Abstract

Conclusion: Novel, Social Stratification The background of this study is the interest of researcher to the social stratification in the novel Reich und Arm of Franz Michael Felder. The object of this study is novel Reich und Arm of Franz Michael Felder. The problems in this research are: 1) Overview of social stratification whether urban Bregenzerwald in roman Reich und Arm of Franz Michael Felder? 2) The impact of social stratification what happens to the characters? This study is a qualitative descriptive. The data in this study is sentence about the social stratification issues contained in the novel Reich und Arm of Franz Michael Felder. The results of this study has Een overview the city community Bregenzerwald in status based, Gender, Education,Jobs, Economy. As for the impact of their social stratification that there are positive or negative. The positive is their willingness to work hard to change the fate for the better, and  negative impact is form of completion, of contravention and conflict.

Abstract

Lena’s conflict in Drei Tage Liebe choosen as a research object because the story was popular, then in 1931 adapted become a film. The purpose of this research are (1) To find Lena’s conflict types in Drei Tage Liebe by Joe Lederer, and (2) to find causes of Lena’s conflicts in Drei Tage Liebe by Joe Lederer. There are two research problem in this thesis: (1) what types of conflict  experienced by Lena in Drei Tage Liebe by Joe Lederer? (2) what caused Lena’s conflict in Drei Tage Liebe by Joe Lederer?. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data analyzed using conflict theory by Nurgiyantoro and suported by Gorys Keraf theory, as for analize causes of conflicts using Jalaludin Rahkmat theory. The result of this research are: (1) there are two types of Lena’s conflicts, internal and external. The internal conflict experienced by Lena is self conflict, otherwise external conflict is conflict with the other characters. (2) the causes of Lena’s conflict are influenced by these factors: (1) sociogenesis motive, (2) behaviour, (3) emotion, (4) conative component, and (5) cognitive component. Abstract

Literature is a form of creativity idea from the author. One of the forms is roman. There are characters in a roman. In the source of the data which was used is written data of Der Fürst spricht roman by Jan Peter. In this research selected roman Der Fürst spricht of Jan Peter Bremer as research objects. Roman Der Fürst spricht tells about der Fürst and his servants, if it is associated with a sense of romance, there is also the linkages between der Fürst and his servants. Therefore, need to know these linkages to understand the story well. Then, there are figures in a roman. For making the figures live, the author needs the characterization.. According to Minderop, characterization is character description. The research question of this research is: How the characterization of the characters in Der Fürst spricht roman by Jan Peter Bremer?. The purpose of this research is finding the characterization of the figures in Der Fürst spricht roman by Jan Peter Bremer. This research included into descriptive qualitative research. For analyzing the research problem, the research used a theory about indirectly characterization from Albertine Minderop and Enneagram theory from Oscar Ichazo dan Claudio Naranjo . The result of analysis showed that the roman of Der Fürst spricht by Jan Peter Bremer had, 1 figure tempered leader, 1 figure tempered wicked, 1 figure tempered liar, 3 characters tempered friendly, 1 figure tempered rescuer, 1 figure tempered romantic, 1 figure tempered generalist, 3 figures tempered faithful, 1 figure tempered careful, and 1 figure cruel character. Once found the character it can be seen that in the roman Der Fürst spricht more inclined to depictions through sociological terms, because the author depicts characters through figures interaction in the environment. Where all the figures in the roman Der Fürst spricht interact with each other in environment so it appears the character of each figure. Keywords : Roman, characterization,  figure.

Abstract

According to Wellek and Waren (1995: 285), conflict is the essential incident of plot expansion in literature. Thus, conflict is important in the theatre because the fundamental conflict is human conflict. The research questions of this research are; (1) How does the conflicts happen between the characters in the theatre “Leonce und Lena” by Georg Büchner? (2) How do the factors affect the internal and external conflict happen between the characters in the theatre “Leonce und Lena” by Georg Büchner? The purpose of this research is to describe; (1) The conflict of characters, (2) The factors which affect the internal and external conflicts happen. The research design was used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The theory which was used in this research Nurgiyantoro and Peg Pickering theory. The data analysis was done by (1) reading the research object deeply, (2) searching the data which contain conflicts and the factors, (3) analyzing the conflicts and the factors, and (4) describing the conflicts and the factors. Thus, the results of this research are, (1) there are internal and external conflicts which happen in the theatre script, (2) the factors which affect the internal conflict consists of a) the emotional affliction since the demand and hope unqualified, b) the experience, interest, purpose, or the self-value have a contradictory with others. Abstract

