Abstract

The procurement process became one of the important aspects for PT. PLN (Persero) to operate the company. One way to meet these needs is through the project tender. The tender process aims to get high-grade materials with the lowest prices that meet the criteria of efficiency PT. PLN (Persero). In order to simplify the bidding process required a decision support system. The method used in this system is Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). Input in this application are the documents and the tender offer price from bidders with complete tender documents that have been validated by prospective bidders and then selected by the tender committee to make an assessment and validation winner. The output of this process is the winner of the tender project based on calculations Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). Therefore, the method Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) can be used as a decision support system to determine the winner of the project tender.

Abstract

Automatic text summarization (ATS) is a process that was required to produce a summary of a text that contains information with help from a computer. This system is needed to determine the subject matter of a document so that readers can quickly understand. ATS systems need to process the documents resulting in important sentences from the document. In this study, lexical chains were used to generate optimal value for the candidate most powerful word in each sentence. The document is extracted to produce features such as sentence length, the weight of the sentence, the position of the sentence, and the similarity between sentences. The value of the strongest chain will be combined with fuzzy parameters. These features Fuzzy logic predicted the results of a summary of the values of the parameters to be grouped based on the value of linguistic important and unimportant. Furthermore, the final value of the fuzzy will determine the final outcome text summary of the document that was input by the user lexical chains. Testing conducted by manual sentence summary results sourced from respondents and a summary of the results of the ATS system recall, precision and F-measure. Based on the results of research that include the step of determining the problem, the analysis to implementation and testing that has been done before, it can be concluded that the results of the implementation of the method of lexical chains with fuzzy logic for automatic text summarization achieve fairly good.

Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan hal yang penting dibangun setiap perusahaan untuk memenangkan kompetisi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada pelanggan terbaik. Konsep RFM (recency, frequency dan monetary) dapat dipergunakan untuk menentukan pelanggan terbaik dan mengukur nilai loyalitas pelanggan. Metode Comparative Performance Index (CPI) diaplikasikan untuk menentukan bobot relatif variabel RFM dan menentukan nilai atau peringkat masing-masing pelanggan. Untuk membentuk pengelompokan pelanggan digunakan algoritma K-Means. Berdasarkan pengujian ISO 9126 model RFM (Recency, Frequency dan Monetary) merupakan kriteria penilaian yang tepat untuk mengukur nilai loyalitas pelanggan. Proses pengelompokan pelanggan dengan algoritma K-Means membutuhkan proses yang cukup lama bergantung pada jumlah transaksi sesuai dengan periode pengelompokan. Namun dengan adanya sistem, proses pengelompokan menjadi sangat efisien dibandingkan dengan melakukan pengelompokan secara manual. Hasil pengujian dengan ISO 9126, sistem yang dikembangkan sudah bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya.   Kata kunci : Decision Support System, Pemilihan Best customers,  RFM,  Comparative Performance Index (CPI), K-Means

Abstract

Smart card is a device, which used for multi purpose needs to secure content and information. This device has many forms, for example like cards, which used to secure banking transaction, SIM card, which used to store operator subscriber’s information as well as embedded smart card which used for many IOT (Internet Of Things) devices. The purpose of this research is to test whether SIM card can be used to secure credit card data that besides to store data, SIM card can also used to do verification and encryption. This research uses multiple standardizations as a base to build the prototype simulation that is PA-DSS and ISO 7816. PA-DSS standard used as a base to build client side and server side application and ISO 7816 is a protocol interface for smart card. With this research, I hope that we can see clear that it is possible to build a alternate payment system by using SIM card for storing purpose and credit card verification.

Abstract

Edge detection in the image of mining land become an important  because this process is the first step improve the appearance of the boundary line of an object image. Canny edge detection method is popular and has the advantages of detecting and localizing well, as well as a clear response. Selection of parameters greatly affect the outcome Canny edge. Parameters include standard deviation Gaussian (σ), the size of the Gaussian filter matrix and a threshold value. Canny method has 5 process consists a smoothing, finding gradient, non-maxima suppression, double thresholding and edge tracking by hysteresis. In this study determined the size of the matrix of 5x5, 7x7 and 9x9 while the value of σ of 1, 2.5 and 5.  Thresholds are adjusted using Otsu method. The program is created using programming language C#. The result showed that the greater size of the matrix and value of σ then produce blurred image. For the same matrix size, the greater the value of σ produce the smaller threshold and edge image obtained more detail.

