Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Tangibles, Empaty terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dan Loyalitas Nasabah PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah tabungan pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Utama Surakarta yang telah memanfaatkan jasa perbankan lebih dari 3 tahun,yang jumlahnya 935 nasabah. Pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik purposive random random sampling dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan 100  nasabah,. Data yang digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer menggunakan kuesioner.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dimana akan diuji dengan uji t, Uji F dan Uji R2.Hasil persamaan regresi menunjukan bahwa, responsiveness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, assurance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, tangibles berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, empathy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, realibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan, responsiveness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, assurance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, tangibles berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas, empathy berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.Kata Kunci : reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, empathy, kepuasan nasabah, Loyalitas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, and work motivation on employee performance (patent studies Karanganyar). A hypothesis has been formulated is no significant influence on the performance leadership, motivation for performance, there is significant relationship between job satisfaction on performance. This study is a survey with 65 people jumlah sampel. The method is simple random sample collection sampling. Data used are primary data collected through questionnaires, which were distributed to the respondents. The data was obtained was tested with test validity, reliability test, regression test, t test, F test, test R2 and test the classic assumption The first regression equation: Y1 = 7,104 + 0,718 X1 + 0,737X2 – 0,614X3 + є (0,283) (0,000)** (0,001)** (0,006)** The second regression equation: Y2 = 85,128 + 2,118, X1 – 2,731 X2 - 2,589 X3 - 0,036X1M + 0,088 X2Mє (0,072) (0,061) (0,097) (0,034)** (0,217) (0,035)** From the results of the first regression equation shows that leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. Work motivation significant effect on performance. From the results of the regression equation both by moderating show that leadership, no significant effect on performance, motivation was not significant negative effect on performance, satisfaction and a significant negative effect on performance. While no significant effect of leadership satisfaction and motivation of a significant and positive influence satisfaction. The test results showed the total R2 model of this equation, the independent variable (leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction) was able to explain the dependent variable (employees performance) by 48% and the remaining 52% be explained by other variables outside of this research. Abstract

This study aims is to determine the effect of leadership, communication and monitoring the performance of employees with discipline and motivation as an intervening variable At the Regional Development Planning Board Wonogiri. This study is a survey research. The data is primary data by sampling sample in this study was 40 employees. Sampling techniques in this study using census method used analytical tool Test Instrument Research, Testing linearity, path analysis and regression with t test, F test and R2 test. T test results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the discipline. Communications has not a significant effect on discipline. Supervision has a significant effect on discipline. Leadership has a significant effect on motivation. Communications has not a significant effect on motivation. Supervision has a significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a not a significant effect on performance. Communication has a significant effect on performance. Supervision has significant effect on performance. Employee’s discipline has not a significant effect on performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The F test can be concluded simultaneously that leadership, communication, supervision, discipline and motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance. Results The R2 total was 99.6%. This means that the employee's performance was explained by the leadership, communication, supervision, discipline and motivation of employees amounted to 99.6% and the remaining 0.4% described other variables outside the model. Leadership direct was a variable that was most effective for improving employee performance, because it has the greatest impact, positive and significant.Keywords: leadership, communication and monitoring, employee performance, discipline and motivation.

Abstract

The aim in this study was to determine and analyze the Influence Competence Satisfaction and Motivation In Karanganyar Police Performance Police officers. The population in this study is the police officers at the police station Karanganyar some 400 police officers. Researchers took a sample of 10% that is 400x10% = 40 respondents with a random method that the number of random sampling. So that the number of samples in this study amounted to 40 police officers at the police station Karanganyar. This study uses analysis tools such as validity, reliability, linearity test, path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the competencies and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence positive and significant impact on the motivation. Competence positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on performance. Motivation positive and significant effect on performance. F test can be concluded jointly competence variables, job satisfaction and motivation affect the performance of the Police at the Police Karanganyar. R2 value can be interpreted totaling 0.947 variation of the Police Performance in Karanganyar Police explained by the variable competence, job satisfaction and motivation of 94.7% and the remaining 5.3% described other variables outside the model study as an example of training and career path. Abstract

Satisfaction and no significant positive effect on the performance of employees. Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. The F test results can be concluded jointly competence variables, satisfaction and motivation affects employee performance in the Cooperative Aneka Jaya Batur Ceper Klaten. R2 value of 0.71 means total variation in the Cooperative Employee Performance Aneka Jaya Batur Ceper Klaten explained by the variable competence, satisfaction and motivation of 71% and the remaining 29% described other variables outside the model as an example of research training and career paths. Abstract

This research has the aim to test the impact of service quality and image of public satisfaction and loyalty at Kantor Kecamatan Bulu, Sukoharjo. The analysis technique used is to use the instrument test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. Service quality and significant positive effect on satisfaction. Image positive and significant impact on satisfaction. Service quality, image and satisfaction of positive and significant effect on loyalty. F-test results can be concluded jointly variable service quality, image and satisfaction have a significant effect on loyalty. R2 results can be interpreted totaling 0.882 variation loyalty explained by the variable quality of service, image and satisfaction of 88.2% and 11.8% is explained by other variables outside the model study. Direct and indirect influence is the direct effect of service quality on loyalty produces a value higher than the indirect effect, so more effectively through direct. The direct effect on the image of loyalty produces a value higher than the indirect effect, so it is more effective through a direct path.Keywords: quality of service, image, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence of significance performance of Accounting Department with Dimention of Accounting Technology with variabel of  effect of use information technology , effectiveness of accounting information system , task conformity and internal control System to employee performance (study at Rural Banks in Karanganyar District). The data obtained in the form of primary data from 7 BPRs in Karanganyar District. The population in this research is employees of accountancy / finance, credit admin, teller and customer service that use information technology and accounting information system in completion of its work at the Rural Bank in Karanganyar Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The number of samples collected was 80 respondents. Test instruments used in this study using the test reliability and validity test. Classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolinearity and heteroskedastisitas, while for testing hypothesis in this research using multiple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test (Test R2). The results of the classical assumption test show that this study is normally distributed, Does not occur multicolinearity and does not occur heteroscedasticity . The result of the analysis testing shows that the variable use  of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the effectiveness of accounting information system has a positive and significant effect to employee performance and conformance task  has a positive and significant impact to employee performance. The result of determination coefficient test (Test R2) independent variable able to explain the dependent variable equal to 42,9% while the remaining 57,1% influenced by other factor not examined.Keywords:   Use   Of   Information  Technology,  Effectiveness  Of  Accounting  Information  System, Task  Conformity,   Internal  Control  System,  Employee Performance.