Certainly interesting when reviewing how the illocutionary speech commissive figures based on the film that has been declassified transcripts of interrogations. The characters in the film do the interaction in the form of communication with the other figures. Communication is contained in a dialog. Leaders of the dialogue in the film is used to express an intent and purpose are accompanied by expressions and gestures. By using a knife commissive illocutionary speech act theory by John R. Searle, this study seeks to dissect the great veil. By using qualitative descriptive method, this research focuses on speech illocutionary commissive the characters in the dialogue the film "Sophie Scholl - Die Letzten Tage" Work of Marc Rothemund which also became the object of this study. The results of this study concluded that there commissive speech promise, threaten and offer spoken by the characters in the film "Sophie Scholl - Die Letzten Tage" Marc Rothemund work in different ways. Each has its own kind of utterances commissive has a function and a different narrative. Keywords: commissive, dialogue, naration.

Abstract

Hegemony is a leadership von Antonio Gramsci (in Faruk, 2010: 132). A social groups must be able to carry out the leadership before winning governmental power. To be dominant  authority when obtain, even if it already holds such dominant it must continue to leadership. Leadership is what is called hegemony. Based on the above theory, the problem in this research is: how to shape of hegemony in the film “Die Welle” by Dennis Gansel? The purpose of this study is to describe the form of hegemony in the film “Die Welle” by Dennis Gansel. This research include in descriptive qualitative research. Furthermore, to analyze used theory of hegemony von Antonio Gramsci, have the form concept of hegemony: (1) the form concept of cultural, (2) the form concept of hegemony, (3) the form concept of ideology, (4) the form concept of belief popular, (5) the form of the intellectuals, and (6) the form concept form of the state. The analysis technique used is as follows: (1) Data that has been determined is then analyzed based on the theory that has been specified in chapter 2, namely the theory of hegemony, (2) Data that has been analyzed and then described, in order to achieve the objectives that describe the form of hegemony in the film “Die Welle”, (3) Select the data that is considered the most prominent will then be included in the discussion section, (4) the final step is to draw conclusions. The analysis show that the quotation of dialogue in the film “Die Welle” by Dennis Gansel have 1 the form concept of cultural, 5 forms concept of hegemony, 10 forms concept of ideology, 1 the form concept of popular belief, 2 forms concept of the intellectuals, and the 3 forms concept of the state. Abstract

This reseach discusses the conceptual metaphors and the kinds of metaphor contained in the Bild newspaper. The data use in this paper are metaphorical expression or linguistics metaphors in German, from the following sources of political news article entitled ISIS - Terroristen in the German daily newspaper Bild. I use the metaphor theory proposed by Lakoff & Johnson to describe the conceptual metaphors and the kinds of metaphor. I use qualitative descriptive method in this research. Various conceptual metaphors found in the results of this research, which shows that in the talks about terror, not only refer to the concepts of crime. This proves that the metaphor is a tool to give more impression to the readers. The results also show that the kind of metaphor that most often appear in Bild is structural metaphor, it’s linear with the characteristics of newspaper text that is easy, concise, clear, and precise. Abstract

This thesis examines the myth of Lorelei in the future based on the myth of female Romantik believed by Germansociety at that time. The focus of this research is a character in the novel Frau Lureley Märchen II: Rhein MärchenClemens Brentano work. This study aims to determine the structure of the myth of the myth in the character FrauLureley using the approach of structuralism Levi-Strauss. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitativemethod. Abstract

To find a literary work, the reader should know how to characterize these figures. Characterization is an attempt toshow the character or the character of the character played. The personality of a fictional character is a behavior of thefictional character that is described by a writer in his or her literature. The personality of fictional character is somethinginevitable from a literature because a reader will not enjoy a literature without a character. The goals of this researchare: (1) Find Elina’s characterization from “Ich spür mich nicht” by Jana Frey. There is one research problem in thisthesis : (1) How is Elina’s characterization from “Ich spür mich nicht” by Jana Frey? This research method isdescriptive qualitative. The data was analyzed through characterizations method by Sayuti und to analyze thecharacterization is introvert or extrovert using the theory of Carl Gustav Jung. The results of this research are: (1)Characterization of Elina in the novel "Ich Spür mich nicht" by Jana Frey in terms of personality psychology of CarlGustav Jung, the leader Elina is likely to have an introverted personality because it has four characteristics introvertpersonality, among other things (a) prefer to be alone, (b) have their own way to express something, (c) is not easy toget along with others, (d) a fanciful or fantasy, and only the personality traits of extravert is confident.
