Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi pada Universitas Boyolali. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi, analisis jalur, Uji t, Uji F, Uji koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil Uji Hipotesis adalah: Budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama Budaya organisasi, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas Boyolali. Nilai R2 total sebesar 0,873 dapat diartikan variasi kinerja Karyawan di Universitas Boyolali dijelaskan oleh variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi, sebesar 87,3% dan sisanya 12,7% dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian sebagai contoh insentif dan pengalaman karyawan. Hasil analisis jalur diketahui jalur motivasi terhadap kinerja, merupakan jalur yang dominan atau efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Abstract

The research aims to improve the skills of the model life skills education for school drop outs to be able to live independently through entrepreneurship training. The study consisted of three variables: (1) the intensity of service models; (2) poor work skills teens drop out of school; (3) the effectiveness of service models. The research method is a survey, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Research held in the village Jurug and Jaten Palur subdistrict, Karanganyar, conducted in April-October 2014. In this study the approach of action research (action research), experiments, interviews, observation, demonstration / training, assignments to the subject of research and evaluation. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive quantitative approach, qualitative data using an interactive approach. Results: (1) obtained from the data base of potential villages in the area of research relating to problems of poor teenage dropouts in rural areas; (2) obtained baseline prevalence of poor teenage dropout from the education level and distribution that need life skills education services; (3) known to need assessment of impoverished youths drop out of school; (4) can be arranged modules educational material related to life skills needs of impoverished youths drop out of school; (5) can be prepared team implementing the model; (6) can be trained a number of 10 teams driving and implementing the model; (7) can be educated some 30 impoverished youths drop out of school, (8) can be written journals of national accredited; (9) can be written handbook lecture on life skills education and entrepreneurship.Keywords: Model of entrepreneurship education  for poor teens drop out of school through entrepreneurship training;

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance, And While Compensation and Work Environment is Positive and Not Significant to Employee Performance and Loyalty is negative and not Significant to Performance.Value of R2 square total equal to 0,5141 which mean employee performance variable explained by compensation, work environment, and organizational culture with job loyalty as interverning variable equal to 51,41% and the rest equal to 48,59% explained other factor outside research model. Abstract

Every educational institution conducts a number of efforts to satisfy its consumers, including Course and training institutions. it is not  easy to Implement consumers'satisfaction, moreover, recently tile quantity Of Course takers are higher than several years ago- It can be recognized by the limited domestic job opportunity that causes unbalanced  between the work-force increasing and tile domestic job necessity. This matter significantly leads to the increasing of unemployment In this case of the unemployment, the Course institutions  keep their existence by improving the program quality demand in relation of service quality implemented to the consumer oriented service fonn.  It happens to a large number of the Course and training institutions In Center Java, therefore they always make efforts to improve the service quality in purpose of Improving institution image By the improvement The institutions would implement the Consumer satisfaction and trust.By tile use Of Generalized Least Square (GLS) and Structural Model (SEM) that nm through AMOS 6.l' software to 300 respondents, the research explains the influence of set-vice quality  toward  brand  image consumer  satisfaction  and  trust among  the Course and training institution  In East Java.In this research, the value of the first Determination  Coefficient (R2) is 0,651. It shows that maximum service quality can increase the image of tile course and training institutions In East Java by 65.1 %. The value of the second Determination Coefficient (R2) is 0,592. It shows that with maximum set-vice quality and brand image can raise satisfaction among tile: training and course  takers in East Java by 59.2%. And the third Determination Coefficient value (R2) is 0,688. It show; that with the maximum service quality, brand image and Consumers'  satisfaction can increase the trust of the training and course takers in East Java by 68.8%.Keywords:  Training and Course Institutions in East Java, Service Quality, Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Reliability, Responsiveness And Keberwujudan Satisfaction and Loyalty taxpayer Earth Building (PBB) at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Ngawi. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the sample used taxpayer earth buildings in the Office of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Ngawi totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis), which will be tested by t test, F test and R2, Correlations, direct effect and the indirect effect and the total effect. From the T test results obtained that variable Reliability positive influence and no significant effect on satisfaction, Responsiveness positive influence and significant to satisfaction, Keberwujudan positive and significant impact on satisfaction, Reliability effect positive and significant impact on loyalty, Responsiveness positive effect and no significant effect on loyalty, Keberwujudan and significant positive effect on loyalty, satisfaction and significant positive effect on loyalty. The test results simultaneously (Test F) can be concluded jointly variable reliability, responsiveness and keberwujudan effect on performance. The test results showed that the coefficient of determination R2 total values are: = 0.787 or 78.7%. This means that performance, explained by the variable reliability, responsiveness and satisfaction keberwujudan by 78.7%. and the balance of 21.3% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Results of path analysis showed that the direct effect of reliability and loyalty keberwujudan greater than the indirect effect keberwujudan reliability and loyalty through customer satisfaction and responsiveness direct influence on loyalty through satisfaction is smaller than the direct effect of responsiveness to loyalty. Abstract

Government agencies are required to realize good governance as the agenda of Bureaucratic Reform. In realizing good governance, it is necessary to improve performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of discipline and job stress on employee performance through motivation and job satisfaction. Sampling method using survey method with respondents as much as 56 employees in Board of Human Resource Development District of Karanganyar. The data used is primary data with data collection method through questionnaire. Methods of data analysis were tested by validity test, reliability test, t test, F test, R square test and path analysis test. The result of the research proves that: discipline have negative and not significant effect to motivation, work stress have positive and significant effect to motivation, discipline have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, work stress negatively and insignificant to job satisfaction, discipline has negative and insignificant effect to Performance, work stress have positive and insignificant effect to performance, motivation have negative and not significant to performance, job satisfaction have positive and not significant to performance. The direct influence of discipline on performance is less than indirect influence through motivational variables. The direct influence of discipline on performance is less than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. The direct influence of job stress on performance is greater than indirect influence through motivation variables. The direct influence of job stress on performance is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variable. The result of F test shows that together the independent variable of discipline, work stress, work motivation, and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence to performance. The result of R2 test shows that the performance is explained by the discipline variable, job stress, motivation and job satisfaction of 31.2% and the rest 69.8% explained other variables.Keywords         : Discipline, Job Stress, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the effect of leadership, communication and monitoring the performance of employees with discipline and motivation as an intervening variable At the Regional Development Planning Board Wonogiri. This study is a survey research. The data is primary data by sampling sample in this study was 40 employees. Sampling techniques in this study using census method used analytical tool Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, path analysis and regression with t test, F test and R2 test. T test results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the discipline. Communications has not a significant effect on discipline. Supervision has a significant effect on discipline. Leadership has a significant effect on motivation. Communications has not a significant effect on motivation. Supervision has a significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a not a significant effect on performance. Communication has a significant effect on performance. Supervision has significant effect on performance. Employee’s discipline has not a  significant effect on performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The F test can be concluded simultaneously that leadership, communication, supervision, discipline and motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance. Results The R2 total was 99.6%. This means that the employee's performance was explained by the leadership, communication, supervision, discipline and motivation of employees amounted to 99.6% and the remaining 0.4% described other variables outside the model. Leadership direct was a variable that was most effective for improving employee performance, because it has the greatest impact, positive and significant.Keywords: leadership, communication and monitoring, employee performance, discipline and motivation.
