Abstract

Background: In the era of globalization, development is increasingly rapid so that an organization must innovate to improve the performance of its employees. Based on case studies in the Grobogan Regency DPRD, there are still employees who are late and go home before their time to go home. So that it has an impact on other employees who imitate this behavior. With these problems, it is necessary to pay attention to how to maintain stable organizational performance. In implementing good human resources by prioritizing employee performance as the driving force of the company. Several factors that can influence employee performance include the non-physical work environment, achievement motivation, and preventive discipline.Methodology: The object of this research is all Grobogan Regency DPRD employees who are the population in this research. while the sampling method used census techniques for 143 respondents. then data is collected through a questionnaire which will be processed using SPSS 24.0Results: The research results show that the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance. And preventive discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Conclusion: The non-physical work environment, achievement motivation and preventive work discipline play a role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Background : Currently the culinary business is a very promising business, because food is a basic need for society. Digital marketing is a system that has been embedded in the world of marketing in the digital era, in this era all forms of information can be received by the public very easily and quickly. A form of consumer assessment of the level of service that has been received by consumers, good service is certainly expected by consumers to provide a sense of satisfaction, called service quality. Apart from that, promotion is also a form of marketing communication in increasing people's purchasing power. So in assessing consumer satisfaction, it is referred to as feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise as a result of comparing the results of products and services that are in accordance with consumer needs, what is expected by consumers to feel very satisfied.Purpose: Describe and analyze the influence of digital marketing on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Kremes Purwodadi, describe and analyze the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Kremes Purwodadi, describe and analyze promotions on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Kremes Purwodadi, describe and analyze the influence of digital marketing, service quality and promotion simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Kremes Purwodadi.Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach. Determining the sample size used Cooper and Emory theory and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 Forwindows statistical analysis techniques.Conclusion: digital marketing, service quality and promotion play a role in increasing consumer satisfaction.Suggestion: Further research can be carried out by increasing the number of respondents so that they can represent consumers at Ayam Kremes Purwodadi in terms of testing the influence of consumer satisfaction. Apart from the variables examined in this research, there are still many other variables that can influence consumer satisfaction when making a purchase.

Abstract

Background : Lifestyle changes are driven by technology and influenced by generation Z (millennials) who have the habit of using cosmetic products to care for or beautify the skin and support the appearance of both women and men, improving their appearance and selfconfidence. The first thing that needs to be considered when shopping online is looking for an official site that can be trusted, so that business people can build trust. This can be a choice according to their desire to behave. The importance of electronic word of mouth, online customer reviews and brand trust can influence purchasing intentions.Purpose: To purpuse the influence of electronic words of mouth, online customer reviews, and brand trust on purchase intentions (Case Study of Purchasing Scarlett in Purwodadi Grobogan District)Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the hypothesis formulated. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a purposive sampling technique. The sample was 94 respondents. statistical analysis techniques Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.Conclusion: Electronic word of mouth has no influence on purchase intention, while online customer reviews and brand trust play a role in purchase intention.Suggestion: Researchers can expand the sample to obtain more accurate and varied data. Researchers are expected to be able to develop research not only in Purwodadi District but more widely to Grobogan Regency or within the scope of Central Java.

Abstract

Background: The rapid development of science and technology has brought changes to human resources in organizations. These changes result in every employee being required to improve their performance. Increasing employee performance can be done through empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing which is supported by digital intelligence.Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out how empowering leadership and interorganizational knowledge sharing influence employee performance with digital intelligence as a moderating variable.Methods: This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach which aims to test the formulated hypothesis. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with certain criteria and obtaining a sample of 100. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: The research results show that empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence is able to moderate the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Conclusion: Empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing play a role in improving employee performance. Digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence moderates the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Suggestion: It is recommended for researchers who want to conduct research on the same issue to add other variables, for example bleisure.

Abstract

Background :Central Java is the highest shallot producing province and Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province is one of the areas where the majority of the population makes a living as farmers and is one of the shallot production areas. This shallot production area is often found in Genengadal Village in Toroh District. Almost all residents plant shallots when the planting season arrives, making it a superior product and there is great hope of earning a decent income from the cultivation of shallots. Marketing that confronts farmers in Genengadal Village is related to problems with the shallot system. Shallot marketing is the activity of delivering shallot commodities from farmers to consumers with the aim of obtaining monetary value as compensation for the results of the commodity. So the strategy for developing shallot commodities is important because apart from the limited amount of research, it is also to find strategies on how to encourage the competitiveness of local onion commodities to seize local market opportunities in order to improve farmers' welfare.Methods :This research aims to determine what internal, external factors and development strategies are carried out by shallot farmers in Genengadal Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. This research is qualitative research involving 5 farmer sources from Genengadal Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. Data analysis uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation.Results :The research results show that the opportunity for market demand is increasing, promising selling prices and machine support from the government are external factors that influence production, then farmer experience, cultivation techniques, land area and capital are internal factors that influence shallot production in Genangadal Village.Conclusion : The most influential factor is that if there is an increase in market prices then land expansion becomes the main factor for sources in meeting market needs.

