Abstract

One of the main function is to be mediator in credit distrubution. Bank credit distribution has credit risk indicated by NPL that tends to be higher. That is why elements which influence the bank credit distribution,well-condition of the bank itself, needs to be tested. This research objetive is to find the influence of risk profile (NPL), profit (ROA), and capital (CAR) to credit distribution ofBUSND . Research method using explanatory research with 56 samples through purposive sampling technique. Analysis techniques used are determination coefficient test, simple and double regression analysis, along with significance test of t and F. most of the LDR has been  filled the regulation of BI but a small propotion less than optimal. Almost NPL is good though there are some higher than the regulation of Bank Indonesia. Most of the ROA are in a well condition All CAR have met the regulation of Bank Indonesia. NPL has no influence to LDR  (0,862>0,05) and the coefficient of regressing is(0,153) while ROA influences LDR in (0,000<0,05)  coefficient of regressing (-3,556). CAR influences LDR  (0,020<0,05) and coefficient of regressing (0,595).Risk profile (NPL), profit (ROA) and capital (CAR) all together have impact to credit distribution (LDR) for (15,759 > 2,78, and 0,000<0,05. Bank must, strictly implement 5C  to prefent high bad credit (NPL), increase the volume of  credit distribution.

Abstract

Cosmetics as a beauty product is a product that is often purchased and selected by female consumers in particular. Cosmetic product is a unique product because besides this product has the ability to complete the basic needs (especially women) for beauty as well as a means for consumers to clarify their identities in society. One of the most popular cosmetics businesses among the society is The Body Shop brand. But The Body Shop has so far not received satisfactory results in its sales in Indonesia and has been outdone by its emerging competitors. Therefore, the effort to attract consumers to have high loyalty is an important thing for the existence of the company continues to awake. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty products The Body Shop in Semarang city. This research is an explanatory research by using questionnaire as its instrument. The population and samples used are The Body Shop customers in Semarang City taken as many as 100 respondents by using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that Brand Image and product quality influence on customer loyalty, evidenced through simple linear regression test with regression value that is equal to brand image of 0.480 and product quality of 0.491. The data analysis techniques are using correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test with the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 23. The influence of brand image and product quality together affects customer loyalty by 39.7%. While the remaining 60.3% influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the research, the author can provide advices to The Body Shop in order to maintain the image of natural products that have been attached to the brand, and continue to improve the quality of its products both in terms of packaging and raw materials used.

Abstract

This research had purpose to analyzed some of the fundamental factors of financial rations that could to be use as a signal for investors to predicted stock prices on companies in a sector thatis growth in Indonesia, which was plantantion sub-sector. Variabels that examined in this study were the Likuidity Ratio (consists of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio and Net working Capital) and Profitability Ratio (consists of Return on Assets and Return on Equity) on the stock price, eather partially or simultaneously on the plantation sub sector companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Excahange in 2012-2016. This research wa an explanatory research with a total sample of 9 companies x 5 years = 45 observasiton data. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test partial, F test simultaneously with the level of significance of 5% and a determination coefficient test. The Analysis showed the data have fulfilled classical assumption, including normally distributed data, no symptomps of multikolinearitas, there were no symptoms of autocorrelation and heteroscedaticity. The regression results Quick Ratio and Return On Equity were partially significant effeck on stock prices. While Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Net working Capital and Return On Assets partially were not significant effeck on stock prices. Variabels used in this study (Likuidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio) simultaneously affeck the stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to the employee’s performance of PT Askrindo (Persero) Branch Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique using sensus sampling technique. The number of samples taken as many as 33 respondents, which are the employee of PT Askrindo (Persero) Branch Semarang. In this study assisted by IBM SPSS 21.0 system. The results showed that work stress influence the employee’s performance by contributing 77.7% while the rest is influenced by factors other than work stress. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influences the employee’s performance by contributing 44.9% while the rest is influenced by factors other than Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Meanwhile, simultaneously and work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influence to employee’s performance by donating 78.5% while the rest influenced by factors other than work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Based on the calculation of Test F shows that there is a significant influence between work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to employee’s performance. This means the lower the work stress and the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the higher the employe’s performance of PT Askrindo (Persero) Branch Semarang. In addition, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has the most dominant influence with regression keofisien value of 0.125. Suggestions in this research is to decrease the work stress of employees improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employee and the awareness, so it can improve the employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research is grounded by the widespread dissemination of internet technology along with its advancements, not only bringing a revolutionary impact on human life, but also the impact of real business operations. This phenomenon is characterized by the increasing number of internet users in the world from 2014-2018. Lazada Indonesia is a startup with the largest funding value in Southeast Asia. However, Lazada.co.id experienced sales decrease in the last 3 years in every sector. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of shared value and web quality towards online repurchase intention through trust as intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are consumers of lazada.co.id. This research uses quantitative and SEM analysis techniques. SEM is used to analyze the relationship or the effect of independent variable to dependent variable that form a path. The result of the research shows that there is a positive effect of shared value variable to trust variable and web quality variable to trust variable. Based on hypothetical test by analyzing the regression weight, trust variable has a positive effect towards online repurchase intention variables. Thus, the variable trust can be said as a variable partial mediation.

