Abstract

Human resource management is one of the factors that determine the success or failure of the company. In order to determine the role and contribution of human resources in achieving success, of course necessary performance measurement. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including the culture of work, work discipline and occupational health and safety (K3). Including employee performance degradation caused by the work culture that has not been fully implemented, the lack of discipline of employees and service to lack of K3. PT Apac Inti Corpora is a company engaged in the field of textile products such as yarn, gray fabric and denim fabric.This research aims to know and explain the influence of positive work culture, discipline of work and employee performance against K3 remains part of the production unit spinning 2 PT Apac Inti Corpora. This research is explanatory research type approach uses against 79 respondents with Incidental technique. Data collection techniques in the research using interview techniques, questionnaire and the study of librarianship. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using a cross-tabular analysis tools, test validity, reliability test, a simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing by t-test and F-test as well as using the help application programs SPSS 20.0 for Windows.Results of the statistical analysis shows the work culture, work discipline and K3 has a positive influence on performance of employees. Seen from the calculation of the coefficients of the regression test, where the influential work of cultural 0,098, discipline working effect of 0.125, K3 and influential of 0,496. From these results it is known that the greatest influence affecting performance variable (Y) is K3 variables (X3).Advice that can be given in this research to enhance implementation of the cultural work by conducting briefings on a regular basis so that culture can be lived and practiced. Companies need to improve discipline by giving sanction expressly and reprimand for employees, whereas for the implementation of K3 enterprises need to increase socialization and simulation of safety. As well as the need for continued research by companies or parties outside the company about other free variables that can provide an additional contribution to improving the performance of employees.

Abstract

Customer loyalty to the brand is a very important concept, especially on condition that the level of competition is very tight with low growth. In such conditions on brand loyalty is needed so that the company can survive. There are four variables that will be used as independent variables in this study, namely, the predictability of the brand, the brand competence, confidence in the company, and brand preferences.This study was conducted to determine the effect of predictability brand, brand competence, confidence in the company, and brand preferences on purchasing decisions and customer loyalty Mitsubishi truck. In this study using sampling techniques respondent random sampling, the number of respondents as many as 92 respondents. Analysis of the data used is path analysis.The results showed that the predictability of the brand, the brand competence, confidence in the company, and brand preferences partially and simultaneously has significant influence on purchasing decisions and loyalty. Based on path analysis, purchasing decision is a mediating variable on customer loyalty. Suggestions for the company is better able to improve the quality of Mitsubishi products, advantages and its uniqueness, able to educate their customers and increase the safety equipment in the truck.

Abstract

Human resource performance has an important role in production because its impact the company profitability. Physical working environment, stress and discipline should be an important notice from the company because its impact the employee performance. PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. is one of Indonesia State Owned Enterprise, wich focused on pharmacy-supplied business, and the production growth in past three years showed decline.The aim of this research is to understand the impact of physical working environment, stress and discipline towards production employmee. The type of the research is explanatory research. Interview use questionnaire and literature are a collecting data as a tool and 88 respondents. The data will analyze with statistic descriptive, simple and linar regression, correlation, determination and significant test. Result and disscusion, In partial physical working environment, and discipline give a positive and significant impact with, the relation in both variables is medium. Stress has a negative and significant impact. Discipline has positive and significant impact. Insimultaniously, physical working environtemt (X1) and discipline (X3) give a positive and significant impact and stress (X2) give a negative and significant impact trought performance (Y), the relation within those independent variables (X1,X2,X3) trought dependent variables (Y) are strong.The conclusion and suggestion, there are a significant impact between of physical work environment stress and discipline through performance. The suggestion company should pay more attention in physical working environment such as sanitation, descrease noise, and settle illumination in a working area also manage working stress in company, strive for working discipline by making regulation, giving a stict penalty and socialize it.

Abstract

Operational objective of the company is achieving maximum profitability levels. Profitability is the ability of management companies to produce or obtain the profit effectively and efficiently. Fluktuations in profitabilitu experienced food and beverages company, and iconsistencies in the results of previous research encourage researcher to conduct this researchThe ratio that used for the profitability is ROI because it can identify the ability of management companies in managing the assets under their control to generate the income. In the dupont system profitabilitu is affected by asset turn over and profit margin.This study is aimed to identify the influence of receivables turnover and inventory turn over against the profitability of food and beverages company and which variable that had predominant influence of profitability.The population in this research are all food and beverages company of what listed at Indonesia stock exchange in the year 2010-2012. Samples was taken by purposive sampling methode with the result that selected 14 companies as a apotheosis. The type of this study was explanatory research-the variables was counted by utilizing regression analysis methode with SPSS software aids.The study inhibited the account recievable had an influence against company’s profitability, because tcencus (3.392) > ttable (2.028), whereas inventory variable had not influence toward profitablity. it could be sought in coefficient correlation test in which obtained tcencus (-1.174) > ttable (2.028). 0.213 was resulted as determination coefficient (R2), which meant the capability of recievable turnover variable for variation variable ROI explanation was 21.3%, meanwhile the balance 78.7% was adduced by other variables, which was not included within the research. In the future to attention of averages account receivable and increase sales.

