Abstract

Hight of consumer puschashing desicion is a hope that is always wanted by every industry so the product which is marketed can be sold out that operasional activity from the industry keep on state smoothly. The brand awareness, brand asosiation, and product quality is one of factors that can affect the high-low level of purchasing desicion at the purchasing of Minute Maid Pulpy. As the hight of brand awareness at Minute Maid Pulpy from consumer, the strength of brand asosiation from consumer towards Minute Maid Pulpy, and the hight of product quality awarding from Minute Maid Pulpy for consumer, so it will rise the purchasing decision level of Minute Maid Pulpy’s consumer.The research type used explanatory, amount of sample is 100 respondents who is taken on 3 urban villages at Banyumanik. Data collection used questionnaire with likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used validity and reability test, correlation coefficient (R), simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficicient of determination (R2), F test, and t test. The result of this research concluded that brand awareness, brand asosiation, and brand quality have a strong effect that positive and significant to purchasing decision, whether partially nor simultaneosly. Brand awareness, brand association and product quality bring a strong effect to purchasing decision that is proved with the amount of its correlation coefficient (R) is 0.784.

Abstract

Product and service quality are the factors that can influence the high loyalty of Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong’s customers. With the good quality products andgood services, it will further increase the loyalty of Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of BranchWinong customers.The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of product and service quality ofAl-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong’s customers. The type of research used isaccidental sampling and explanatory research, with samples of 100 respondents of Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong’s customers. The sampling technique used ispurposive sampling with the criteria of respondents aged over 15 years who have amember card and at least they are active in the last 3 months in using products and thebeauty treatment in Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong. Data collection usingquestionnaires with Likert measurement scale. The researcher uses many kinds of dataanalysis such as validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient (R), and simple linearregression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test by using SPSS program.The results of this study concludes that product and service quality have strong andsignificant influences on customer loyalty, either partially or simultaneously. Product andservice quality together have a positive effect on customer’s loyalty, which means productand service quality give influences to the level of customer’s loyalty. Product and servicequality have strong influences on customer’s loyalty as it is evidenced by the correlationcoefficient (R) of 0.711.

Abstract

CV. Bintang Utama Semarang as a company engaged in the service car repair still found some employees lower performance levels as there is still a low quality work, the number of car repair has not yet reached the target, the independence of the employees is still low, and a high level of customer complaints. It is alleged there are work experience due to the employee and employee discipline assessed was still low.This research aims to find out how the influence exerted by work experience and discipline work against employee performance CV. Bintang Utama Semarang. The type of research used is the type of explanation (eksplanatory research). With the number of samples as much as 58 respondents use the sampling approach saturation. Data collection using the questionnaire with likert scale measurements. Methods of data analysis used is test validity and reliability, the correlation coefficient (R), regression test, the coefficient of determination (R2), the significance of the t-test and F-test.The results of this study showed that the variables work discipline and work experience has significant effects, powerful and positive towards the performance of employees. Two variables was tested in stages or together showed results that work experience variables (0.724) and discipline work (0.783) simultaneously have a relationship that is strong against variable employee performance. The magnitude of the contribution that is owned by the variable work discipline is greater than the magnitude 2of donations owned variable work experience, the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) for the variables work experience of 52.5% and 61,4% of work discipline

Abstract

PD. BPR Bank Pasar Temanggung is one of the regional enterprises engaged in banking which carries on business as a Rural Bank in Temanggung maintain financial soundness by receiving funds from the public and distribute it in the form of loans. Credits provided by customers will help the bank in maintaining liquidity and the impact on interest income to be received so that it will affect the financial soundness of the bank. The research is motivated by use of financial statements in the time series in the last 4 years from 2008 to 2011. This study aims to determine the influence of the financial soundness CAMEL method to total loans in PD. BPR Bank Pasar Temanggung. The results showed that the healthcare finance on the amount of outstanding loan by 78,1% percent.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the field of services is the company that every operational activities within the company depends on the human resources of the company. The management of human resources service companies are vital by reason of it can affect the performance of the company as a whole. AN Tour & Travel is one of the service company in the field of tour operator. However, due to a less good leadership and compensation that can not meet the needs of employees, employees motivation level of AN Tour & Travel are decline. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and compensation towards employee motivation of Public Department travel agencies AN Tour & Travel employees. This research type is explanatory research. The population in this study i.e., all employees of the Public Department of 44 employees. Sampling using the saturated samples which means the number of samples are every members of the population. The measurement scale using the scale Likert. Methods of analysis used is correlation test, determination of linear regression, simple, multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test with SPSS program version 23. Based on the results of the research it is known that partially, leadership and compensation has positive effect towards the employees motivation which is indicated with the value t calculate more than t table. Significantly, variable leadership and compensation has positive effect towards employee motivation indicated by the value of F test greater than F table. Advice that can be given, namely an increase in the ability of the leadership in providing instruction and leadership capabilities in providing the working motivation for employees. In addition the diversity of types of compensation and the amount of the compensation provided to employees needs to be supplemented in order to meet all the needs of the employees.

