Abstract

The purpose of this study in full is to analyze the factors of Competence and Performance of Human Resources at the Papua Province Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Papua Province which have an effect on Papua's economic growth through training activities for the State Civil Apparatus. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the characteristics of respondents and respondents' descriptions of the dimensions of each research variable. In addition, this study uses an analysis of the effect of the quality of human resources on the performance of economic growth. The results of this research show the significant influence of the competence and performance variables of human resources on Papua's economic growth through training activities for the State Civil Apparatus which will be able to increase regional revenues. The findings of this study prove that the level of regional revenue in each period will be influenced by the quality of human resources. And there is a significant positive effect of the Papua Province Human Development Index on Papua's economic growth. Where with the increase in the Human Development Index of each Human Resources will increase the growth of the Papua Province. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it is known that there is a significant influence on the potential of human resources, performance of human resources, and numbers from the Human Development Index which continue to grow and improve the growth performance of the Papua Province. Abstract

The study's objectives are as follows: 1) to determine the level of village fund management in Waena Village from 2019 to 2021. 2) To find out the achievements of the village fund management and also find out the challenges and obstacles faced by the Waena village government in realizing the village funds for the welfare of the Waena village community. The types of research used are quantitative and qualitative, and the data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, literature study, interviews, and questionnaires. However, the effectiveness ratio and qualitative descriptive analysis are also used in the form of exposure to the results of interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The realization of village funds is estimated together with the 2019 target of reaching 91% or "effective," in 2020 reaching 94% or "effective," and in 2021 reaching 100% or "very effective." Then, for the obstacles found in this study, there are unexpected conditions such as the COVID virus outbreak, weather, and others, as well as community support that is still very limited, communication with the people, and so on. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth and employment opportunities on poverty levels in Jayapura city. This study uses time series data, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression. In the results of the study, it was found that the value of the regression coefficient of the economic growth variable was 0.000 with a significance level of 7.381. So it can be concluded that economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the level of poverty. The regression coefficient value of the employment level variable is 0.031, with a significance level of 2.440. So it can be concluded that the level of employment has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate in Jayapura City. Keywords: poverty rate, economic growth, employment opportunity level. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see if customer service and satisfaction are influenced by products. Independent? and Does customer service, in this case the application of technology, and product variations together have an effect on customer satisfaction with Life by Products? Independent? The study was conducted at Bank Mandiri KCP Jayapura Sentra Bisnis using a sample of 104 respondents and the saturated sample technique. This study uses the SPSS.27 statistical test tool to test the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test) and uses multiple regression analysis (t test and F test). The results of the statistical test state that the test results The t-count on the Customer Service Variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.009, the Technology Application Application Variable (X2) has a significance value of 0.000, and the Product Variation (X3) has a significance value of 0.029. From the results of the t-test, all independent variables have a significance level > 0.05%, meaning that The three independent variables have a simultaneous positive effect on customer satisfaction in Living by Products. Independent. Then, in the calculated F test, the results of the statistical test state that the Customer Service Variable (X1), Technology Application Application Variable (X2), and Product Variation Variable (X3) state that the calculated F value is 46,798 with the resulting significance value of 0.000b, which is less than 0.05%, meaning that the independent variables jointly have a positive effect on the independent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction with Living by Products. Abstract

This research was compiled with the aim of knowing and analyzing the financial performance of the Regional Government of Jayapura Regency in 2012–2019 and knowing whether there is a difference between the performance of the Regional Head of Jayapura Regency in periods 1 (2012–2016) and 2 (2017–2019) held by Mr. Matthew Awoitauw, S.E., M.Sc. Data analysis used financial ratios, namely the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of regional financial dependence, the ratio of effectiveness of local original income, and the ratio of the degree of decentralization, in addition to using the average different test. The research results show that (1) the ratio of regional financial independence shows an average value of 7.38% (instructive relationship pattern), and (2) the results of the t-test show that there is no difference between the performance of periods 1 and 2. (2) The ratio of regional financial dependence shows an average value of 90.80% (a very high category), and the results of the t-test show that there is no difference between performance in periods 1 and 2. (3) The ratio of effectiveness of regional original income shows an average value of 95.15% (this category is quite effective), and the t-test shows that there is a difference in the performance of regional heads between periods 1 and 2. (4) The ratio of degrees of decentralization shows an average value of 6.70% (very poor category), and the t-test shows that there is no difference between the performance of regional heads in periods 1 and 2.
