Abstract

Stunting is a form of growth faltering due to the accumulation of long-lasting nutritional inadequacies. Kedung sub-district has the highest stunting rate in Jepara district. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the stunting prevention program and what factors hinder the implementation of the stunting prevention program at Puskesmas Kedung I, Jepara Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with primary data collection techniques, observation, and interviews. Secondary data collection techniques, namely data published or used by organizations that are not processing them. The results of the research Implementation of stunting prevention has been carried out in accordance with output indicators with the criteria of access, coverage, service delivery, accountability, and program suitability to needs. The implementation of the stunting prevention program at Puskesmas Kedung I has been carried out quite well, there are inhibiting factors in the criteria of access, coverage, service delivery, and program suitability to needs. The obstacles in the implementation of the stunting prevention program are the lack of awareness of the target group of the importance of preventing stunting, difficulty in monitoring the target group, a limited budget although it can still be overcome by collaboration between villages with the same target, namely stunting prevention, and the division of time in implementing the prevention program.

Abstract

Menjer Lake is a natural tourist attraction located in Maron Village, Garung District, Wonosobo Regency. Compared to other tourist attractions in Wonosobo Regency, Telaga Menjer is one of the tourist attractions that experiences instability in the number of visitors each year, is less attractive to tourists, and has not been able to contribute optimally to Wonosobo Regency's PAD. The aim of this research is to identify stakeholders and their roles in the management of Menjer Lake. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that there are 3 stakeholders involved in this management, namely the government, the private sector or business world, and the community. The Maron Village Government acts as the implementer together with the Maron Village Karang Taruna, Bumdes Sumber Lancar, Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office, and the Fishermen's Group. The role of policy creator and coordinator is carried out by the Maron Village Government, the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office, and PT Indonesia Power. The Fishermen and Investors Group also acted as facilitators together with the Maron Village Youth Organization and the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The role of the accelerator is carried out by PT Indonesia Power. Based on the power versus interest analysis, the context setter stakeholders consist of the Maron Village Government and the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Players consist of Karang Taruna Maron Village, Bumdes Sumber Lancar, and PT Indonesia Power. Subjects consist of Investors and Fishermen Groups.

Abstract

Slums are a problem that is often found in urban areas. The government has made efforts to prevent and improve the quality of slums, one of which is through the Cities Without Slums (KOTAKU) Program. The KOTAKU program is implemented in 34 provinces and 271 districts/cities, including Semarang City. As of the end of 2022, the slum area in Dadapsari Village, Semarang City has not managed to reach the 0% target despite being made a priority for program handling. The slow implementation of construction and the remains of building materials that are left unattended are complaints from the local community. This research aims to analyze the role of KOTAKU Program stakeholders and the obstacles faced in handling slum areas in Dadapsari Village, Semarang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that Bappeda, Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman, and Tim Koordinator Kota KOTAKU play the role of key players. Meanwhile kecamatan, kelurahan, and BKM play the role of subjects. Obstacles faced include overlapping slum proposals and rejection of development proposals by the community to BKM in planning, ineffective coordination by the Tim Koordinator Kota KOTAKU due to job transfers, community resentment and unacceptance of the kelurahan, as well as difficulties in coordinating Bappeda with outside parties in implementation, kecamatan difficulties in overseeing undisciplined work and BKM in controlling the utilization of development results by the community.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi selaras dengan perkembangan zaman. Dengan munculnya berbagai macam web dan aplikasi, aktivitas manusia sehari-hari dipermudah dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi DKI Jakarta, ke seluruh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Administratif, termasuk Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Timur, menggunakan Aplikasi Alpukat Betawi untuk menyediakan layanan kependudukan secara online. Penulis melakukan penelitian tentang Dimensi-Dimensi dalam Ketidakoptimalan Penerapan Aplikasi Alpukat Betawi di Jakarta Timur. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aspek-aspek yang tidak optimal pada penerapan Aplikasi Alpukat Betawi diterapkan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa empat masalah utama terkait implementasi kebijakan Aplikasi Alpukat Betawi telah diperhatikan. Namun, ada beberapa masalah yang belum terselesaikan, seperti kekurangan sumber daya manusia dan masalah implementasi seperti kendala teknis yang menghalangi pengguna dan pengelola. Menurut Teori Edward III, dalam hal faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan aplikasi alpukat betawi, bahwa faktor pendukungnya meliputi transparansi layanan kependudukan online, keamanan data pribadi, sosialisasi yang masif, dan kecepatan layanan kependudukan dengan hasil akhir PDF. Di sisi lain, faktor penghambatnya meliputi smartphone pengguna yang tidak kompetitif, masalah keterjangkauan jaringan, dan kurangnya penggunaan teknologi oleh pengguna layanan. Abstract

