Abstract

Background in this research begins with the existence of two kinds of tourism that is mass tourism and Alternative tourism, where in Alternative tourism there is one kind of tourism that is Ecotourism. Marine Tourism is one form of ecotourism. Labuan Amuk Beach has great natural potential to be developed. Lots of activities that can be done at Labuan Amuk Beach such as snorkeling and fishing. The purpose of this research is to know the existing condition of Labuan Amuk Beach, to develop product activity through its own natural potential, to identify product development opportunities, and to describe marine eco-tourism principles in Labuan Amuk Beach. Data collection in this research is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The method used in this research is qualitative method and the collected data is analyzed descriptively qualitative.The result obtained in this research is the existing condition of Labuan Amuk Beach which consists of attraction, accessbilites, amenities, and anciliary. While the potential is in Labuan Amuk Beach is the potential of nature and get what are the opportunities of product development and know the explanation of the principles of marine ecotourism at Labuan Amuk Beach Some suggestions that should be considered in this research are improvements to the role of government as facilitators and local communities as participants. In addition, the need for cooperation between stakeholders to synergize with each other to develop tourism in Labuan Amuk Beach. Keyword : Development, Potential, Product, Marine Ecotourism

Abstract

Subak Sembung Ecotourismhas width of 155 hectares, administratively a part of Peguyangan village, North Denpasar subdistrict. The existence of this Subak Ecotourism is a green line left in Denpasar city. The purposes of this research are to determine the development of Subak Sembung as ecotourism destination in Peguyangan village, Denpasar, Bali and to determine about the role of youth generation ofSubak Sembung Ecotourism development in Peguyangan village, Denpasar, Bali. The data used inthis research is qualitative data with the data sources in the formof primary data and secondary data. Those data collected using method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determining of informants done by purposive technique. The result of this research show that the youth generation of Banjar Pulugambang actively participate in tourism activities such as involved in events that held by Subak Sembung Ecotourism manager. Their roles are as the guest greeters, classified in a cimittee as food and drinks keepers, handicraft accessories keepers, and also involved as a local guide, help in decorating, keep the environment clean, and do events such as fishing, guiding inmaking canang, outbound, teaching the tourists to painting and also teaching the tourist to dance. The theory of Tosun explains that the participation of youth generation from Banjar Pulugambang has done spontanly. Keywords : Role of youth generation,Ecotourismdevelopment, Subak.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of Ubud Pakraman was really fast, especially in terms of the ability to anticipate the opportunities that come to Ubud region, which indicates the very dynamic community. The dynamics can be shown by the emergence of various movements towards economical and practical. However in the religious life that is ingrained in the structure of people's lives in Ubud is still strong and still function properly in the middle phase change from traditional to post a traditionalist.  The limit of the scope of this study discusses the process of development of rural tourism in Ubud Pakraman, of course, in the process of the development of socio-cultural changes that occur before and after the inclusion of tourism.  The results of this study indicate that there though characteristics or attitudes and new practices in the context of traditional.

Abstract

Travel located rafting on the Ayung Rivers is a tour that is visited by tourists.This raises the more recent stand rafting companies that make the competition tighter. With the amount of competition it is very important to have a marketing strategy is right on target for Sobek rafting in order to maintain its existence. This study aims to assess the strengths and weaknesses of Sobek rafting. Data collected by observation, interview, and literature study. The results showed that the strength factor Sobek rafting is the quality of the guides are given already has considerable experience, adequate facilities, safety (security) in following the rafting tour of an early start to the end of the trip and Service (service), while weaknesses are of standard implementation imposed by torn to serve tourists not run properly because of a lack of supervision. A vigorous marketing is very important but also must be balanced with adequate services to maintain the confidence of tourists to come back to use the services Sobek rafting. Abstract

This research aims to obtain a clear description, complete and in-depth about the management of the tourist village in Mas Village, Ubud as well as to know the community participation in management of tourist village. Research method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by observation, interview, literature study and documentation. Data analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique, such as data collection, data reduction, similar data grouping and data interpretation. The results showed that in the management of Mas Tourism Village can be seen: (1) in the planning aspect type of participation is induced participation; (2) in the organizing aspect type of participation is induced participation; (3) in the actuating aspect type of participation is spontaneous participation; (4) in the controlling aspect type of participation is induced participation. Community participation in the management descripted on three indicators, namely (1) decision making that can be seen on organizing, actuating and controlling, (2) implementation of management that can be seen on planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, (3) sharing profit that can be seen on organizing. Abstract

Abstract Pinge Tourism Village is a village in Marga Tabanan. The aim of the research is to describe the potency of Pinge tourism village at Tabanan. The method of this research is qualitative method with the descriptive approach. Data is collected by observation and documentation. In this research the method is determined by purposive sampling that researchers choose informants according to certain predetermined criteria. The results of this research indicates, the Pinge tourism village is very potential to develop that there are still natural object,unique tradition and use for tourist education about the rural social life farming etc. This Village is in prosses to development tourism in basic village and general purpose for Pinge people prosperity. As result of research in this village make decision that this village able to be success in the future if the system able running better and all people can be a good teamwork. This village also needs more support by all component exactly government in Tabanan. Pinge exactly has a great potension because this village has made many aspects like accommodation, facilities, accessibility, and otherinfrastructur.

Abstract

Selection of research is motivated by the increased interest of tourists will kind of attraction travel in Bali. In this kind of travel these attraction are extreme types of tourist activity in Pulau Serangan is, Swim with Sharks. Of course, by choosing the type of extreme travel to swim with the sharks, the great possibility of the risk of accidents caused. Hence the importance of this research study releated to health and safetyof employees and tourist who do this activity in Pulau Serangan. The data used in this research is qualitative data, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and library research. And assisted with the descriptive data analysis techniques. In applying the safety and health at tourism activities swim with sharks, this report uses occupational safety and health procedures that apply to employees and tourist who do that tourism activity. Besides, the factors triggering the accident, or the result of the impact and the prevention and mitigation to be part of the discussion of this report. The results showed that the application of occupational safety and health on travel activity swim with sharks being the foremost, so most have applied, only need the addition of some other procedure for the safety of travelers. Abstract

The research titled is "relationship between tourism investors and lokal communities in Desa Pakraman Laplapan Petulu Village (Case Study Social Conflict)", purpose to understand the relationship undertaken by tourism investors with lokal communities that happened in the Ubud tourist destination. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Infoman taken by purposive, which determine the informan with a certain considerations that are considered able to provide data to the maximum in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. An important concept in the study include the concept of Typology Relations Styling in 3 Zone which consists of the outer zone, the middle zone and center zone. The results of this study indicate that, Desa Pakraman Laplapan as a region lies in the outer zone. Relationships that lived between tourism investors and lokal communities in Desa Pakraman Laplapan patterned conflictual. This pattern is shown by the regulation provided by the lokal community to tourism investors who are less rational. As for the view of the conflict is a way to snatch for limited resources. And one of them is the economic resource owned by the investor. Styling tourism investor relations with the lokal community in Desa Pakraman Laplapan has been sticking to the surface of the endless conflict. In this case, the farmer must make good relationship with tourism investors because it would help to farmers. Keywords: Relationship, Investors, Lokal Communities, Conflict

Abstract

Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis).
