Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the comparison of time and installation cost of each m2 wall of MU adhesive brick with red brick mixture of 1 Pc: 5 Ps in Sleman DIY in 2016. This research uses experimental approach. The place of research is carried out in Bengkel Batu Department of Civil Engineering Education and Planning Faculty of Engineering UNY. The sample in this study was taken as much as 3 pieces of work pair with ukurang long pair 2 meters and 1 meter height for each pair of hebel and brick. The data of the research are analyzed descriptively with comparative approach. The result of this study is the comparison in terms of installation time per m2 wall of MU adhesive lightweight brick 1.7 times faster than the red brick pairs with a mixture of 1 PC: 5 PS (1.7: 1), the installation cost per m2 of wall from Lightweight brick with MU adhesive Rp 92.100,00 while brick Rp 60.146,00.Keywords: brick, hebel, wall ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan dari segi waktu dan biaya pemasangan tiap m2 dinding dari bata ringan perekat MU dengan bata merah campuran 1 Pc : 5 Ps di  Kabupaten Sleman DIY tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Bengkel Batu Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Fakultas Teknik UNY. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 3 buah pekerjaan pasangan dengan ukurang panjang pasangan 2 meter dan tinggi 1 meter untuk tiap pasangan hebel dan batu bata. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  perbandingan dari segi waktu pemasangan tiap m2 dinding dari bata ringan perekat MU 1,7 kali lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan pasangan bata merah dengan campuran 1 PC : 5 PS (1,7 : 1), biaya pemasangan tiap m2 dinding dari bata ringan dengan perekat MU sebesar Rp 92.100,00 sedangkan batu bata Rp 60.146,00. Kata kunci: batu bata, hebel, pasangan dinding

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe change of function of KPLT FT UNY Building Hall in the last five years is quite high. In the beginning, the KPLT Building Hall was only to support ospek, yudisium and faculty work meeting. Functions that require the fulfilment of vertical transportation (lift) that is the ceremony dies and syawalan big family of the faculty. The elevator is necessary because the occupation hall is not just people, but also catering equipment for parties. The purpose of this research 1) to determine the capacity of the building elevators KPLT, 2) determine the layout of elevators KPLT building, and 3) the form of the building facade lift KPLT FT UNY. The type of this research is design development, which refers to 4 D Thiagarajan. The results of the study can be shown 1) the elevator capacity for the building KPLT FT UNY is a passenger lift for 10 people, with two doors opening to the side, 2) The location of the FN UNY building elevator UNY in accordance with visibility, accessibility and freeway structure is on the front side east hall, 3) The appropriate elevator support structure for FT UNY building is steel structure because it is an additional construction, while for scopes using GRC, ACP or plastic composite material. Keywords: Accessibility, Elevator layout, KPLT building.ABSTRAKPerubahan fungsi Aula Gedung KPLT FT UNY dalam lima tahun terakhir cukup tinggi. Pada awalnya Aula Gedung KPLT hanya untuk mendukung ospek, yudisium dan rapat kerja fakultas. Fungsi yang menuntut pemenuhan sarana transportasi vertikal (lift) yaitu upacara dies dan syawalan keluarga besar fakultas. Sarana lift diperlukan karena okupasi aula bukan hanya orang, namun juga perlengkapan katering untuk pesta. Tujuan kajian ini adalah 1) menentukan besarnya kapasitas lift gedung KPLT,  2) menentukan tata letak lift gedung KPLT, dan 3)  bentuk fasad lift gedung KPLT FT UNY. Jenis kajian ini adalah pengembangan desain, dimana mengacu pada 4D Thiagarajan. Hasil kajian dapat ditunjukkan 1) kapasitas lift untuk gedung KPLT FT UNY adalah lift penumpang untuk 10 orang, dengan dua pintu membuka ke samping, 2) Letak lift gedung KPLT FT UNY yang sesuai dengan visibilitas, aksesibilitas dan bebas hambatan struktur adalah di sisi depan sebelah timur ruang hall, 3) Struktur pendukung lift yang sesuai untuk gedung KPLT FT UNY adalah struktur baja karena merupakan konstruksi tambahan, sedangkan untuk pelingkupnya menggunakan GRC, ACP atau bahan komposit dari plastik. Kata kunci: Aksesbilitas, Tata letak elevator, Gedung KPLT.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to show the ability of tube tissue system distributesclean water in Balikpapan City recently. The use of waterCAD software is one ofthe alternative programs to drive an element tube exchange to get a betterclean water distribution tissue.The data of the research are city population, topography photograph,skeletonize-model map and its equipment. The data then were used for the inputof waterCAD software. According to the output of the program, it shows that itshould be a change of tube elements to gain pressure standard 150-300 kPausing scenario management facility.The result analysis using waterCAD software shows that the capacity ofclean water distribution pipe at this time have not been able to suffice the cleanwater demand, in this condition, the water flow has average pressure -29.735,05kPa which is not appropriate with pressure standard. The alternative program tosolve this matter is the change of tube diameter to 400, 500, and 600 mm andtube material from Galvanized Iron and Steel. The pressure after the change is174,5 kPa. The computation dispute between waterCAD software and analyticcomputation is 0,71% for flow debit and 2,27% for pressure at node. The differenceshows that the waterCAD software has been thoroughly tested.Keywords: water demand, clean water distribution system, waterCAD program