Abstract

the most important elements in an organization is the human being. So that organization needs employees who are skilled and improve the performance continual. This research aims to describe  the influence of the role of supervisor and training on the salesperson performance of PT.Nasmoco gombel. Collection data methods was  using the study of library research,questionnaire and interviews. The sample method is  census of the entire population of 39 respondents were sampled. Measurement was using Likert Scale.Analysis technique was using qualitative and quantitative method. the results it can be concluded partially variable training have more influence  than role of supervisor. It can be proved by regression test that the role of supervisor has positive influence on salespeople performance  of 38,1%,and  the variable training has positive influence on salesperson performance of 63,6%. Simultaneously variables role of supervisors and training has a positive influence on the salesperson performance of 65.9%.

Abstract

Companies that are able to compete in the markets are the company that provides quality products or services. So the company is expected to continue to make improvements, especially on quality of products and services. Companies also need to seek advice service to give the best to their customers. This requires the identification of the main determinants of service quality from the perspective of the consumers. This study aims is to determine the quality of product and service quality Wana Wisata Gonoharjo and to investigate the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction Wana  Wisata Gonoharjo. This type of research is explanatory, to explain the causal relationship between the variables of quality products or services on customer satisfaction. Its population is Wana Wisata Gonoharjo’s visitors, the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 people. The sampling on this study is used ‘Accidental sampling’ method. Data collection methods used is literature studies, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study is qualitative and quantitative analysis using validity, reliability testing, cross tables, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test and F test and the coefficient of determination. Based on the data analysis and simultaneously partial quality products or services has a positive impact on customer satisfaction variables Wana Wisata Gonoharjo Kendal. Partially, the influence of product quality to customer satisfaction is at 47.3%. The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is 40.2%. Simultaneously, the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction is 55.2%. To improve customer or visitors satisfaction of Wana Wisata Gonoharjo, superintendent should be able to improve product and service quality provided to the customer, with the addition of variants attractions like water boom or improved services.

Abstract

Each company has the ability to generate profits which is called profitability. In essence, every company wants a high profitability level. The company expects the high level of profitability in order to realize its visions that has been established in the future. However, the fact shows that most companies still have low profitability levels, for example, the cosmetic and household industries. The low profitability levels of the companies most probably caused by working capital efficiency, liquidity, and solvency. This research aims to analyze the growth of working capital efficiency, liquidity, solvency, and also profitability, as well as eximining the influence of working capital effiency, liquidity, and solvability to profitability on the cosmetic and household industries which are registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2009-2013 periods. This research is an explanatory research which has four industries as its populations. Since the populations are limited, this research uses census sampling, which all populations become as its samples, consist of four companies for 5 periods, so this research obtains 20 data ratios. It uses secondary data, such as the financial statements of all sampled companies for five periods. Its analytical methods are financial ratios analysis, significance test, regression test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination test. The results show that (1) Most of working capital efficiency and profitability level at the companies are still not good, but most of them are excellent in liquidity and solvency level; (2) there is no significant influence between working capital efficiency and profitability, but in partially, liquidity and solvency, each of them has significant influence to profitability, and (3) All of independent variables don’t have significant influence to profitability in simultaneously.

Abstract

Telkom Semarang is a branch from Indonesia State Owned Enterprise, Telkom Indonesia, which provides the telecomunnication service at their best. Telkom Semarang supports any means to enhance the job performance, especially by the employee performance. To manage the employee’s performance, Telkom Semarang use a special assesment system named Competency Based Human Resouce Management (CBHRM) which evaluates job performance within two assesments, competency and achievement based. From 2012-2015, most of the employees have worked above the standard, however, the number of employees who reached this achievement were decline year by year. In addition, there was a contrast between the incline of the employees competencies and the decline of the achievements.The objectives of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, corporate culture and work stress with employee’s performance of Telkom Semarang. The type of this research is an explanative research. The sampling method used was incidental sampling (non-probability sampling). The total sampling of this research was 74 employees of Telkom Semarang. Measurement scales used was modified Likert (1-6). Quantitative analysis used were validity test, realibility test, crosstab, the coefficient of corelation, linear and multiple regression, the coefficient of determination, and significant test (t and F test) using SPSS 15.0.Based on the analysis, it was found that in partial, the variable of motivation contributes 17,6% of the employees performance, while corporate culture contribution is 55,7% and work stress contribution is 67,4%. Simultaneously the variable of motivation, corporate culture and work sress contribute 69,7% of the employees performance.Based on the results, the researcher suggest that the company should improve the rewarding for the employees outside from their works, giving a comprehensive leadership training as well as the job training for the employees of Telkom Semarang.
