Abstract

Abstract:Health is an important part of human life. Because if people are not healthy, will not beable to move and greatly affect their performance. Unhealthy conditions can be causedby various diseases spread by viruses or bacteria. According to WHO data, there aremore than 10 kinds of harmful and deadly diseasesin the world. Some of them are quitedangerous because the disease can be fatal for the sufferer, such as HIV / AIDS,malaria, dengue, and tuberculosis. The declining health of the world, raising awarenessfrom United Nations to achieve millennium development goals. Most of them arecommitted to improving the health of people in the world that improve maternal andchild health, and reduce the spread of infectious diseases.Key words: Health, Various Diseases, Millenium Development Goals.

Abstract

This study was conducted to clarify the government's role in resolvingconflicts in the mining village of Galian C Kajen through the mediation process inthe case of conflict between PT BRD Banjarnegara with GMTB NGOs . It can beseen through how the cause and the beginning of the conflict, the beginning of themediation process does and the steps taken by the government in carrying out itsrole through the mediation process , as well as the end result of a process ofmediation .This study used qualitative research methods , in which the researcherscollected data written and spoken words of the research subjects and informants .Field data obtained by conducting in-depth interviews and the literature.These results indicate that the role of government through the mediationprocess is quite helpful in conflict resolution . After the mediation process is done, the conflict is reduced . Although it is said in the mediation process does notsucceed in the absence of the parties signed a document that outlines severaldispute resolution requirements . Yet when the Governor of Central Java BibitWaluyo allow mining by PT BRD , also requested that the district governmentand parliament make arrangements so that the miners do not harm theenvironment . Subsequent to the mediation , the case has not been completed todate . Of the GMTB NGOs not accept alternative provided by the mediator finallyreported the matter to the President of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono .The most dominant factor being the cause of the conflict is limited resources ,jurisdictional ambiguity , communication is not good and needs .

Abstract

The existence of women in legislative institutions is an absolute form of participation in the democratic process of the Indonesian nation. From this meaning, it is hoped that their existence will be able to give birth to policy sensitivity oriented to the interests of women. In fact women often encounter some obstacles in politics, such as political party rules that suppress women's independence and the dominance of the number of men who occupy seats in the council. The purpose of this study was to determine The Political Parties Hegemony Toward the Performance of Women Council Members In DPRD Province of Central Java 2019-2024 Period amidst of the existence of double hegemony originating from political parties and male domination in this representative institution. This research used descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, and data collection techniques were also carried out with literature review and document review. Based on the results of the study, the researcher found that the women played active role when they expressed their opinions in running out the legislative function. However, with the collegial collective system made the women did not able to optimally convey the draft local regulation independently. In carrying out the budget function, women played an active role in the planning processed, discussion, stipulation, monitoring and evaluation processed in the determination of the APBD. There were some activities to carry out the oversight function such as the role of women councillor was quite active by carrying out recess, The women councillor did a work visits with OPD partners and based on OPD partners the role of board members was quite active in voicing the needs of their constituents. In the conclusion, despite the women councillor was under the shadow of the hegemony of political parties as a place for them to take shelter and the dominance of men in terms of quantitative, members of the council prove that they are able to greet opinions and try to play an active role as a member of the board in order to prosper the people of Central Java

Abstract

Interest group is a continuation of political participation in a political system.Interest group can be considered as an entity that seeks to articulate aspiration of its follower to the government of the state, without attempts to gain certain positions of public officials. One of prominent interest groups in Indonesia is Nahdlatul „Ulama. The existence of Nahdlatul „Ulama should be recognized as an interest group that is adequate and competent to transform condition of the nation-state into expectation of the society . Because of its comprehensive organizational structure and supported by a large number of followers, Nahdlatul „Ulama is considered able to act as opinion leader for people, particularlly for its followers, in order to respond situation that is occured in Indonesia.In the contemporary era, the existence of the Nahdlatul „Ulama can be assessed from results of National Conference of The „Ulama and Great Conference of Nahdlatul Ulama 2012. Two of four recommendations issued from the conference are corruption and tax fraud which are important to be eradicated for the sake of the wider community.In articulating, Nahdlatul „Ulama tended to combine the “top-down”, as form of guiding for the followers and “bottom-up”, as form of awareness of the problems. Related to issues of corruption and tax fraud, Nahdlatul „Ulama integrated the „Ulama‟s opinion and the expert‟s. It also based on the condition or situation that occurs in Indonesia. Eventually, the recommendations and the actions taken by Nahdlatul „Ulama aims to persuade the government to act seriously in solving corruption and tax fraud, as form of public interest articulation and moral support.

