Abstract

This study aimed to analyzing variable influence situational leadership style, work environment andwork motivation againstemployee performance. This study was conducted at PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. KCP Bekasi. The number of samples was estabilished by 60 respondents with the sample using methods simple random sampling. Measurement in kuisioner using likert scale. Methods of analysis data is used path analysis with assistance SPSS program version 21 for test influence mediation used Sobel test.            The testing of hypotheses, indicate that situational leadership style variable are positive and significant effect againstemployee performance with regressioncoefficients of 0,314. With the most dominant on employee performance dimension of situational leadership style is delegating 49.6%. Work environment are positive and significant effect against employee performance with regressioncoefficients of 0,222. Positive effect on situational leadership style against employee performance through work motivation by results test indicate t value of 2,60. Positive effect on work environment against employee performance through work motivation by results test indicate t value of 4,57. Results test with Sobel test showed the t value is greater than t table at 5% level is 2.00. The results of path analysis showing that directlyinfluence situational leadership styleagainst employee performance of0,314 and indirect influence through the work motivationof 0,667.Directly influence work environment against employee performance of 0,222 and indirect influence through the work motivation of 0,908.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of profitability, liquidity, and leverage toward stock return using firm value as intervening variable in manufactured firms registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2010-2014.Variable used in this study are profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and leverage (DER) as an independent variable, Stock Return as a dependent variable, and firm value (PBV) as an intervening variable. The research populations are companies that include in the manufactured firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014 . There are 89 sample manufactured firms by using purposive sampling method. Path analysis used to be analysis technique using program SPSS 16 for windows to determine the effect of mediation. The result of this study show that ROE has positive significant influence on PBV, CR has positive influence on PBV but not significant. ROE and PBV has positive significant influence on Stock Return, CR and DER has negative influence on Stock Return but not significant . The result of sobel test show that firm value (PBV) may mediate the relation between ROE toward Stock Return.

Abstract

The growth of industry / trade based online has increased significantly. Increased growth is a good impact on other industries, one of which is felt by freight forwarding companies. This research was conducted to examine how the influence of service quality that focus on five dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence to customer satisfaction of goods delivery service.The sample used in this research is the consumer of Lazada Indonesia in Semarang which has been using the delivery service of Lazada Express during the event harbolnas implemented. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents selected using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. While the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, f-test, and t-test.The result of research using SPSS version 21 software aid shows that service quality have positive effect to customer satisfaction. From result of regression coefficient, it is found that tangibles variable (b_5) with coefficient 0,358 has the highest value in giving influence to customer satisfaction. Next the successive variable responsiveness (b_2) with coefficient 0,28; variable empathy (b_4) with coefficient 0,166; variable assurance (b_3) with coefficient 0,164; and variable reliability (b_1) with coefficient 0,153 have influence to customer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing is partially significant independent variables, because all values t count > t table or significance <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneous hypothesis testing of independent variables is also significant, with the value f count > f table or significance <0.05. Coefficient of determination shows the result that the ability of service quality variables, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles in explaining the level of customer satisfaction is 85.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that affect to return on assets (ROA) at manufacturing companies in 2010-2013. ROA is a dependent variable in this study, as an indicator of profitability. There are seven independent variables used, the average day's inventory, average collection period, average payment period, debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, size, and growth.               Sampling techniques is purposive sampling with certain criteria, ie companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2010-2013 period, so there are seventy-six datas as sample of one hundred fifty two manufacturing companies in Indonesia during the period 2010-2013. The data is processed by using a multiple linear regression equation with odinary least squares method using the SPSS program.            The result showed that there is a negative and significant correlation between the average day’s inventory, average collection period, and debt to equity ratio to the ROA, while there is a positive and significant relationship between the Size to the ROA.

Abstract

This research aims to identify, study and understand the organizational management in the non-profit organization Aksi Cepat Tangap Semarang branch with the paradigm of good governance. Using a qualitative case study method with a phenomenon know in depth the various resources required.Aksi  Cepat  Tanggap  committed  to  become a  professional  non-profit  organization  that  makes growing rapidly to gained trust society. The results of this study show that the Aksi Cepat Tanggap had been applied the principles of good governance. Conclusion this study found that when a non- profit  organization to  apply the principles  of  good governance,  non-profit  organizations  may develop rapidly, lasting and gain public confidence.

