Abstract

ABSTRACTBank is an institution that serves as a financial intermediary. Banks accept deposits from the public money and then distribute it back in the form of loans. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA) and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) toward Credit Volume at The Government Banks (study Empyrical of Indonesia Government Banks in the period 2006-2011).The data used in this study is a secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia’s  libraries. The analysis technique using linear regression, while hypothesis testing using t - test and test - F at a significance level of 5%. The classical assumptions test used in this study include normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test.Based on the research, it can be conclude that the third party funds and return on assets have a positive and significant impact on the volume of lending. Meanwhile, capital adequacy ratio, non performing loans and loan to deposit ratio are negative and not significant effect on the volume of lending. Simoultaneously there is a significant effect between third party funds, capital adequacy ratio, non performing loan, return on assets and loan to deposit ratio to the volume of loans.

Abstract

Toyota is an automotive company that manufactures Toyota Avanza. There are several motives in buying the Toyota Avanza, one of which is the image of the brand. But, in the city of Semarang instability sales volume of Toyota Avanza. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on purchase decisions. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling technique, purpose accidental sampling and purposive sampling-judgment sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Engineering analysis using linear regression analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate that the variable brand image has positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study is the image of the brand and trust in the brand Toyota Avanza is good. Suggestions can be submitted is a Toyota as a company should further strengthen the brand image and consumer confidence and sales of Toyota Avanza car will be more stable.

Abstract

Employees represent the resource which play important role in supporting reaching of company efficacy. Therefore, company have to pay attention to the factors influencing employees in working. Good Motivation factor, good environment, appropriate compensation can grow the spirit of high job so that can affect the increase of performance of employees CV. Putra Jaya Sahitaguna, Semarang. This Research aim to know the motivation influence, environmental work, and compensation to employees performance of through spirit job. Sampel in this research is determined with the census approach many as 80 people. Its measurement scale use the scale likert. At data analysis use the simple linear regression test and test the doubled regresi. Research result show the motivate to have an effect on to employee morale of equal to 5,7 gratuity. Environmental work to have an effect on to employee morale of equal to 18,5 gratuity. Compensation have an effect on to employee moraleof equal to 10,4 gratuity.Motivate to have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 5,0 gratuity. Environmental work to have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 12,7 gratuity.Compensation have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 12,2 gratuity. Spirit of job have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 10,9 gratuity. Motivation, environmental work, and compensation to employee moraleof equal to 21,2. Motivation, environmental work the, compensation and employee morale to employees performance of equal to 20,3 gratuity. This research conclude that motivation, environmental work, and compensation have an effect on to employees performance. Companies need to approach the family, consider resting facilities, bathrooms, employee salaries and bonuses.

Abstract

The purpose at this research is to determine how much the influence of brand image, product design and features of the product Nokia to the purchasing decisions at Diponegoro Universit students, Semarang. Type of this research is eksplanatory research. A sample of 100 respondent was taken that consumers who use Nokia product and also a student of Diponegoro University, and it was taken by accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using linier regression analysis and SPSS 20 version. The survey results revealed that significantly brand image has a positive effect which means any changes to our brand image will influence the purchasing decisions of Nokia products, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.583. In addition, significantly product design has a positive effect, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.484, and for product features significantly has positive influence on purchase decisions, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0,798. While simultaneously, brand image, design and product features has a positive influence on purchase decisions as indicated by the linear regression of brand image at 0.365, 0.108 for the product design and product features at 0.396.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect variables work environment, leadership and compensation of  PT.Kimia Farma Plaant Semarang’s employees' job satisfaction. This paper  is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling type that used as a sample that is 95 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for windows version 16:00 The conclusion of this research is 55.8% of the respondents said the work environment is fair, 66.3% of respondents said leadership is fair, 91.6% of respondents said compensation in either category, and 67.4% of respondents stated to have job satisfaction tinggi.Work environment variable affect the job satisfaction of 25.1%. Leadership variables affect job satisfaction of 16.6%. Variable compensation affects the job satisfaction of 16.1%. Simulteously  the work environment, leadership and compensation affects job satisfaction by 36.1%. This means better work environment, leadership and compensation expected higher level employees' job satisfaction Based on the results the company needs to improve the quality of existing employment facilities such as keeping all existing work by organizing community service, to promote cooperation and liaison between the leadership of the employee gatherings are held regularly, compensation has created a well should be maintained so that the satisfaction increased employee and employee performance the better