Abstract

This research describes the institutions that are created in a household in rural communities Giyombong. Giyombong Society which is a local community that still maintain the cultural values of local wisdom in Indonesia, namely in their daily lives to eat foods with ingredients called leye cassava. Institutional patterns embodied in the domestic mutual needs and mutual aid priority in the family. The ability of the community in meeting the food needs driven by natural conditions and residence located in the plateau area with cool weather, making it impossible to grow rice in Giyombong. Giyombong public awareness is a form of local knowledge that can support comprehensive food security and sustainable household to layer. In addition to the pattern embodied in the household, the role of private sector and government is also very important. Purworejo Government through the relevant agencies to consolidate through the extension and provision of cassava seedlings. Abstract

Pekalongan Regency is one of the areas in Central Java that  carried out direct local elections of  Regent and Vice- Regent in 2006 the for  the first time. There are two pairs of candidates for Regent and Vice- Regent of Pekalongan, intersetingly  in this election is that the two candidates, namely Drs. H. Highly Antono, M.Si and Dra. Hj. Siti Qomariyah, MA. As it is known that Amat Antono and Siti Qomanyah who were the Regent and Vice- Regent of Pekalongan in the period 2001-2006 were selected through legislative in the election of 2006, Amat Antono was defeated by acquiring 48% of the vote, while Siti Qomariyah as elected Regent of Pekalongan acquired 52% of the vote.   In 2011, Pekalongan reimplemented direct election  for the second time. In the 2011 election, Amat Antono was the prospective Regent of Pekalongan. Antono was successfully be elected as Regent by acquiring 56,% of the vote. This study used a qualitative and descriptive methods. Data collecting is done by in-depth interviews with actor directly involved and also the bearer party and supporters. Beside, the study also used the data and documents to support the completeness of the information needed. The purpose of this study was to determine what  the strategy in the election campaign of 2006 and the election of 2011 was. Based on the research results, the strategies applied in the election campaigns of 2006 and 2011 were quite different. In the 2006 election campaign strategy is: first, the manufacture of campaign paraphernalia. Second, socialization of vision and mission. Third, the development of strategic issues. Fourth, the closed campaign reserved for a handful of people and was filled with a variety of political contract. Fifth, open campaign conducted in the field and enlivened by entertainment. In the 2011 election, campaign strategy used is as follows: First, the manufacture of campaign paraphernalia. Second, socialization of vision and mission. Third, the development of strategic issues. Fourth, build self-image. Fifth, the strategy of picking up the ball. Sixth, grand campaign (parade and entertainment).  Keywords: local Election, Campaign Strategy, Amat Antono

Abstract

Corruption has been exsited in Indonesia since long time ago and become a hereditary tradition from Orde Lama, Orde Baru, up to this present Reformation Era. Corruption in this country has reached epidemic level and threatens this nation, which is why cleaning up the enroot culture of corruption is needed, starting from the morality, behavior, and bureaucracy that might influence us to do something corrupt. The reasons for corruption are vary. Corruption is often attributed to the low salary, the wish to gain a lot of money in just a short time, and the influence of others, or even ourselves. Many efforts have been made by previous government and people to put a stop to it.Indonesia's Corruption Eradicaton Commision (Indonesian: Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, abbreviated KPK) is a government agency established to fight corruption. There is also a lot of Non-governmental Organizations (abbreviated NGO) that operate independently of government which has been recognized by Indonesian citizen and government itself. The spirit of "Good Governance, dare to be honest is cool" and stiff penalties that await are hoped can reduce corruption to the barest minimum. Corruption is not only performed in national scope, but also in regional scope. There is a space within our regional autonomy which gives every region its own freedom to manage, build and develop its own region.Salatiga has been spotted because one of local important figure that conducted corruption. The project of Salatiga Ring Road has been corrupted for campaign fund of one of the candidates of the mayor of Salatiga, and using that money he is now sitting as the mayor of Salatiga. Non-governmental Organization and local government took part in solving the corruption, with the help of Financial Investigation Bureau of Indonesia (Indonesia: Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan, abbreviated BPK) and the people of Salatiga.