Abstract

The rapid development of capital markets are now attracting the attention of people and capital owners to invest in capital markets. During the year 2013-2016 the average stock price of the textile and garment enterprises sub-sector experienced a fluctuating condition. The financial ratios that are suspected to affect the ups and downs of stock prices are ROA and EPS. The population of this research are 15 Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis with SPSS program. This study aims to determine the effect of ROA on stock prices through EPS as a mediator. The results showed that ROA has no significant effect on stock prices, but ROA has a significant influence on the mediation variable that is EPS. EPS variable has positive and significant effect to stock price. ROA and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices. EPS is fully mediated variable and can significantly mediate the relationship between ROA and stock prices. Based on the analysis results, can be concluded that the variables that affect the stock price is EPS, while the ROA variable does not affect the stock price. As well as EPS variables can mediated the relationship between ROA and stock prices. The results of this research, it is expected the company further increase the profitability of the company in order to increase the stock price so that it can give benefit the company and investors.

Abstract

Return On Assets (ROA) is a profitability ratio to measure the ability of banks in generating profits so that the greater the ratio of ROA, the better performance of the bank. ROA at conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX continues to decline from 2012 to 2016. The ratios that are expected to affect profitability are CAR, LDR, NPL and NIM.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, NPL and NIM on ROA. This type of research is explanatory research. The population of this study is 43. The population of this study are 28 banks with criteria of conventional commercial banks listed on the BEI before 2012 and remain registered until the end of 2016. Analysis techniques used are correlation analysis, determination coefficient test, linear regression test, and significance test using SPSS 21 data processing application.  Result and discussion: CAR and LDR have no significant effect on ROA. NPL had a significant negative effect on ROA of 39.2%. NIM positively significant positive to ROA of 32.9%. CAR, LDR, NPL, and NIM have a significant effect on ROA of 53.8% simultaneously.  Conclusion and suggestion: Based on multiple regression test, NPL variables has the greatest influence to ROA so it is expected that banks more to supervise and monitor the provision of credit in order to avoid bad loans.

Abstract

Trans Studio Mini is one of indoor theme park located in Semarang that managed to attract people since their official openings on June 2017, but in the end of 2017 to the middle of 2018 visitors of Trans Studio Mini Setiabudi Semarang keep decresing. This study aims to determine the influence of price, sales promotion and service quality towards interests of re-visit through the visitors satisfaction of Trans Studio Mini Setiabudi Semarang. Type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is cross tabulation test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, sobel test with the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program version 16.0.  The results showed that variable of visitor satisfaction is partial mediation variable which able to mediate influence of price and service quality to repeat interest because output of the test sobel is bigger than t table, but variable of visitor satisfaction is not partial mediation variable which able to mediate promotion effect sales of interest to re-playing because output of the test sobel is s smaller than t table. Suggestion that can be afford in this research is that the company should understand vistors’s expectations more. Especially on the price, sales promotion and service quality to increase visitors satisfaction and interests of re-visit.

Abstract

Profit growth of sub-sector trading corporates listed on IDX period 2014 - 2016 mostly been decreased but still, even are some experienced increased. The decline was due to people's purchasing power decreased. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of solvency ratio (DAR and DER) and liquidity ratio (CR) to profit growth. Data used is a secondary data from financial reports and panels, using purposive sampling with corporate criteria that earn a profit in the period 2014 - 2016 amounted to 42 consisting of 14 corporates x 3 years. The method of analysis is linear regression and significance using SPSS version 19.0. Solvency ratio (DAR) has no effect on profit growth with significance (0,646> 0,05) and regression coefficient (0,280). Solvency ratio (DER) has no effect on profit growth with significance value (0,934> 0,05) and regression coefficient value (0,009). The ratio of liquidity (CR) has no effect on profit growth with significance (0,546> 0,05) and regression coefficient value (-0,010). It can be concluded that solvency and liquidity ratios together have no effect on profit growth with significance value (0,758> 0,05 and 0,395 <2,85). It is suggested that companies need to observe and manage sales and load leves to avoid the happening of consumptive action.

Abstract

Pertamina Go is an online application or tool for customers to conduct digital activities related to Pertamina's products and services. Overall, the main benefits of Pertamina GO is to provide benefits for customers to get information related to Pertamina's services and products. Until february 2017 the number of users only reached 18,284 is still far from the company's target of 100,000 users. This study aims to find out how the effect given by the ease of use and benefits to the use of pertamina go applications in the city of Semarang. The type of research used is explanatory research where data collection techniques used by using the questionnaire tool, the sample used amounted to 100 people by using the accidental technique. The selected respondents were Pertamina Go users in Semarang City. The methodology used to analyze the primary data in this research is the validity test, reliability test, coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and significance test (t and F test) with SPSS 16.0. The results showed that ease of use significantly affect the use of Pertamina Go application for 75.7% while the rest is influenced by factors other than ease of use. Perceived of use significantly affect the use of Pertamina Go applications by 77.8% while the rest is explained by factors other than perceieved of use. Meanwhile, simultaneous ease of use and Perceievd of usefulness significant effect on the use of pertamina go equal to 84,4% while the rest influenced by other factors besides ease of use, and perceived of usefulness. This means the better ease of use and benefits the higher the use of Pertamina Go applications In addition the benefits have the greatest influence with the value of regression coefficient of 0.418. Based on the results of the study, researchers suggested that PT. Pertamina (Persero) provides ease of use of the better and improve the existing features contained in the application so that in accordance with the benefits provided in Pertamina Go applications.