Abstract

Assessment of Bank profitability is measured by the use of financial ratio. The purpose of thisstudy was to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) as a independent variables of Return On Assets (ROA) of the Bank in The State Owned Commercial Banks in Indonesia are listed in Bank Indonesia (BI) in 2006 to 2011.Samples used in this study as many as four The State Owned Commercial Banks registered in the Bank Indonesia (BI). The data obtained on the basis of publication financial reporting in BankIndonesia (BI). Research data are secondary data taken using a purposive sampling method withcertain criteria, the Bank still stands during the period of observation and make financial reporting period 2006 to 2011. Methods of data analysis using financial ratio analysis, classic assumptiontest, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test that consist of T test, F test, and coefficient of Determination (R2).The results of this research found that variabels BOPO and NIM has significant effect to ROA. Then the variables CAR, NPL, LDR has not significant effect to ROA. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) regression model of ninety seven point three percent. This means independent variable can explain the ROA of ninety seven point three percent, the remaining two point seven percent is explained by other variable analyzed in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect arising from the brand ambassador, product quality and price of brand image and its influence on purchase decisions of face care Garnier. Variables used in this study are brand ambassador, product quality and price as the independent variables, then brand image as intervening variable and purchase decisions as the dependent variable. The sample in this study of 200 respondents is derived from consumer face care Garnier in Semarang city. The method used is accidental sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. In this study developed a theoretical model to propose six hypotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through a program AMOS 22.0Based on the results of data processing for the SEM full model has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows, the value of chi-square = 97.759; probability = 0.099; RMSEA = 0.032; CMIN / DF = 1.207; GFI = 0.939; AGFI = 0.909; TLI = 0.990; CFI = 0.993; NFI = 0.959. The result of this research prove five hypothesis are accepted and one is hypothesis rejected. The five hypothesis accepted are show brand ambassador positively affect to brand image, product quality positively affect to purchase decisions, product quality positively affect to brand image,  price positively affect to purchase decisions and brand image positively affect purchase decisions and 1 hypothesis rejected is show price is not significant but positively affected to brand image.

Abstract

Based on data from BPS in 2017, the company's debt in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sector has the highest debt rate compared to other sectors. This attracts writers to find out whether the high debt to tourism companies has a significant effect on the profitability of the company.The main objective this study is to examine the effect of debt to assets ratio (DAR), debt to equity ratio (DER), degree of financial leverage (DFL), long debt to equity ratio (LDER), and time interest earned ratio (TIER) on return on equity (ROE)  simultaneously  and  partially  in  torism  companies.  Multiple  linier  regression analysis is used as a data analysis tool with return on equity (ROE) as the dependent variable.This study uses secondary data derived from the financial statements of tourism companies listed on IDX period 2011-2015. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling method and obtained 10 companies from 23 companies listed on IDX.The result of this research shows that DAR, DER, DFL, LDER, and TIER have simultaneous and significantly influence toward ROE. Partially, DAR has positive and significant effect to ROE, while DER has negative and not significant effect to ROE. The DFL variable has a positive and significant effect on ROE, while LDER has a negative and significant effect on ROE. The TIER variable has a negative and insignificant effect on ROE at the 5% significance level.

Abstract

Number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Semarang has increased each year. However, an increasing that number are not able to show an increase in marketing performance. In fact, technology is always develop. Development of technology makes people want to get the fast service. This condition makes  Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises should think creatively to meet the needs of people. Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an effective method that is able to provide fast service to people needs. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a software that integrates all the business functions in the enterprise. This study aimed to determine the effect of implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to improving marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Semarang. Results of this research proved that improved  marketing performance can be done throuhg 6 processes. But, the most influential process in developing marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is by implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which  supported by choosing the accuracy of selection software and hardware. These things are the main factor in gaining the best result.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decrease in the level of customer satisfaction with Simpati cards that indicate a decline in consumer loyalty to the Simpati Card. With the existing problems, this study aimed to examine the effect of pricing, product quality and brand awareness on consumer loyalty premises customer satisfaction sebgai intervening variables.This research was conducted by using multiple regression analysis. Samples in this study of 100 respondents Simpati Card users in the city of Semarang. In this penenlitian there are models with price, product quality and brand awareness as independent variables, as intervening customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. By using the software SPSS for windows.The results of research showing that price, the consumer quality, and brand awareness positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with the results = 0,198  + 0,451  + 0,336 s well as consumer satisfaction is positively and significantly with the results = 0,844
