Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect in compensation, discipline and work environment on the performance of the organization's commitment as an intervening variable in PT. Cartenz Adventure Karanganyar. The data of this study are primary data, obtained from a questionnaire or questionnaires. The analysis technique used is using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. Hypothesis test results compensation is not significant effect on organizational commitment, job Discipline significant effect on organizational commitment, work environment significantly influence organizational commitment, Compensation significant effect on performance, working Discipline not significant effect on performance, workplace environment not significant effect on performance, organizational commitment significant effect on performance. Test results simultaneously (Test F) in the second equation is known the value of the significance F = 9.390 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded jointly independent variables affect performance. Results of path analysis showed that: the direct effect on the performance of the variable compensation is greater than the indirect effect of compensation through the organization's commitment to Performance. Direct influence on the performance of work discipline variable is smaller than the indirect effect of labor discipline through the organization's commitment to Performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan memberikan bukti empiris yang signifikan pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rekam medik RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta dengan komitmen kerja sebagai intervening.Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji kuesioner, analisis jalur, uji t, uji F, dan  koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 84 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai rekam medik RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta sejumlah 84 orang dengan metode sensus.  Hasil Uji t pada persamaan pertama menunjukkan kompetensi dan motivasi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja di RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Uji t pada persamaan kedua menunjukkan kompetensi dan   motivasi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai rekam medik RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta, sedang komitmen kerja berpengaruh negatif  signifikan terhadap kinerja rekam medik RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Hasil uji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung menunjukkan pengaruh langsung lebih efektif dilakukan dibanding pengaruh tidak langsung untuk variabel kompetensi dan motivasi. Hasil uji analisis jalur  menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai rekam medik di RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta  merupakan jalur paling efektif. Nilai R2  total sebesar 0,7835 artinya variabel kinerja pegawai Rekam medik di RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta  dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kompetensi dan motivasi  sebagai variable independen dengan komitmen kerja sebagai variabel intervening sebesar  78,35% dan sisanya sebesar 21,65% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.Kata kunci : Kompetensi, motivasi, komitmen kerja, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Quality of care is the expected benefits of control over the level of excellence to meet the wishes of the customer.In field of services, as is done by Swamitra PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk, Unit Bulakan Sukoharjo, good quality services will effect on customer satisfaction. With the satisfaction felt by customers it will indirectly encourage customers to re-use the services and existing services giving rise loyalty.Goals to be achieved in this research is to determine the effect either simultaneously or partially dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance on customer loyalty credits Swamitra PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk Unit Bulakan Sukoharjo.The method in this study using the customer population of Swamitra PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk,  amounted to 617 people and 100 people are taken as samples. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. It is using SPSS 22.0 for Windows to analyze the data. The technique of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis which serve to prove the hypothesis of the study. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially there is positive and significant dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, danassurance on customer loyalty credits Swamitra PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk Unit Bulakan Sukoharjo. With the contribution of independent variables on the dependent variable (determination) of 85.60%. The conclusion of this study is there was a significant and positive effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance on customer loyalty credits Swamitra PT. Abstract

This research is aimed to tes the effects of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty towards nasabah’ satisfaction, location, loyalty.This research uses prime dataquestionnaire and involves 42 nasabah of Bank Panin Yogyakarta as sample respondents dan using (validity, reliability, t, F, R square and pathways) as data analysis methods.t test results : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, satisfaction and location have a significant positive effect toward loyalty. Assurance and emphaty have a significant negative effect toward loyalty. F test results : tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, satisfaction and location simultaneously affect significantly loyalty. R square test results 0,998, means loyalty variabels and described by tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty variabels with satisfaction and location as an interval variabels 99,8% and the rest 0,20% discribed by other external factors. Pathway analysis results : direct effect of application tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness to loyalty is more effective. Abstract

The objective of this study are: (1) analyzing the influence of type of involvement to brand trust in every cosmetic product categoiy in East Java; (2) analyzing the influence of level of involvement to brand trust in eveiy cosmetic product category in Bast Java; (3) analyzing the influenre of attribute product to brand trust in eveiy cosmetic product category in F.ast Java:, (4) analyzing the  influence of type  of involvement to customer satisfaction in every cosmetic product category in East Java; (5) analyzing the influence of level of involvement to customer samfaction in  every  cosmetic product category in East Java; (6) analyzing the influence of attribute product to customer satisfaction in every cosmetic product category in East Java; (7) analyzing the influence of customer satisfaction to brand loyalty in every cosmetic product category in East Java; (8) analyzing the influence of brand trust to brand loyalty in every cosmetic product category  in F.ast Java and; (9) analyzing the influence of customer satsfaction to brand trust in every cosmetic product category in East Java.Populations Qf this study are women age between 20 - 50 years old that lives in East Java during the research period, using cosmetic everyday including moistumer, foundation, powder, blush on, eyes shadow, eye  brows  pencil and lipstick. The respondent is taken by snowball sampling technique to assure that each of the respondents is the member of the population. All data is analyzed with AMCS version4.01 using Structural Equation Model.The results of this study are: (1) ffpe of involvement is positively influencing customer satisfaction; (2) level of involvement is positively  influencing customer satisfaction; (3) Attribute product is positively irrfluencing customer safisfaGbon; (4) type of involvement is positively influencing brand trust (5) level of involvement is positively influencing brand trust (6) attribute product is pooitively infiuencing brand trust;(7) customer satisfaction is positively influencing brand loyalty; (8) brand trust is positively influencing brand loyalty and; (9). customer  satisfaction is positively influencing brand trust.Keywords: customer satisfaction, brand trust, brand loyalty, involvement attribute product

