Jurnal Destinasi Pariwisata diterbitkan oleh Program Studi S1 Destinasi Pariwisata Universitas udayana dan terbit sebagai tuntutan dunia akademis terutama di bidang kepariwisataan yang selalu dinamis. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata berawal dari dikenalnya suatu destinasi wisata termasuk aspek perencanaan, penataan, pengelolaan dan dampak yang ditimbulkannya sehingga menjadi kajian menarik para pemerhati pariwisata. Hasil dari kajian-kajian tersebut memerlukan media ilmiah untuk diketahui khalayak sebagai publikasi ilmiah, termasuk merupakan ”branded” yang menunjukkan kuantitas dan kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Melalui jurnal Destinasi Pariwisata, hasil penelitian, survei dan tulisan ilmiah populer kepariwisataan dipublikasikan sebagai salah satu upaya memberikan sumbangan dari dunia akademis kepada sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of tourist attractions. This study looks at tourism potential in order to determine the sustainability of the Duta Beach attraction in the future. Moreover, this study wants to see the tourist attraction management system in order to update its management which aims to provide efficiency and effectiveness in the management system of tourist attractions. This study uses an exploratory approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis technic uses qualitative methods in displaying data. The finding of this study is the tourism human capital management in Duta Beach is not ready in facing the tourism affairs phenomenon. There is conflict in the management of Duta beach attraction so it needs a solution to create efficiency and effectiveness in its management. Abstract

This study aims to develop a recreation and recreation model of future life in Montigo Resorts Batam to discover future tourists at this facility. The basis of this study is that Montigo Resorts has an afterlife in tourism. Currently, Montigo Resorts is growing rapidly, but Montigo Resorts is still a choice for this age group. 20 foreign tourists selected as respondents for this study. Their trips are planned independently and they come as a couple to relax. Data collection was done through interviews, observations and document research. Adventure and play are activities that young people do choose. Welcoming late-night tourists usually focuses on themes of late-night activities, entertainment, and entertainment during the hotel stay. Following this study, a happy and healthy passive comfort model was proposed. Standardization of comfort facilities for the elderly is a recommended program for public tourism facilities as well as resorts, restaurants and cafes and is a recommended strategy for Batam to maintain its presence as a tourist destination for tourists from around the world. Abstract

Community based tourism can be defined as the concept of sustainable tourism development. Local community participation is the main focus in the concept of community based tourism, so that it can have a positive impact in the social, cultural, economic and environmental fields. The Kaki Langit Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages which is becoming a trend in the province of Yogyakarta, therefore this research was conducted to identify forms of local community participation so that it can become an example and inspiration for other tourist villages in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative data types. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, in depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative through three activities, namely data reduction, triangulation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that thanks to tourism activities in the Kaki Langit Tourism Village which was formerly one of the poorest villages in Yogyakarta province but currently the welfare of local communities has increased, this research also shows forms of local community participation, as well as alternative strategies for community based sustainable development. Abstract

In the face of tourism competitiveness in Indonesia today. The development of digitalization-based information technology is very influential in helping to improve the personal branding of tourism destinations, thereby making changes to consumer perceptions of the tourism to be headed. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology on increasing tourism competitiveness in Indonesia. This research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. By collecting data using interview techniques and supported by other literary media. It can be seen from the results of the research that the existence of digital-based information technology has a major influence on the development of tourism competitiveness in Indonesia, especially increasing tourist interest visits to destinations in Indonesia. The existence of this information technology is also very influential on other industry players to get a good value chain from consumers, so information technology is very useful in all aspects of business that are oriented towards increasing effectiveness. Abstract

Watu Jolì Tourism is one of the tourist attractions located in Tulungagung Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Tourism Watu Joli Tulungagung may have great potential, but there are several obstacles encountered in its development. The purpose of this study is to examine the obstacles to tourism development at Watu Joli Tulungagung. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods through interviews with managers, observations, and retrieves information from relevant literature sources. The results of the study show that the obstacles in the development of Watu Joli tourism include budget constraints, environmental problems, lack of participation from stakeholders, and lack of tourism promotion. To overcome these obstacles, various efforts need to be made, such as finding adequate sources of funds, better environmental management, increasing stakeholder participation, and increasing promotion of Watu Joli.