Abstract

Background: In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, service industry companies face challenges that demand change and innovation. In today's highly competitive conditions, companies are required to improve human resource performance through low levels of work stress and implementing flexible work arrangements (FWA). Apart from that, there are other factors that support performance, namely job satisfaction.Purpose: : Based on the background and problem formulation that has been explained, the aim of this research is to analyze and describe the effect of work stress on job satisfaction, analyze and describe the effect of flexible work arrangements (FWA) on job satisfaction, analyze and describe the effect of work stress on performance employees, analyze and describe the effect of flexible work arrangements (FWA) on employee performance, analyze and describe the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, analyze and describe the effect of work stress on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, analyze and describe the effect of flexible work arrangements ( FWA) on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.Method: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the hypothesis formulated. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 84 respondents. Analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique version 4.0.Conclusion: So, work stress, flexible work arrangements (FWA), and job satisfaction as intervening variables play a role in improving employee performance.Suggestion: In this research, work stress on job satisfaction (H1), work stress on employee performance (H3), and flexible work arrangement (FWA) (H4) have a weak relationship with employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the future agenda be to develop variable measurements in order to provide better results.

Abstract

Background & Purpose: Competition in the retail world, particularly in mobile phone sales, is becoming increasingly intense due to the rising number of competitors and product variations. Companies like SMS Shop Mijen Semarang need to enhance the performance of their promoters to ensure effective operations and satisfactory customer service. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value, product accessibility, and promoter responsiveness on purchasing decisions for mobile phones at SMS Shop Mijen, Semarang. The perceived value variable is measured through emotional, social, functional values, and price/value for money, while product accessibility is assessed based on distance, travel costs, and time required to reach the store. Promoter responsiveness is evaluated based on their ability to meet consumer needs. Methode :The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, collecting data from 68 consumers through questionnaires. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. Result: The results indicate that all three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, and it is recommended that SMS Shop Mijen enhance the functional value of its products and ensure promoters remain responsive to consumer needs. Conclusion & Suggestion: Therefore, perceived value, product accessibility, and promoter responsiveness significantly influence purchasing decisions for mobile phones at SMS Shop Mijen, Semarang. This research serves as a foundational study, and future research should expand on this model by exploring additional variables and conducting a more comprehensive analysis to further understand the factors affecting purchasing decisions

Background : The ready to wear garment industry requires a high level of innovation from its players so that it can continue to attract consumers to buy various kinds of clothing products that are available in various models. Clothes seem to be a mandatory hunt when shopping, apart from protecting themselves, humans need clothes for their existence in the world of fashion. The increasing number of clothing models is a challenge for business people, how to ensure that purchase decisions continue to increase.Purpose: Based on the background and problem formulation that has been explained, the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of in-store displays on impulse buying in Siti Collection fashion MSMEs, to analyze the influence of in store displays on personal selling in Siti Collection fashion MSMEs, to analyze the influence of impulse buying on purchase decisions in Siti Collection fashion MSMEs, to analyze the influence of personal selling on purchase decisions in Siti Collection fashion MSMEs.Method: This research uses a quantitative approach method. The sample used in this research was 95 respondents using probability sampling techniques including random sampling techniques. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique.Conclusion: in store displays, impulse buying, and personal selling have an influence on purchase decisions Suggestion For future research, we can add the variables price discount, lifestyle, product quality, service quality, consumer behavior, promotion as moderating variables that can improve purchase decisions

Abstract

Background & Aim: The success of a company is not only measured by the number of consumers who buy products or services, but also by the company's ability to maintain consumer satisfaction The Mirah grocery store in Purwodadi faces stiff competition from similar retail stores. This research focuses on how the factors of selling price, service quality, and product quality affect customer satisfaction which is very important to retain customers and win business competition in Indonesia which is getting tougher. Methods: The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the effect of each variable on customer satisfaction. Results: The results showed that selling price, service quality, and product quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the three variables contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, with service quality being the most dominant factor. The conclusion of this study is that companies need to pay attention to these three factors to increase customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty. This research is expected to provide insight for retail store owners in formulating more effective marketing strategies. Conclusion & Suggestion: Selling price, service quality and product quality are important elements in increasing consumer satisfaction. However, there are certain things that need to be paid attention to. This research serves as a foundational study, and future research must be further developed regarding the development of methods and confirming the relationship between variables,especially understanding correctly regarding the moderating variables in the research to be carried out. Abstract

Background: Competition in the industrial sector is currently very tight due to the increasing number of companies, especially in the city of Demak, so companies are required to improve the performance of their human resources through career development by providing additional training will make employees have a deep understanding of the company's goals and increase their affective commitment to the company so that employees feel happy to be able to contribute to the company. So that when working you will be more comfortable and be able to complete work on time and interactions at work will be more harmonious, which will improve employee performance.Purpose : Based on the background and problem formulation that has been explained, the aim of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of career development on employee performance, analyze and describe the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance, analyze and describe the influence of affective commitment on employee performance.Method: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the formulated hypothesis. The sample used in this research was 70 respondents with a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was sampled. Analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique version 4.0.Results: The research results show that career development has a positive and significant effecvbt on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Conclusion: So, career development, emotional intelligence, and affective commitment play a role in improving employee performance.Suggestion: In this research, the career development and emotional intelligence variables show that the results are in the moderate category for employee performance, but the affective commitment variable shows that the results are in the weak category for employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the future agenda be to develop variable measurements so that they can provide better results