Tingginya kepadatan penduduk di Indonesia berakibat munculnya permasalahan pada beberapa aspek, salah satunya masalah permukiman kumuh. Permukiman kumuh adalah suatu wilayah dengan beberapa permasalahan seperti kualitas permukiman tidak sesuai dengan standar minimal serta minimnya ketersediaan sarana prasarana pada suatu daerah sehingga perlu penanganan serius melalui strategi dan program penanganan yang tepat. Kelurahan Kutoarjo Kabupaten Purworejo merupakan salah satu wilayah kumuh yang berhasil mengurangi luasan wilayah kumuhnya sebesar 12% dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) tahun melalui Program Kotaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengapa implementasi Program Kotaku di Kelurahan Kutoarjo dapat berhasil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Program Kotaku diawali dengan puncak kesuksesan pada kegiatan sosialisasi karena masyarakat sangat aktif dan mendukung adanya Program Kotaku. Adanya masalah yang terjadi pada tahap pelaksanaan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik oleh warga yang peduli terhadap kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Hal ini mempengaruhi proses implementasi pada tahap-tahap selanjutnya karena sebagian besar pelaksana Program Kotaku adalah masyarakat sendiri. Masyarakat Kelurahan Kutoarjo diharapkan dapat lebih mengetahui mengenai Program Kotaku sehingga ketika mendapatkan kembali program dapat mendukung kegiatan serta memiliki rasa peduli terhadap lingkungannya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of MSME actors in Blora who do not have business licenses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the DPMPTSP of Blora Regency in providing licensing services for micro, small and medium enterprises in Blora Regency along with their inhibiting factors. The theory used is the theory of organizational performance by Agus Dwiyanto and the theory of organizational performance by Selim and Woodward. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that the performance of the DPMPTSP of Blora Regency in providing business license services has not gone well. There are performance criteria whose application has not improved, namely service quality criteria, responsiveness criteria, accountability criteria. The criteria that have been implemented quite well are productivity criteria, responsibility criteria, and equity criteria. Then the factors that become obstacles are in the form of a network system, the limited authority of the DPMPTSP relating to other authorities that are outside the authority of the DPMPTSP, human resources employees who have not been able to provide good service to the community. The advice that can be given by researchers is that DPMPTSP must improve the quality of services by various outreach through the media or in person and ball pick-up services so that service procedures become clear, carry out service monitoring and carry out routine evaluations, conduct training for officers on a regular basis, and coordinate with all stakeholders involved so that there is no miscommun

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata merupakan strategi untuk memajukan, memperbaiki, dan menumbuhkan daya tarik wisata agar meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan sehingga semua pihak merasakan dampak positifnya. Konsep kerjasama yang digunakan mengacu pada collaborative governance. Dalam pengembangan wisata Goa Pindul, masih terdapat permasalahan yang mengindikasi belum maksimalnya kolaborasi dalam pengembangan wisata Goa Pindul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis collaborative governance dalam pengembangan wisata Goa Pindul Desa Bejiharjo, Kecamatan Karangmojo, Kabupaten Gunungkidul beserta faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, collaborative governance dalam pengembangan wisata Goa Pindul belum berjalan secara maksimal karena komponen kepemimpinan fasilitatif belum terpenuhi dan proses kolaboratif masih menimbulkan permasalahan, seperti pada proses membangun kepercayaan dan proses membangun komitmen terhadap proses kolaborasi. Faktor pendukung yang ditemui yaitu faktor kultural, sedangkan penghambatnya faktor struktur sosial dan kepentingan pemerintah. Saran yang diberikan adalah penguatan peran Dinpar Kab. Gunungkidul dan BUMDes Maju Mandiri, perlu kebijakan tegas dengan memberikan sanksi sesuai aturan, dan Pemda Kab. Gunungkidul perlu mempertimbangkan alokasi anggaran perbaikan jalan wisata Goa Pindul.

Abstract

Klaten Regency was recorded as having 54,956 business actors in 2020, however, 5 (five) years since the innovation in issuing business permits which was carried out in 2017, the Klaten Regency DPMPTSP only issued 16,208 IUMK. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of Klaten Regency DPMPTSP employees and the factors that influence efforts to increase the number of business permit issuances. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population of this research is the apparatus at DPMPTSP Klaten Regency, where the sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the Likert scale. The results show that quantity gets a score of 67% with a medium score rating, quality gets a score of 53% with a low score rank, time gets a score of 67% with a medium score rank, skills gets a score of 67% with a medium score rank, leadership gets a score of 63% with a score rank low, and organizational culture scored 70% with a medium rating. Some things that need to be improved are monitoring the implementation of SOPs, evaluating the results of the work in question, increasing leader commitment, and facilitating the delivery of aspirations

Abstract

The Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Information Technology of Purworejo Regency has provided a special complaint service for the people of Purworejo through the Porjo Application (People's Online Complaints of Purworejo). However, its implementation has not yet been optimal. This research aims to analyze the complaint service on the Porjo application and the supporting and inhibiting factors in Porjo's service. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the 5 dimensions theory according to Zeithaml, which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of this study indicate that the complaint service on the Porjo application in the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Information Technology of Purworejo Regency has implemented these five dimensions. However, in the dimensions of tangible, reliability, and responsiveness, the results have not been optimal due to inadequate facilities, lack of clarity in the implemented standard operating procedures (SOP), and unresponsive personnel in responding to users. Supporting factors in the complaint service of the Porjo application include the community's understanding and the capabilities of the personnel in providing services. Inhibiting factors in the complaint service of the Porjo application include limited human resources, the suboptimal introduction of the service to the public, and unclear SOP of the Porjo application.

Abstract

Manajemen pariwisata di Kebun Raya Bogor mengalami permasalahan terkait jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang stagnan. Padahal, objek wisata tersebut merupakan kebun raya terbesar di Asia Tenggara dan termasuk dalam “Pesona Wisata Kota Bogor”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam manajemen pariwisata Kebun Raya Bogor sebagai objek wisata berbasis konservasi tumbuhan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Kebun Raya Bogor. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling melalui wawancara kepada ahli lingkungan, sedangkan pengunjung Kebun Raya Bogor selaku informan tambahan dipilih secara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi di lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang sudah baik, yaitu atraksi dan harga tiket, sedangkan fasilitas masih belum baik. Atraksi wisata sudah dibuat secara tematik dan memuat informasi yang berguna bagi pengunjung. Harga tiket sudah masuk akal dan terjangkau bagi pengunjung. Fasilitas di Kebun Raya Bogor masih perlu beberapa perbaikan, seperti jalan yang berbatu dan papan lokasi yang luntur.
