Abstract

Muhammad ibn Umar an-Nawawi better known by the name of Nawawi Al-Bantani. He was known as an expert badis, lafsir, filch, and Sufis. His works have been studied in various universities around the world. This paper describes the biography, works, and his wanderings in the study.

Abstract

Verification of considered cause (ta’līl al-ahkām) together with the objectives of Shariah (maqāsid al-Sharī’ah) is among the most important issues discussed by the experts of Jurisprudence. This article analyses the procedures of establishing causes for a certain law according to Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jauziyah, a prominent salafi scholar who has written the subject in his book “I’lām al-muwāqi’īn” long time before Imam al-Syatibi who came up with theory of the objectives of Shariah. In his concept of ta’līl al-ahkām, Al-Jauziyah made a life interaction with texts of Islamic law resources through authentication of the texts, formulation of the causes and comparative studies on different opinions of scholars on ta’līl and tarjīh.

Abstract

The research analyzes hadis of Prophet Muhammad bewitched. It tries to study aboutits sanad, and mentions its problems according to the some opponents, and then tries todiscuss their opinions in order to find the correct opinion. The researcher starts thediscussion by mentioning the hadis and narration, followed by analysis the problem ofthe hadis, after that he discusses the opponents views, through three points: argument ofkhabar ahad in law and aqidah (faith), the hadis doesn’t hurt the prophetic and does notabolish the infallibility (‘Ismah), and no justification for opinion of polytheists. Theresearcher refers to the Quranic text and propethic hadis, opinion of Muslims scholarsboth classical and contemporary, and refers to the classical and modern books. Theresearch is based on effort of tahqiq and takhrij of hadis mentioned in the research, alsoexplaining biography of all rawi.

Abstract

It has been stated in the Islamic Sharia that the purposes of the Sharia have an important role and a great authority in the implementing a law on the calamities and facts and developments. Those refer to Sharia’s spirit, principle and structure. After being excerpted from an Islamic text, decisive law of phenomena should aim to realize benefits and pearls of wisdom in a society. This article reveals the reasons for the importance of Purposes of the Sharia and their tools in creating a law. In this article, also, are included several models in their application existing in the Prophet’s hadith

Abstract

This research aims to explain the relationship between Raqabah and the concept of Hisbah, and each of them arises from the principle of Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (al Amru bil al Ma’ruf wa al Nahyu an al Munkar) as a general principle in the Sharia. It is the effectiveness in the Islamic community, whether individuals or society, whether to evaluate the actions and to observe them for the desired purposes, correcting existing mistakes and reconciling between the Islamic rules and the positive laws. The study has shown that Raqabah is one of the implementations of the Hisbah. It is based on Qur’an and Sunnah that revolve around the principle of Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice and Repelling Harms and Procuring Benefits (Dar’u al Mafasid wa Jalb al Masholih).

Abstract

The main and the first thing that must be done by religious people is to bring together between belief and disbelief in his heart. That is, when he believed in Allah swt., He should disbelieve besides Him. When he believes in socialism, he should disbelieve liberalism. 23 years of great struggle of the Prophet Muhammad., 13 of those years at Mecca al-Mukarromah voiced union between faith in Allah, and disbelief to idols.