Abstract

This research is motivated by globalization era that made a changed economy issued, like demands for economy actors to compete competitively. Every organization be charged to face every changed that happen responsively and can to equalize between external organization change and internal organitaion change. So that organization can adjust those changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work culture and compensation  on employee performance of PT. Pelindo III Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang. This research method is explanatory, with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive technique sampling. The samples are 55 peoples whom are employees of PT. Pelindo III Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang. The analysis technique used was qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, as well as the significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study showed a relatively high level of kepemimpinan, but there are still residing in the medium category. Work culture is in good category, although there are still existing in the medium category. compensation is in good category, but there is still residing in the medium category. High employee performance, but still there are employees who have medium performance.All independent variables, named leadership (X1), work culture (X2), and compensation (X3) together (simultaneously) or individually (partial) affect employee performance dependent variable (Y). Advice can be given that the management of PT. Pelindo Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang need to give more attention to leadership that applied by general manager. Continously guidance need to apply for better  performance of employee. And outbond activity need to present more to increase the teamwork. . Companies need to increase the compensation given to employees. This business can be done by providing the opportunity greater promotion and fees adjustment according to the hard work and dedication of the employees. The need for continued research by the company or outside the company regarding other variables that can provide additional contributions to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research purpose to find out the influence of product and price on the decision satisfaction customers using Telkom Speed. This type of research used is explanatory research, with the samples of as many as 100 respondens. Sample decision uses the purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses test validity, test realibility, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression. Result of research and discussion be explained product positive effect on customer satisfaction, which is the better product, the higher the customer satisfaction Telkom Speedy. Price positive effect on customer satisfaction, which is the cheaper the price, the higher the customer satisfaction. There is the influence product effect customer satisfaction, and price effect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the human resources play an important role in realizing the performance of a company. Companies are required to improve the performance of employees in order to output the resulting competitive. PT. Masscom Graphy Semarang is a company engaged in the printing and publishing of daily newspapers and magazines so need to maintain human resources work in order to meet the quality and quantity product. However, in 2013 an increase Missdruk in the work of the PT. Masscom Graphy Semarang which causes a decline in the quality and quantity of production.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and compensation for the performance of PT. Masscom Graphy Semarang. This type of research is explanatory, with technique of collecting data through using interviews, questionnaires and library research. The sampling technique using disproportionate random sampling technique. Sample of 60 people who are employees of the production of a wide - range of sub-section. This study used a qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, cross tabulation, as well as the significance test (t test and F test).Results of this study variable working environment variable is good, variable labor discipline is exceptionally high, and variabel compensation is relatively adequate and the variable performance is excellent .The results of this study all independent variables, namely the work environment (X1), labour discipline (X2), and compensation (X3) together (simultaneously) or individually (partial) affect employee performance dependent variable (Y).Suggestions in this research that the company should pay attention to hygiene in the workplace, improve regulatory oversight of the work, and reviewing the compensation following the employee's needs, and maintaining the quality and quantity of printing as a result of employee performance and the need for further research by the company or outside the company about the variables - other independent variables that can be considered to provide an additional contribution to improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of pricing, product quality, and brand image on purchase decisions Toyota Innova in Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research, the number of respondents 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using tools such as cross-table analysis, validity, reliability and linear regression.Based on the analysis of the study variables price, product quality and brand image have a positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image variables have the most impact in the amount of 36.3%. Variable quality of the product has the effect of 21.9% and the price variable has the effect of 18.2%. Taken together (simultaneously) the variable price, product quality and brand image has a 42.3% influence on purchasing decisions.The conclusion of this study there are significant hargaa positifantara, product quality, and brand image on purchase decisions Toyota Innova. Suggestions for the company by maintaining and improving the quality oroduk-kekuranganya deficiency and add facilities attractive exterior and interior so as to provide different values of the other products. Besides maintaining a good image in a way keep in constant communication with consumers and customers.

Abstract

Human resource had by company have to be powered and paid attention so that they earn to work better for the shake of continuity of company life. See importantly of human resource nya in continuity of life an company, hence company have to design and manage its human resource correctly utilize. Or failure efficacy an company supported by at its employees performance. Good performance, hence existing human resource in company have to have the quality of good also. Some factor able to influence employees performance is  giving of incentive, motivation work and organizational culture. With the background, hence target of which is applied from this research is to know influence giving of incentive, motivation work and organizational culture to employees performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Pandanaran Branch Semarang.This research which become sampel is Bank Rakyat Indonesia employees (BRI) Pandanaran Branch Semarang amounting to 55 employees from population equal to 120 employees with calculations Slovin. Used by Data type is primary data and sekunder while the analysis of data using frequency tables, cross tables, corelation product moment, simple regression, multiple regression using at SPSS 1.6.Result of research of giving of incentive by parsial have an effect on positive and signifikan to officer performance. Motivation work by parsial positive bepengaruh and signifikan to officer performance. Cultural of organization by parsial there are positive influence and signifikan to officer performance. Giving] of Incentive, motivation work and organizational culture have an effect on by simultan to officer performance. Equal to 69,5% officer performance can influence by giving] of incentive, organizational culture and motivation. While the rest 30,5% explained by other causes outside variable  giving of incentive, motivation work and organizational culture
