Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among students in the Madura Region, focusing on the role of financial literacy as a moderator. The study utilises the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework with independent variables, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and financial literacy as moderating variables. A quantitative research method is employed, collecting data through a survey using questionnaires from 400 higher education students in the Madura Region. The results of data analysis show that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly influence student interest in using QRIS and can be moderated by financial literacy. Meanwhile, effort expectancy and social influence do not significantly affect behavioural intention and cannot be moderated by financial literacy. This research contributes to understanding the factors that influence QRIS adoption among students and emphasises the important role of financial literacy in using financial technology.

Abstract

The background to this research is based on the fact that the Republic of Indonesia Police organisation views the existence of women and children as important. This is demonstrated by forming the Directorate of Women and Children Services (PPA). Empirically, women's leadership in all processes positively impacts organisational performance. For this reason, what is of concern in this research is women's leadership as an answer to the complexity of the East Java Regional Police's PPA work. This research aims to urgently carry it out considering the high number of PPA cases in the East Java Regional Police to test the role of middle managers' capabilities in shaping performance through teamwork with gender leadership mechanisms. The methodology used is quantitative research with a survey approach using census techniques. The results of testing the interaction of leader gender as a moderator variable are shown by an interaction coefficient value of -0.189, with a p-value of 0.003 <0.05. Thus it can be said that leader gender influences the magnitude of the influence of middle managers' managerial ability (MMC) on teamwork (TMW). The implementation of the research results can be conveyed that the smaller the leader's gender (female leader), the stronger the influence of middle manager capabilities on teamwork.

The study adopts a quantitative research approach, and the sampling technique employed is proportionate random sampling, with a sample size of 136 respondents. Statistical analysis in this research utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The findings confirm that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while servant leadership also has a positive and not significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on job crafting, and servant leadership similarly affects job crafting positively and significantly. Job crafting, in turn, has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

Capital structure is a combination of debt and equity in the company's long-term financial structure. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, operating leverage, sales growth, asset structure, CEO female and CEO tenure on capital structure in the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The type of data used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The population of this research is infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and 14 companies were obtained as samples in this research. This research uses panel data regression analysis techniques which are analyzed using STATA 17. The results show that asset structure has a significant negative effect on capital structure, while profitability, operating leverage, sales growth, CEO female and CEO tenure do not have a significant effect on structure capital. Infrastructure sector companies should always pay attention to the company's asset structure because improving the asset structure contributes to optimizing the company's capital structure. This is because a company with a high asset structure value means it has a large amount of its own capital, thereby reducing the company's dependence on debt in order to achieve an optimal company capital structure. Companies must also be able to balance debt and equity and make the best use of their fixed assets in order to get large returns and minimize the risk of debt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and firm growth on dividend policy with firm size as a moderating variable in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2018-2022. The type of data used is quantitative data from secondary sources. The population in this study is 61 infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. The purposive sampling technique was used to determine the research sample, and 24 companies were obtained as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with AMOS 24 software. The results of the study show that profitability, leverage, and firm growth do not have a significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Firm size cannot significantly moderate the effect of profitability and leverage on dividend policy. Firm size can weaken the effect of liquidity on dividend policy. Therefore, companies in the infrastructure sector must pay attention to the company's liquidity level because it can positively affect the amount of dividend payments. Especially for large companies, they must maintain their liquidity level to remain optimal because a high level of liquidity does not guarantee that a company can easily pay dividends to shareholders.

Abstract

The current world financial crisis has caused many bankruptcies in various companies. So, it is necessary to anticipate the occurrence of financial distress so that businesses can prevent this action. This study analyses the prediction of profitability, liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and managerial agency costs in financial distress. The population in this study was 27 companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the IDX and published financial reports annually during 2019–2022. The sample used was 14 companies, with sampling techniques through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this test utilizes logistic regression analysis. The results of this test show that profitability, liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and managerial agency cost can predict financial distress, but the results of the effect test in this study state that all independent variables consisting of profitability, liquidity, leverage, sales growth, and managerial agency cost do not affect financial distress. Therefore, researchers recommend utilizing this test model to predict financial distress because the accuracy that can be given is quite good so that companies can anticipate financial difficulties.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance through work-life balance in Health Service Institutions. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type, where all population members were sampled as many as 80 Health Agency respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.1 software. The results of this study explain that work stress has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work stress has a large positive effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has a large positive effect on employee performance, and work-life balance successfully mediates the relationship between work stress and the performance of employees. If an institution wants to improve the performance of its employees, then the institution must be able to manage work stress well, which is balanced with the existing work-life balance.
