Abstract

Knowledge management is one of the strategies applied by PT. Telkom Indonesia Divre IV Human Resources unit to compete in global era. Management PT. Telkom Indonesia hopes through the knowledge management implementation will increase innovation and will indirectly improve the performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia Divre IV HR unit. Knowledge management include  three components namely personal knowledge, job procedures, and technology. The research purpose  to find out how the knowledge management application on employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Divre IV.This research type is qualitative research with data collection technique through interview. This key informant selection technique uses purposive sampling technique. This research uses qualitative analysis technique. The research method used is analytical descriptive approach. The results showed that personal knowledge, job procedures, and technology management effort is good. Based on the training has been running, the company prioritizes the provision of training to employees who deal directly with consumers. Knowledge sharing constraints is reading culture is still lacking, it would be better if reading culture is improved, as well as get special monitoring from the company.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the escalation of public interest of going abroad byusing airpane as the transportation means. The purpose of this research is to determine thedirect influence and indirect influence between Customer Relationship Management variableand Service quality variable as x variable to customer loyalty as y variable through customersatisfaction as z variable.. The result shows Customer Relationship Management does not havedirect influence to customer loyalty 0.651. Customer satisfaction has direct influence tocustomer loyalty 2.773. Service quality has direct influence to customer loyalty 2.093.Customer relationship management has direct influence to customer satisfaction 2.009.Service quality has direct influence to customer satisfaction with 6.587. The sobel test resultshows there is no influence between Customer Relationship Management to customer loyaltythrough customer satisfaction 1.571. There is direct influence of service quality to customerloyalty through customer satisfaction 2.532. The suggestion is Garuda Indonesia shouldincrease the CRM system and increasing the service quality

Abstract

This research was motivated by fact that there’s a high demand of find distribution for capital that is safe, fast, and easy. BNI KCU UNDIP must pay attention to the interest rate that given, effect of service quality, and the customer’s business income for making customers interest to use their service.This study aims to determine the influence of interest rate, service quality, and business income towards credit decision-making at BNI KCU UNDIP. The sample in this reseach is 100 respondens who are debitors BNI KCU UNDIP. This study used purposive samplng as a sampling techniques of data collection using questionnaires. The analytical method used was simple and multiple regression analysis, the validity and reliability.Based on the result analysis, variable the interest rate, quality of service, and business income have a positive influence of the credit making decision. Variable the quality of service have the most influence is as much as 0,355. Variable business income have influence of 0,279 and variable interest rates have influence of 0,123. Simultaneously a variable the interest rates, quality of service, and business income having contributions amounting to 36,3% of the credit decision-making.The advice that can be provided, BNI KCU UNDIP should be able to maintain and improve the quality of service well, physically and human resources, maintain interest rates to be able to compete with similar bank and business income in accordance with the credit.

Abstract

The increased needs of the community road transport services will trigger the growth of transportation business in the form of Company Otobus. The increasing mobility forcing consumers choosing alternative Otobus from various companies. Every companies must win the competition to attract consumer to use its services. This research focus to result that show usage of the decision in PO Ramayana Magelang obtained from responden.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality, brand image and price of tickets against the decision of the use of PO Ramayana. This research type is explanatory research. Sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. As for the total sampleas many as 100 respondents. This program assisted by SPSS 21.0.Based on the descriptive analysis, indicating the variable quality of service are on a good categorization of 54%. Brand iage variable are at good categorization by 48%. Varible price of tickets are at very good categorization of 66% and use of decision are at high categorization of 71%. Multiple corelation coeficient based on obtained values of the corelation that indicates 0,620 is strong correlation. Based on determination of coefficient indicates that the variable service quality, brand image and price of tickets contributed amounted to 38,4% against of the use decision variable.