Abstract

This study aims to identify and test the effect of: 1) leadership on organizational commitment, 2) work environment on organizational commitment, 3) compensation to organizational commitment, 4) leadership on organizational culture, 5) the working environment of organizational culture, 6) compensation to organizational culture, 7) leadership to employee performance, 8) work environment to employee performance, 9) compensation to employee performance, 10) organizational commitment to employee performance, 11) organizational culture on employee performance Dishubinfokom Sukoharjo. Data collected by the census techniques of civil servants in the Department of Transportation, Information and Communication Sukoharjo number of 57 employees. Analysis of the data used include test research instruments that test the validity and reliability testing; linearity test; and test the hypothesis that the path of regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2). The regression equation indicates that the Dishubinfokom Sukoharjo: 1) Leadership positive effect, no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2) work environment as well as significant positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) Compensation and no significant positive effect on organizational commitment, 4) Leadership positive influence and no significant effect on organizational culture, 5) a positive working environment as well as significant influence of organizational culture, 6) Compensation not significant and positive influence of organizational culture, 7) Leadership and no significant positive effect on employee performance, 8) work environment as well as the positive effects significantly to the performance of employees, 9) Compensation not significant and positive effect on employee performance, 10) Commitment to the organization as well as no significant negative effect on the performance of employees, 11) Cultural organizations as well as a significant positive influence on employee performance. F test showed that jointly independent variable Organizational Culture, Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Compensation and Working Environment affects employee performance Dishubinfokom Sukoharjo. Results Analysis Derteminasi coefficient (R2) shows the R2 value of 0.976 means the total Dishubinfokom Sukoharjo employee performance can be explained by the Leadership, Organizational Environment, and Compensation with Organizational Commitment and Cultural Organization as an intervening variable of 97.6% and the remaining 2.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model. From the analysis of pathways known that the indirect effect of the work environment to employee performance through organizational culture is the most dominant pathway compared with the direct and indirect pathways other. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze empirically the influence of promotion, interest rates, and location through the quality of service to the decision to transact on PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Karanganyar. The analytical technique used is by using instrument test which includes validity test and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination test and correlation analysis. Hypothesis Test Result: Promotion has a significant effect on customer service quality. The interest rate has a significant effect on the quality of customer service. Location has a significant effect on customer service quality. Promotion has a significant effect on customer transaction decisions. Interest rates have a significant effect on customer transactions decisions. Location has significant effect on customer transaction decision. The quality of service has a significant effect on the transaction decision of the Customer. F test results can be concluded together promotional variables, interest rates, location and quality of service affect the decisions of customer transactions in PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Karanganyar. The total R2 value of 0.755 means that the decision to transact customers in PD. The BPR of Bank Daerah Karanganyar is explained by promotion variable, interest rate, location and service quality of 75.5% and the remaining 24.5% described other variables outside the research model as an example of organizational culture, organizational climate and motivation. The results of path analysis show that promotion, interest rates and location are effective through direct line. And path analysis shows that interest rate has the most dominant influence in improving transaction decision in PD. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership and work environment  on motivation and  performance employees of  Dinas Pengairan, Grobogan. This study is a survey. The data is primary data taken by sampling method, as many as 52 respondents. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : leadership is significant positive effect on work motivation, work environment is significant positive effect on the work motivation, leadership is significant positive effect on the performance, work environment  is significant positive effect on the performance, work motivation is significant effect on the performance. F test result shows that simultaneously leadership, work environment, and motivation has significant positive effect on the performance.  R-square test result shows that  87.55% variation of performance can be explained by leadership, work environment, motivation and the remaining 12.45% is explained by other factors out of the model. The path analysis show : the direct effect of  leadership on performance variables is greater than the indirect effect of leadership on performamce by mediating motivation, the direct effect of  work environment  on performance variables is greater than the indirect effect of work environment  on performamce by mediating motivation. Based on a total leverage to improve performance will be more effective if through increased work environment. Keywords : leadership,  work environment, work motivation, performance