Abstract

The competition among private universities in Indonesia for students admission is getting tough. This phenomenon is triggered by the fact that the main source of income for those universities is from their students. In order to win the competition is the targeting the promotion to the right area. Clustering method in data mining could be utilized get the information on the segment of prospective students, By segmenting these prospective students, a good promotion could be carried out in a more organized way. It also helps to achieve the cost effective and the target that the universities have. One of the advantages of this kind of promotion is minimizing the promotion costs and the increasing responses from prospective students. This model is built using the ready to use tool in the market,Microsoft Excel and SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add in. By implementing thus segmenting process to the applicant, it could classify which areas contributing to the number of the prospective students and which major they are interested in.

Abstract

Batang regency is one of the regency located in the north coast of Java in the province of Central Java. This district has various potentials that can be used as a regional superior potential. One of the potentials owned by Batang district is the wooden ship production area. This area is located in the north of the stem, namely Senturi area. Utilization of information technology or computer technology has not been widely used in ship production process. The production capability of ships made by this group is obtained from generation to generation or based on the experience of each member. This condition certainly causes problems in the process of resource management both from human resources and resources. Shipyard resource management information systems can be implemented in the woodcraft craftsman community. The results of both the functionality and the usability test show that the results are aligned where the design and test results have been appropriate. In the usability testing it is found that community groups can master the use of the system.

Abstract

Tanaman Keladi Tikus memiliki potensi medis tinggi dan bermanfaat dalam penyembuhan berbagai penyakit, seperti kanker payudara, kanker rahim dan leukemia. Tanaman keladi tikus memiliki keragaman genetik rendah karena pada umumnya tanaman ini diperbanyak melalui pemisahan bonggol secara vegetatif. Salah satu metode peningkatan keragaman genetik antara lain mutasi iradiasi sinar gamma. Uji coba peningkatan keragaman genetik ini menghasilkan data karakter morfologi dari tiap klon tanaman Keladi Tikus. Untuk menemukan pola dari data karakteristik morfologi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan klasifikasi berdasarkan tingkat kesamaan dari data-data klon tersebut. Klasifikasi sebagai salah satu teknik data mining yang terukur, dapat dipercaya dan memenuhi suatu standar yang telah disepakati. CRISP-DM adalah standarisasi data mining yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi klasifikasi data Mining tersebut digunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database Management System yaitu MySQ.. Berdasarkan penelitian dan setelah dilakukan pengujian, maka didapat perangkat lunak  yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan tingkat similaritas dan melakukan klasifikasi pada dataset morfologi tanaman Kelati Tikus. Abstract

Algoritma merupakan kunci bagi mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan komputasi secara efektif dan efisien. Matakuliah algoritma biasanya diberikan pada semester awal dimana mahasiswa dalam tahap adaptasi dan belum memiliki dasar pemrograman sama sekali.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak bantu pembelajaran algoritma dengan mengadopsi konsep buku digital atraktif yang dapat menyajikan gambar, teks, audio, video dan animasi. Metode pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan user centered design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian ahli materi berdasarkan aspek pembelajaran dan isi materi memberikan skor rata-rata nilai sebesar 4,46 (sangat baik). Penilaian ahli media yang meliputi aspek teks/bahasa, warna, gambar/ilustrasi dan interaktifitas menunjukkan skor rata-rata nilai sebesar 4,43 (sangat baik). Penilaian mahasiswa yang meliputi aspek teks/bahasa, gambar/ilustrasi,materi dan fun learning menunjukkan skor rata-rata nilai sebesar 4,19 (Baik). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukkan aplikasi buku digital algoritma layak untuk dikembangkan dan digunakan pada pembelajaran algoritma.

Abstract

The proper way of using room facility often neglected by its user. Human negligence is the main factor of this problem. Internet of Things (IoT) is one of automation technology that used Internet as the control mechanism. This research consist of monitoring and control design of the smart room that able to control the door and the lamp of the room in short and long distance so that the facilities is used efficiently. The design built is the control design for smart room consists of TMP36 as temperature sensor, touch sensor, solenoid door lock, keypad, BH1750FVI as ambient light sensor, lamp, LED as an indicator, Intel Galileo board and Blynk application. Control mechanism can be done directly to the prototype or in a long distance by using smartphone. The result shows that the smart room control design can be implemented well.
