with a variety of reasons covering, interest rate, term, and sale of the customer that led to a credit crunch in PD. BPR Bank Regency Madiun Branch Bojonegoro. This study aimed to influence interest rate, term, and sale of the customer sales to non-performing loans. Type of explanatory research study with a sample of 74 respondents who experienced a credit crunch. The sampling technique used is saturated samples.Results and discussion: The majority of respondents said that high interest rates, the short term, the sale of non-current customers, and high non-performing loans. There is a positive influence between the interest rates on non-performing loans, with a regression coefficient 0.329. Any negative effects between periods against problem loans, with a regression coefficient -0.314. Any negative effects of the sale of the customer against problem loans, with a regression coefficient -0.641. No effect of interest rate, term, and customer sales results against problem loans, the interest rate regression coefficient 0.136, regression coefficient -0.278 period, and the regression coefficient customer sales results -0.517. With the contribution of independent variables on the dependent variable of 37.8%.Conclusions and suggestions, there is a positive influence between the interest rate on credit problems, there is a negative effect between period and the sale of customers' credit crunch. It is suggested that interest rates more competitively with other banks, provide a more comparable time period, and in doing credit analysis is more emphasis on customers' financial resources.

Abstract

The fairly tight business competition at the global level will lead to rapid environmental change, characterized by the advancement of information, the variety of high demand, the demographic changes and economic fluctuations. That tight business requires the personnel in the organization to have a better performance.In the relation of human resources, the changes organizational environment, both internal and external, directly or indirectly, might affect employees’ work motivation and organizational climate that can increasing or reducing the level of job satisfaction that evoke employees’ intention to move from their recent jobs (turnover inention) and it could evoke the actual turnover. In PT. Intinusa Selareksa,Tbk., there is an indication in decreasing of the level of job satisfaction, that can lead to employees’ turnover intention.The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of work motivation and organizational climate toward employees’ turnover intention through job satisfaction at PT. Intinusa Selareksa,Tbk. The type of this research is explanatory research, with interviews and questionnaires as data collection technique. The sampling method using proportionate random sampling with 105 employees of PT. Intinusa Selareksa,Tbk. as the participants. The data analysis conducted quantitatively with SPSS version 20.The result of the research indicates that work motivation and organizational climate have positive effect to job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction has negative effect to turnover intention. The organizational climate has the dominant influence, that indicated from primary data analysis using test validity, test reliability, coefficient of correlation, linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test and two pass regression. The result of this study tells us that the company should improving and keeping good work environment in order to better employees’ performances, that will lead to the increase of job satisfaction, and reducing the turnover intention.

Abstract

economy of Indonesia. Undeniable small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is one of the drivers of economic growth in Indonesia. Amid the global crisis which hit many countries in the world, Indonesia proved to be able to continue to survive the economic turmoil. Various SMES growing in Indonesia, one of them is creating guitar in the village of Mancasan, Kec. Baki, Kab. Sukoharjo. Mancasan village is famous as a Center for the manufacture of the guitar because the majority of the residents of the village of Mancasan is the crafters of guitar. But in its development of competition with competitors that are moving on the same type of business make SME guitar in Kec. Baki should implement a range of strategies that can improve the performance of the market.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of business networks, production technology, quality assurance and marketing performance SMEs of guitar in Kec. Baki, Kab. Sukoharjo. This research type is explanatory research. The population in this study i.e. crafters of guitar and SME number of samples taken is 63 respondents. Sampling techniques in the study using a non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Methods of analysis used is cross-tabulations, correlation, linear regression, the determination of the simple, double, t-test and F-test with SPSS program version.Based on the results of the research note that the network business, production technology, quality assurance and a positive and significant effect on performance marketing, whether partial or simultaneous. Free variables that have the greatest influence on performance marketing is a business network variables. As for the advice that can be given to maintaining and enhancing the harmony with a partner, providing a period of training for employees in the future so that raw doesn't do a lot of faults, select human resources, give promo and make sales online in order to increase the pace of sales that will have an impact on the acquisition of profit is received so that the company can keep his survival.

Abstract

The acquisitions strategy are considered to create synergy and value-added. The success of acquisition can be seen from the company's performance, especially its financial performance. This research aims to analyze the comparison before and after acquisition on the company's financial performance mining and mining service sector in IDX. The company's financial performance is measured using financial ratios are: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Activity Ratio and Profitability Ratio.The research’s type is comparative research by comparing 2 years before and 2 years after acquisition. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where there are 10 companies as sample. Used secondary data. Aanalysis method used is normality test One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and then use different test Paired Sample t-test for normal distribution of data and Wilcoxon Signed Rank test for normally distributed data.The results from different test with a significance level of 5% showed no differences in Liquidity Ratio used CR as result sig 0,344 > 0,05. There’s difference in Solvency Ratio used DR as result sig 0,008 < 0,05 and used DER as result sig 0,020 < 0,05. There’s no difference Activities Ratio used TATO as result sig 0,141 > 0,05. There’s difference Profitability Ratio used NPM as result sig 0,019 < 0,05 ; ROI as result sig 0,001 < 0,05 ; ROE as result sig 0,001 < 0,05 dan EPS as result sig 0,008 < 0,05.The conclusion there are difference in solvency ratios and profitability ratios, there are no difference in the liquidity ratio and the ratio of the activity. Company needs to improve its current assets to current liabilities guarantee, restricting the use of funds from the loan, using its assets more efficiently and optimize the company's operations as well as the efficiency of the company in order to achieve satisfactory results.

Abstract

Laptop is a device that is very important because it helps every individual the usual deals to the technology of such students and college students to make it easier in carrying out almost every task .Acer always top ranked the top brand in an index on 2013-2015 year. However in three years the percentage of the acer decline every year though still be ranked first. This is caused by the increasing number of competitors who give a lower price and promotion that has intensively by a competitor. So as to make the community switch to using a competitor products.Type of this research is explanatory research, with a population of about 100 respondents who buy and use laptop brand acer. The sample collection to research it uses non-probablility sampling. Technique the sample collection use purposive sampling. Data collected through the questionnaire. The method of analysis the data used the use of tabulating cross, correlation, regression, regression simple, and multiple regression by using application SPSS.This study conclude that price and promotion influential of the decision the purchase, whether partial and a stimulant, variable promotion have more impact of variable price.Based on it, researchers suggest that company acer have to increase back promotion acer that consumers know that laptop acer is laptop numer one in Indonesia and also reevaluate them the prices offered has appropriate or not

Abstract

Labor productivity is an important thing that must be considered and often used to measure the extent to which workers can reach the target set company .Labor productivity can be influenced by several factors among them are the dual role , flexibility of working hours , and wages . PT .Holi Karya Sakti Semarang is the company garment that develops with the production and export gloves golf and sky .The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the dual role , flexibility of working hours , and wages against labor productivity on PT. Holi Holi Karya Sakti Semarang. This research using a quantitative approach .Sample 100 laborers a number of women who are married and have a child using random sampling technique. Data collection use instruments the questionnaire.Analysis research on the SPSS 20.0 version. The result showed that the dual role influences work productivity with t count 1,742 > t table 1,661. Flexibility working hours influences work productivity with t count 1,705 > t table 1,661.Wages influences work productivity with t count 2,452 > t table 1,661. Simultaneously the dual role, flexibility working hours, and wages influences work productivity with an f count 3,549 & gt; f table 2,14 with the significance 0,000 > 0,010.Advice for companies to support the dual role by workers women, increase the flexibility working hours and increase their salaries considered less appropriate.Third the variables have some indicator less than optimal so as to can increase productivity work can be be done by improving the dual role, flexibility working hours and wages