Abstract

Nowadays, the growth of SMEs in Indonesia is growing rapidly in the food sector. This is caused by an interesting food SMEs, such as SMEs Martabak. However, there are still consumers who assess the lack of quality products, price, and locations that exist. It causes a low purchase decisions.This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and location to purchasing decisions on SMEs Mas Ipung’s Martabak in Housing Plamongan Indah Semarang.This research is a survey research using questionnaire as its instrument. Population and samples used in this study are consumers who make a purchase in SMEs Mas Ipung’s Martabak. 97 respondents choosing by using Incidental Sampling method, which is a sampling technique that is done by chance.This study concludes that product quality, price and location have positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, either partially or simultaneously. Location variables have the greatest influence of other variables. The results are obtained by analyzing the primary data using validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis, determination coefficient, significance test (t test) two way.Based on this, the researcher suggested that the owner can pay attention to the quality products, price and location layout of SMEs.

Abstract

The decision to use services is an integration process that combines knowledge to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors and choose one of them. The decision-making process is a problem-solving approach where the process consists of five stages: analyzing needs and desires, seeking information, assessment and selection of alternative usage, use decisions and behavior after usage.This type of research is explanatory research design to data collection tool is questionnaire. This study used 100 respondents, consumer Stove Syndicate Cafe Semarang which has been a purchase more than five times . The sampling technique of this research is non probability sampling with accidental sampling approach. Test equipment instruments used are validity and reliability testing. Analysis of the data used is the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, t test, multiple linear regression, and F test.The results of this study show that under all partially independent variables, location variables (X1) affect the decision of the use of laundry service (Y) of 21.6%, price (X2) affect the decision of the use of laundry service (Y) of 4.3 %, and promotion (X3) affect the decision of use of laundry service (Y) equal to 51,1%. Simultaneously, location, price and promotion of contributing influence on the decision of the use of laundry service by 37,8%.Based on the result of this research, researcher suggest that Simply Fresh Laundry improve service quality, service addition, quality of service result which acceptable to consumer. This is done so Simply Fresh Laundry becomes a priority in choosing laundry services. Out to location, price, and promotion factors, there are still other factors that can influence service decision making.

Abstract

The sales volume of cigarettes in Indonesia continues growing, as the average daily cigarette consumption per person continues to increase. Marlboro Cigarettes leads the market in the SPM segment (Sigaret Putih Mesin) in Indonesia, but the SPM Share of market has decreased and market share based on Marlboro cigarette sales volume decreased in 2014. This is due to the market trend that still enjoys kretek cigarettes SKM (Sigaret Kretek Mesin) rather than foreign cigarettes such as Marlboro, as well as competitive advertisement competition by competitors and the goverments restriction rule on advertising on cigarettes. The type of research is explanatory research, with a population of 100 respondents who buy and consume brand cigarettes Marlboro. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling. The sampling technique uses Incidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are cross tabulation, correlation, simple regression, and multiple regression using SPSS 24.0 application. This study concludes that advertising and lifestyle influence purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. Lifestyle variables have greater influence than advertising variables. Based on this, researchers suggest that additonal and maximizing the Marlboro cigarette advertising medium by increasing the frequency of ads, serving ads, and strategically placing ads. In addition, held a promotional event Marlboro cigarettes in place of youth crowd.