Abstract

This study aimed to to determine the effect variables of Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty Transportation Users BPU. Rosalia Indah. This type of research used is explanatory research, data collection methods using an oral interview and a data collection tool using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents who use the services of the BPU. Rosalia Indah via nonprobability sampling technique by using purposive sampling method. The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 3.296 + 0.136 X1 + 0.666 X2 e. From the regression equation it is known that the quality of service and customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination 0.468 magnitude. It is indicating that the quality of service and customer satisfaction variables could explain 46.8% of consumer loyalty. Based on the results of the data analysis we can conclude the existence effect of service quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty BPU Rosalia Indah users. and have a strong level of closeness relationship this means that the higher quality of service and customer satisfaction that will lead to the higher customer loyalty. Companies can improve the quality of care by increasing service ticketing and departure schedule more regularly in order to be more timely.

Abstract

Abstraction Perhutani Unit I in Central Java is one of the State-owned enterprises (SOEs) that manage forest resources with the principles of sustainable forest management based on the characteristics of the region and Support Watersheds (DAS) as well as improving the results of forest wood and non-wood forest, ecotourism, environmental services, agroforestri as well as the potential for other forestry-based businesses in order to generate profits to ensure company growth in a sustainable way. The results of this research is that compensation demotivating work discipline, work on performance of employees in the Perhutani Unit I belonged to Central Java. The variable compensation gives the most powerful influence on the work achievement of work amounting to 50.5%. Variable work discipline gives influence of 45.0% of the employee's performance while 76.8% influenced by variables of motivation. The conclusion from this study is that compensation, work discipline and motivation of working effect significantly to employee performance intermediates.

Abstract

Work performance is a very desirable outcome, either by employees or the workers themselves and the company. Compensation and Motivation has been found to increase employee performance. Therefore, two things need to be considered by the company in order to improve work performance. PT. Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta Pusat Semarang is one of the banks engaged in microfinance and has a new policy is to recruit staff on a large scale, but have not been able to realize the given target. The purpose of this reseacrh are: (a) To find there is an effect of compensation to work performance at PT. Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta. (b) To find there is an effect of motivation to work performance at PT. Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta. (c) To find there is an effect of compensation and motivation to work performance at PT. Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta. This research type is explanatory research to the 39 respondents to the census approach. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, by means of questionnaires and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using analytical tools such as cross tables, test validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the t test and F test. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive effect between compensation and motivation of the employees' performance of PT Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta kantor Pusat Semarang. The higher compensation and motivation of the employees' work performance will increase, and vice versa. Suggestions for increasing employees' work performance for the company to increase its attention to compensation and motivation that will ultimately improve the work performance of employees.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate customer’s perception concerning retailing mix that has been done by Sri Ratu Peterongan Supermarket, its influence towards customer loyalty, and which variable influence customer loyalty the most. Population that was used is Sri Ratu Peterongan Supermarket’s customer who has SATU card. Number of sample is 100 people. Sampling technique that was used is nonprobability sampling. Sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Data which is obtained was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using validity and reliability test, crosstab analysis, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, double linear regression, determination coefficient, t and F test with SPSS 18 for windows. Research results are retailing mix, consist of store location, merchandise, price, customer service, promotion, and store atmosfer, have positive influence towards customer loyalty, and customer service variabel has the biggest influence towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

Total production of the company is the dominant factor in influencing the sale of goods for the economical production can determine whether the goods sold in the market. Type of research used is descriptive. Analisys of the data used to determine method Economic Production Quantity (EPQ)the production optimal and economical expendirure. The purpose of this study was to determine the general optimal production level, the view of the cost, yield, production and availability of finished products of green tea. In particular, are (1) To determine the quantity of wet production for each production. (2) To determine the amount of the costs incurred in each production.(3) To determine the optimal production quantities according to the company. (4) To determine the optimal production quantities according to the EPQ. The analysis showed that production is determined from production wet dry, wet production quantities can be influenced by several factors such as the condition of shoots in the garden is not good for plant disease, climate and rainfall, and the availability timed. Levels rendement average is 22.40%. Rendement The higher the better, the percentage yield levels generated. Optimal production level achieved Economic Production, the most economical in the year 2011 according to the calculation method of EPQ Optimal month production level achieved by calculation EPQ company that in 2010 April 96.750 Kg at a cost of Rp 148.309.229.  From the analysis of the total costs incurred where companies show a greater value than the sum of the cost of reckoning EPQ. Suggested EPQ method is used, as it will result in optimal production with minimum expenses. The Company takes into account the results of the product with the sale of product inventory that needs can be met.