Abstract

ABSTRACTRigid pavement for highways in Indonesia started as an alternative for road pavement. Roller compacted concrete (RCC) is one type of dry concrete mixture with low water cement ratio (slump 5 cm). The RCC spreading is the same as the asphalt concrete pavement that uses the finisher and is compacted using a roller. This research uses RCC mix design with cement water factor value 0,25. Additional silicafume materials of 10%, superplasticizer 2.4%, and steel fiber (dramix) with variations of 0.5% and 1%. RCC Compaction using standard proctor tools. Testing of bending forces and compression of concrete in 1 day and 28 days. The result of research of RCC variation of 0.5% steel fiber and 1 day old concrete obtained Flexural Strength of 4,2 MPa while 28 days concrete gained Flexural Strength of 5,7 MPa. The variation of 1% steel fiber 1 day concrete obtained 3.4 MPa Flexural Strength, while the 28 days  concrete obtained 6.1 MPa Flexural Strength.Keywords: Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), Steel Fiber (dramix), Flexural Strength ABSTRAKPerkerasan kaku di Indonesia semakin banyak digunakan sebagai alternatif perkerasan jalan raya. Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) atau beton padat giling (BPG) merupakan salah satu jenis campuran beton kering dengan faktor air semen (FAS) yang rendah (slump 5 cm). Penghamparan RCC sama seperti penghamparan perkerasan beton aspal yang menggunakan finisher dan dipadatkan menggunakan roller. Kajian ini menggunakan mix design RCC dengan nilai faktor air semen 0,25. Bahan tambah silicafume sebesar 10%, superplasticizer 2,4%, dan serat baja (dramix) dengan variasi 0,5% dan 1%. Pemadatan RCC menggunakan alat standar proctor. Pengujian kuat lentur pada beton umur 1 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil kajian RCC variasi serat baja 0,5% beton umur 1 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 4,2 MPa, sedangkan beton umur 28 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 5,7 MPa. Variasi serat baja 1% beton umur 1 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 3,4 MPa, sedangkan beton umur 28 hari diperoleh kuat lentur 6,1 MPa. Kata kunci: Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), Beton Padat Giling (BPG), Serat baja (dramix), Kuat lentur

Abstract

ABSTRAK Persaingan pasar yang terjadi menyebabkan harga sewa yang ditentukan oleh budget hotel kepada konsumen terbilang rendah. Dengan anggapan bahwa lahan hotel tersebut merupakan lahan sewa, penentuan harga sewa kamar menjadi salah satu keputusan penting karena harga yang ditawarkan harus bisa menutup semua biaya yang dikeluarkan. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan analisis data sekunder untuk mendapatkan biaya keseluruhan dari awal hotel dan diprediksi sampai periode 25 tahun dengan metode Future Worth Method, Simple Payback Method dan Discounted Payback Method untuk menentukan harga pokok produksi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok produksi sewa hotel dengan penghitungan life cycle cost lebih tinggi rata - rata 13.31% jika dibandingkan dengan harga sewa kamar hotel yang ditawarkan, oleh karena itu target tingkat hunian hotel per tahun harus ditingkatkan rata – rata sebesar 12.59% untuk menutup selisih kekurangan biaya life cycle cost bangunan budget hotel jika ingin tetap mempertahankan harga sewa yang ditawarkan saat ini. Kata kunci: budget hotel, life cycle cost, harga sewa kamar  ABSTRACTDue to market competition among budget hotel managements the room rate may have gone below rational basis. Assuming that the rent of land area used by the hotel was considered, the price of the room rate may become a significant and important decision, since such a cost shall be able to cope the overall cost including cost of building construction as well as operational and maintenance cost. This research was conducted by interview and by analyzing the secondary data, collected from three budget hotels. The overall cost including planning, designing, construction and maintenance for life period of 25 years was analyzed using Future Worth Method, Simple Payback Method, and Discounted Payback Method in determining the basic production cost. This research concludes that the basic production cost, where life cycle cost is considered, is 13,31% higher than that average room rate as being offered. Therefore, targeted occupancy of the room in the coming years shall be increased by 12,59%, if available room rate is maintained the same.Keywords: budget hotel, life cycle cost, room rate