Abstract

Life Insurance Company is a company engaged in the service business. Currently the competition of insurance companies in Indonesia are getting tighter. One thing that can do to win the competition is improve the company’s financial performance.This study intends to analyze the company’s financial performance at PT.Allianz Life Indonesia and PT.AXA Mandiri period 2011 – 2015 based on regulation of SOEs Number : PER-10/MBU/2014 about the rating of State – Owned Enterprises in its financial aspects. Then from the results of this study compared to that obtained by the company,s financial performance which are the most good. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive research type. In analyzing the financial performance of life insurance companies are using financial statement analysis techniques in the form of the ratio analysis based on state regulation Number : PER-10/MBU/2014 which are Liquidity from Current Ratio, Solvability from Risk Based Capital (RBC), Profitability from Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE).The result of this study indicate that financial performance of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia isn’t better than PT. AXA Mandiri, especially from the level of ROA and ROE. But, based on regulation of SOEs Number : PER-10/MBU/2014 starting from 2011 – 2012 the financial performance of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia include into category KURANG SEHAT BBB. Starting from 2013 – 2015 PT. Allianz Life Indonesia include into category SEHAT A. While PT. AXA Mandiri starting from 2011 – 2015 always include into category SEHAT A. The conclusion based on percentage ratio and state regulation Number : PER-10/MBU/2014 showed that AXA Mandiri is better than Allianz Life Indonesia, the best financial performance also obtained by AXA MAndiri with score 80% and include into category SEHAT A.For PT. Allianz Life Indonesia shoudly improve the current assets and reduce the fixed assets or sell the unproductive fixed assets. In the other side, Allianz Life Indonesia can increase the revenue and reduce the burden.

Abstract

Based on the need of vacation in the society nowdays, tourism industry offer many choices to fulfill it’s need. Beside, the tourism industry is a potential industry to support ecconomy. Goa Kreo as one of the natural tourism object in Semarang has many potentials but, there was a current condition where the number of visitor’s fluctuating. Goa Kreo is stimulating service quality, destination competitiveness, previous experience and tourist satisfaction to increase revisit intention in Goa Kreo.The aim of this study is to measure the influence of service quality, destination competitiveness, and previous experience toward revisit decision trough tourist satisfaction. The population of this resarch is visitors of Goa Kreo, while the sample is 100 visitor of Goa Kreo with some certain prerequirements. The data was analyzed using two-step analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows where the validity test, reliability test,doefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, test of significance (t-test and f-test) in advance has been done before.The result of this study is showing that service quality, destination competitiveness and previous experience has positive impact toward visitor satisfaction, where the biggest impact is own by previous experience. Based on the result of two-step analysis, tourist satisfaction is an intervening variable toward revisit decision in this study.Some recomendations are added based on those result. It’s recomended that hygine, security, and hospitality in Goa Kreo must be incerased. Moreover, it’s neccesary to increase destination competitiveness like facility’s maintenance and added up some general facility so that visitor will be satisfied with their experiences and willing to come back to Goa Kreo.

Abstract

So far, unstable employee performance has been a problem for both small and largecompanies. One of the factors that affect the stability of performance is the level of selfefficacyowned by employees. By knowing how much employee confidence, it will be easierfor companies to develop performance improvement strategies. Therefore, the research wasconducted with the aim to find out how big the influence of self-efficacy, coaching andempowerment on employee performance on CV. Laxita Paramitha Semarang.Type of research used is eksplanatory research, with the samples of 43 respondentsusing saturated sampling approach. Data collection using questionnaire with Likertmeasurement scale. Data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, multiple linearregression test, classical assumption test, regression test, coefficient of determination(Adjusted R Square), significance of t test and F test, and cross tabulation. The resultsindicate that the variables of self-efficacy, coaching and empowerment each have asignificant and positive influence on employee performance.From the test results known for self-efficacy variable has a coefficient ofdetermination of 29.3% and T variable test of self-efficacy equal to t count 4,287> t table2,0195. Coefficient of determination for coaching variable equal to 68% and T variable testof coaching equal to t count 2,025> t table 2,0195. The coefficient of determination forempowerment variable is 30.3% and Test t empowerment variable t count 4.338> t table2.0195. Test F of F arithmetic 11,010> F table 3.2317 and free from the classicalassumption.The conclusion in this research is self-efficacy is the factor that most influence thework performance in the company, the application of good coaching and the willingness ofmanagement in giving empowerment. There is a positive and significant influence between allindependent variables on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. As forsuggestions for the company is to pay more attention to employee competence, periodicevaluation of supervisor performance and better dialogue between management andemployees.
