Heart health is important as it is the leading cause of death in Indonesia, especially among the elderly. However, the elderly is not routinely monitored because the Integrated Health Post Ngudi Makmur does not have access to heart rate checks. The author suggests a solution to this problem, namely a heart rate monitoring application with a max30102 sensor to monitor heart rate using the gaussian naive bayes algorithm which is expected to be able to help check heart rate in the elderly at Integrated Health Post Ngudi Makmur. This application allows continuous monitoring of heart rate. To ensure a smooth development process, black box testing techniques are used for functional testing of the application. Functionally, this application has been in accordance with the expectations of the author. In addition, the authors developed a device to measure heart rate using a max30102 sensor. An accuracy of 95.8% was found in the calibration results of the device used, while testing the gaussian naive bayes algorithm using the k-fold cross validation method showed an accuracy of 91%. It is hoped that the elderly at Integrated Health Post Ngudi Makmur can more regularly check their heart health.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna perangkat elektronik seperti laptop yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani masalah perangkat mereka. Karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang permasalahan laptop, pengguna seringkali harus mendatangi tempat service terdekat, yang dapat memakan waktu dan mengganggu efisiensi mereka. Melalui aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat menghemat waktu dengan memesan jasa perbaikan atau melakukan diagnosis awal masalah perangkat mereka secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan metode AHP untuk melakukan diagnosis awal masalah. Data dari instansi terkait menjadi landasan untuk pengembangan sistem ini. Tools yang digunakan termasuk Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk perancangan sistem. Sistem ini juga telah diuji menggunakan metode white box untuk memastikan fungsionalitasnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem diagnosis awal masalah pada laptop yang menggunakan metode AHP, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengetahui masalah yang dialami perangkat mereka, serta memudahkan teknisi dalam proses perbaikan.

In this ever-evolving age, all needs can be met quickly and easily thanks to technology. For example, in the past if we wanted to buy an item or product, such as clothes, we had to come directly to the seller or shops that were open. We no longer need to be complicated by the existence of increasingly sophisticated and modern technology today because now there are shops that offer the goods we need via the internet, namely through e-Commerce or also known as online stores. The author wants to create an online sales information system that can sell daily necessities quickly and efficiently because Toko Seventeen Tembilahan is a shoe shop, clothes, pants and so on that sells goods but still uses a manual system. The design of this application will be made using descriptive analysis and the system will be made in stages, starting from analysis, system design, system creation, implementation, and maintenance. The purpose of this application is to help the community by no longer needing to visit the location directly to buy the goods or products they want and to help Toko Seventeen sell and promote their goods or products quickly without space and time limits. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kepuasan pelanggan di coffeeshop zonna duri. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan suatu tingkatan untuk mengetahui dimana kebutuhan,keinginan, dan harapan dari pelanggan dapat terpenuhi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan agar akan terjadinya pembelian ulang oleh pelanggan atau kesetiaan yang berkelanjutan. Service quality is one of the most important aspects in an agency, one of which is the facilities on campus. The Faculty of Science and Technology UIN SUSKA RIAU has not fully provided adequate facilities according to student needs so that students are not satisfied with the facility services provided. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service in supporting facilities and provide good service improvement proposals for the future. Based on the results of the study, 12 statement attributes were obtained with five dimensions that could not satisfy students because the quality value of each dimension was smaller than 1 (Q < 1). This research is expected to be an evaluation material for agencies in order to improve the quality of service in the facilities provided.

The increasing number of coffee shops in Pekanbaru city significantly makes Median Coffee and Eatery required to remain competitive by determining the right planning / strategy. In the last few months Median Coffee and Eatery has experienced a very significant decline in profits. This study aims to design alternative strategies by providing new innovations in developing and maintaining businesses using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) methods. Based on the results of calculations using the QSPM method, 7 alternative strategies were obtained, there are 3 priority strategies that have the highest TAS value, namely providing an attractive outdoor area (TAS 7.647), expanding indoor and parking areas (TAS 7.643), and optimizing promotional activities (TAS 7.559). This research is expected to be an evaluation and consideration for business owners so that Median Coffee and Eatery can increase sales.

This research aims to explain the method of utilizing UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) for aerial data photography and processing of UAV aerial photos using Agisoft Metashape software. In this context, the author will discuss the key steps in data processing, including aerial photo preprocessing, 3D model generation, digital elevation model (DEM) extraction, orthomosaic extraction, and the provision of processing information from the aerial photo data. The research flow is structured in a series of steps, encompassing all stages performed during the research process, allowing for a clear direction of the research's progression. The final results, in the form of DEM and orthomosaic, hold significant value in mapping and geospatial analysis. This research is expected to enhance the understanding of UAV usage in surveying and mapping, enabling broader applications in various sectors. Careful supervision and control of UAV flights are highly emphasized to ensure data quality. The use of UAVs and Agisoft Metashape opens up new opportunities for accurate, efficient, and effective surveying and mapping.

ABSTRACT In the modern era dominated by technology, understanding academic developments in the Information Systems Department of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta through Google Scholar and Research Rabbit is very important. The research focuses on identifying lecturers' research interests, with the aim of developing a more relevant curriculum for students. Literature studies are used to collect and analyze information from various sources. The research results reveal the latest research topics that lecturers publish, becoming the basis for future research and guidelines for curriculum development according to technological developments. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of adapting research to technological developments and a deep understanding of lecturers' interests to maintain the relevance of the curriculum in an ever-changing academic world. This step is key in preparing students to succeed in a rapidly developing environment. In this context, lecturers' understanding and research helps shape a curriculum that is able to face the challenges of modern technology and produce graduates who are ready to face continuous change. Transportation service providers are leveraging advancements in information technology to enhance their online transportation businesses. To stay competitive with other online transportation service providers, these businesses are constantly striving to elevate customer satisfaction. Presently, there is a wealth of research focused on identifying the factors that impact customer satisfaction. Therefore, there is a need for a comprehensive review of journal papers that delve into customer satisfaction in the context of online transportation. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology and focuses on journal papers published between 2018 and 2023. The study is guided by three research questions (RQs). The ultimate findings of this research shed light on the most extensively studied applications, which are Go-Jek and Grab. Data collection methods predominantly involve the use of questionnaires, with up to 100 respondents participating. The research highlights that the key driver of customer satisfaction is the quality of service. The insights derived from this study are expected to provide valuable information for operators in the online transportation industry. It is anticipated that this knowledge will encourage these businesses to continually enhance the quality of their services, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and repeated utilization of their services.

Perkembangan era saat ini memiliki dampak yang luas terhadap berbagai sektor, terutama di industri transportasi. Di era digital, muncul berbagai inovasi, termasuk layanan transportasi online, yang secara signifikan mengubah lanskap industri transportasi. Diperlukan tinjauan ulang terhadap paper jurnal yang membahas efektivitas transportasi online, khususnya dalam konteks aplikasi Gojek yang populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Gojek, sebagai perusahaan decacorn dari Indonesia, telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Dengan semakin banyaknya pengguna aplikasi Gojek, perusahaan harus terus menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu layanannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap paper jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Terdapat tiga Research Question (RQ) dalam penelitian ini. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Gojek memiliki beberapa fitur yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam penggunaannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dari penelitian sebelumnya, dengan partisipasi hingga 200 responden. Terdapat enam faktor yang membuat masyarakat memilih transportasi online Gojek, di mana kualitas layanan dan jasa yang diberikan oleh Gojek dinilai sangat baik oleh responden.