Abstract

The Madura Bridge is expected to be finished on the year of 2009 so that tl. Madura Island will be in the positive economic growth. To support those ofdevelopme} in Madura Island, there must be supporting infrastructures need to be prepaired i. e. watl supply infrastructure.The water source in Madura Island is very low especially the surface watlsource. Meanwhile there hasn't been any research conducted on groundwater sconditic andpotension. So that it need to conduct a research on the utility effect ofgroundwater condition andpotention in Kabupaten Sampang and Kabupaten Pamekasan. The result shows that the total sum ofgroundwater sutility until now in Kabupatl Sampang is 101188.81 cu. m/day, meanwhile the total sum of groundwater s utility Kabupaten Sampang is 176761,93 cu.m/day, and the total sum of goundwater s utih in Cekungan Sampang-Pamekasan is about 214800 cu.m/day or 7840200 cu.m/yel The recharge amout is about 590090 cu.m/day or 215678000 cu.m/year. Meanwhile t, potention of groundwater s utility in Cekungan Ketapang is about 37100 cu.m/day 13541000 cu.m/year, with the recharge amount is about 300170 cu.m/day or 10956201 cu.m/year.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the capacity of shear strength Autoclaved Aerated Concreteusing thin bed mortar as an adhesive with variations of water cement ratio and determine thecrack pattern. This research was conducted in the laboratory of building materials, Departmentof Civil Engineering and Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. The testobject 20 x10x10cm in dimension. The adhesive material was used thin bed mortar with varietyof water cement ratio 0.15; 0.20; and 0.25 respectively. The test results showed that the shearstrength average with f.a.s 0.15 ; 0.20 ; and 0.25 were 0,243 MPa; 0.269 MPa ; and 0,270 MPa;The crack pattern is combination failure.

Abstract

The research aims to know the influence of abutment cover on scouring process, depth and change of bedconfiguration around abutment. The research is carried out by experiment in hydraulic laboratory of civil andplanning departement at Yogyakarta state university. Esperiments are conducted for three point of abutment andthree different distance of the abutment, namely 0,25 h, 0,5 h and 0,75 h. The result showed that using coverplate can decrease scour depth efectively at the upstream of abutment (A), middle of abutment (B) and thedownstream of abutment (C). The result showed a maximum efficiency of 63,3 % in scour reduction for 0,25 hlong distance of cover plate for point A, 35 % and 50 % in scour reduction for 0,75 h for point B and point C .The expereiment show that using double plate cover where distance 0,75 h is more efective than 0,25 h and0,5 h.Keywords: abutment, scouring, cover plate Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan plat pelindung abutmen terhadap prosesgerusan, kedalaman gerusan dan perubahan konfigurasi dasar di sekitar abutmen jembatan. Penelitian inidilakukan di laboratorium Hidrolika Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Fakultas TeknikUniversitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Percobaan dilakukann untuk 3 posisi plat dari abutmen masing dan dengan 3jmacam jarakmasing-masing 0,25 h, 0,5 h dan 0,75 h. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan platpelindung mampu menurunkan kedalaman gerusan secara efektif pada bagian hulu, tengah dan hilir abutmen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi gerusan maksimum terjadi sebesar 63,3 % untuk jarak plat 0,25 huntuk titik A, 35 % dan 50 % pada jarak plat 0,75 h untuk titik B dan titik C . Hasil pengujian jugamenunjukkan bahwa penggunaan plat ganda dengan jarak 0,75 h lebih efektif daripada pada jarak plat 0,25 hand 0,5 h.