Abstract

Election is one manifestation of democracy, where the principle of democracy itself is giving a voice to the people. Reality is happening in Indonesia is very much different, the results of the elections that have been held so far have not reaped considerable positive impact for the people. Indonesia is a country that is fairly consistent in holding elections, the electoral system used is proportional system, where the system is the number of seats obtained by a political party or group in accordance with the number of votes obtained from the public. Voting behavior of people in Indonesia can be categorized into several approaches, namely structural, sociological, ecological, social psychology, and rational choice. But the Indonesian people from voting as a psychological pride, such as fulfilling the obligation as citizens, confirms the identity of the group, and showed loyalty to the party. Most residents also use their voting rights based on the information that is incomplete and inaccurate, as tradition, ideology, and the image of the party. Voting behavior can be sized to describe how people make choices in elections and also can show how much the political participation of the people who do. Kelurahan Kranggan which became one of the region's economy in Semarang which cause the majority of the work was hailed by the people as a trader. In this Kranggan village also found the results of legislative elections in 2014 are unique, political party PDIP almost absolute win in this village. Based on this phenomenon the authors are interested in doing research on the behavior of selecting Kranggan community, and classify the types of voters in this Kranggan village. Research is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of voters who have registered as voters for the legislative elections of 2014. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, analysis and crosstab analysis frequencies.Keywords: Voting Behavior, legislative elections, political parties, candidates, Criteria, Political Participation.

AbstractReasons of this paper is that the Population and Civil Registration Agency Sragen is one district in Indonesia which was awarded Best Of The Best e-Government Award 2007 from Warta Ekonomi in e-Government implementation. One implementation of e-Government in Sragen is application in SIAK2program. SIAK is a web-based information system that is based on the procedures and standards used specifically aimed at managing the administrative system in the field of population in order to achieve orderly administration and also help the officers to held in the population and civil registration service. Population Administration Information System in Sragen based on Sragen Local Regulation No. 10 of 2011 on the Implementation of Civil Affairs. The main guidelines for the application of SIAK regulated in Regulation No. 23 of 2006 on Population Administration and Government Regulation No. 37 of 2007 on the Implementation of Law No. 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration. In addition, SIAK also regulated in Presidential Decree No. 88 of 2004 on Management of Population Administration.The purpose of this study is determine the effectiveness of the implementation of e-Government at the Civil Registration and Population Agency Regency Sragen in the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) program and constraints encountered in implementation. This study uses descriptive qualititative type of method in order to obtain a clear picture of the object under study and draw conclusions.The results shows that the application of SIAK program at Population and Civil Registration Agency Sragen is effective, visible, and run faster. But there are still this in dealing with human resources SIAK program, there are SIAK officers in districts thathave not been able to operate the program SIAK to the absence of training for operators SIAK..Keywords: e-Government, Effectiveness, Information Technology, SIAK

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the Government steps to fulfill the society needs in health sector is by making JKN program. RSUD Muntilan is Magelang Regency hospital that’s classified to be type C hospital which has facilities in medical specialist ability and becomes reference hospital in Magelang Regency and surounding. RSUD Muntilan always tries to give best service for all patients. But, in fact there are complaints from the patients who’s in JKN Program. Those complaints such as service procedures that aren’t flexible and slow respons due to patients needs.This research is done to know the service quality of JKN Program thats given to the in house patients class III in RSUD Muntilan. The indicator for service quality of JKN are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible. This research is descriptive research with quantitative analytical to describe the service quality of JKN. The tecnic used for collecting data used quesioner given to the patients. Data proceed using Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) which is patients expectation measurement thats linked to hospital service capability. This will be value of IPA used to count the value of analysis satisfaction index (CSI). So we can get the value of patients satisfaction level due to the service quality.The result show the service quality of JKN program that given by RSUD Muntilan Magelang regency is well done. We can know it from the CSI result that show the satisfaction level up to 83,80 %. The indicator with the highest hope level according to the patients is reliability (4,81%) while the indicator lowest hope level is tangible (4,47 %). But in assesment show that reliability has the lowest point among others (4,15). Patients themeselves haven’t gutten satisfied enough with the service especially the fast and exact service and direct service procedure. Based on the compapibility between expectation and the reliability it becomes the major priority in sevice quality improvement.2Key words : Service Quality, National Health Assurance Program (JKN),Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible
