Abstract

This aims of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment As an intervening variable in vocational Workshop Catholic Saint Michael Surakarta. From the research on this study population, which are the entire staffs of the St. Michael's Catholic Vocational Workshop Surakarta as many as 33 peoples. In can be concluded that the organizational culture, job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on performance, while organizational commitment is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on performance as explained by the total value of R square of 98%, the variable in the Employee Performance Workshop SMK Catholic Mikael Surakarta saint, explained variations bell Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction with the commitment as an intervening variable by 98% while the remaining 2% is explained by other variables outside the model. Also concluded that the total impact of Organizational Culture on the performance effect of 0.271 is smaller than the total effect of job satisfaction on performance of 0.702. So as to improve performance more effectively through an increase job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Kedisiplinan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakarta, 2) Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakarta, 3) Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakarta, 4) Pengaruh Kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakrata, 5) Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusda Pedaringan Surakarta, 6) Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakarta, 7) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakarta.    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan menggunakan metode sensus sejumlah 51 responden Karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Pusat Pergudangan Kota “Pedaringan” Surakarta. metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebar quesioner sejumlah 51 responden sebagai obyek penelitiannya. Data yang dikumpulkan diuji dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji linieritas, serta uji analisis menggunakan persamaan regresi uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), analisis korelasi dan uji pengaruh langsung dan uji pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil uji t dari hipotesis pertama sampai hipotesis ke tujuh menunjukkan hasilnya positif dan signifikan semua, antara Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi nilai koefisiennya 0,032 < 0,5. Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi nilai signifikannya 0,023 < 0,05. Kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja nilai signifikannya 0,012 < 0,05. Budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja nilai signifikannya 0,033 < 0,05. Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja nilai signifikannya 0,001 < 0,05 dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja nilai signifikannya 0,001 < 0,05. Hasil uji F diketahui besarnya nilai F = 16,677 signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel Kedisiplinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Pusat Pergudangan Kota “Pedaringan” Surakarta.    Adjusted R Square (R2) dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,803 ini berarti bahwa Kinerja Karyawan Perusda “Pedaringan” Surakarta dijelaskan oleh variabel Kedisiplinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi sebesar 80,3% dan sisanya 17% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, misalnya lingkungan kerja. Kata kunci : Kedisiplinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: 1). motivation on job satisfication, 2). Work environment on job satisfication, 3). motivation on performance, 4). Work environment on performance, 5). Job satisfication on employee's performance the Environment Agency of Karanganyar District.The data used in this study is the primary data collected through questionnaires given to employees at the Environment Agency of Karanganyar District as many as 49 people. Analysis tools used is the instrument test, regression analysis with an intervening variable (Path Analysis), linearity test,t-test,F-test,R square test, correlation analysis.Instrument test result show all of valid and reliable. The analysis showed that: 1). Motivation has positive effect and significant on job satisfication, 2). Work Environment has positive effect and significant on job satisfication, 3). Motivation has positive effect and significant on performance, 4). Work environment has positive effect and significant on performance, 5). Job satisfication has positive effect and significant on employees performance the Environment Agency of Karanganyar District.As a result, test the coefficient of determination show that value of total R Square by 0.72 means the variable performance of employees at the Environment Agancy of Karanganyar District is described by the variable of motivation and work environment leadership with the job satisfication as an intervening variable by 72% and the remaining 28% is describe other variables outside the model study.The result of path analysis showed that: a). direct infuence of motivation on employee performance is greater than indirect influence of motivation on employess performance with the mediation of job satisfication, b). direct influence of work environment on employee performance is greater tha indirect influence of work environment on employee performance with mediation of job satisfication so as to improve the employee performance is selected direct route.Keywords : motivation on job satisfication, work environment, job satisfication,performance

Abstract

Managerial performance is one factor that can be used to improve organizational effectiveness. In order for these objectives to be achieved effectively it is necessary to pay attention to budgetary participation and greater motivation and environmental uncertainly in relation to decisions related to the budget. This research aims to know: 1) The influence of budgetary participation toward the managerial performance in Dinas Bina Marga sub-province Grobogan, 2) The influence of environmental uncertainly toward the managerial performance in Dinas Bina Marga sub-province Grobogan, 3) The influence of motivation toward the managerial performance in Dinas Bina Marga sub-province Grobogan, 4) environmental uncertainty moderates the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance in Dinas Bina Marga sub-province Grobogan, 5) motivation moderates the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance in Dinas Bina Marga sub-province Grobogan.The data are collected from 37 respondents by using a sensus method. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as a product moment test and the reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha technique, classical assumption by using a normality method, heteroscedastisity and multicolinierity; the hypothesis test was analyzed by simple regression analysis, and absolute difference value test, determination coefficient (R2), t test, F test.The research result shows that 1) the influence of budgetary participation is positive and significant toward the managerial performance proved the research, 2) the influence of environmental uncertainly is positive and significant toward the managerial performance proved the research, 3) the influence of motivation is positive and significant toward the managerial performance proved the research, 4) environmental uncertainty moderates the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance in significantcy 10%, 5) motivation moderates the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance unproved the research, 6) Coefficient determination show that total R Square is 0.729, the meaning managerial performance variable explained by a  budgetary participation with environmental uncertainty and motivation as moderating variable is 72,9% and while its remain 27,1% is explained by other variable which is not involved in the regression model such as commitment organizational, job satisfaction.Key word: budgetary participation, environmental uncertainty, motivation, managerial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Self Assessment System, Tax Information System, Application of E-Filing and Tax Sanctions Against Taxpayer Compliance With Quality of Service as Intervening Variable (Empirical Study On KPP Pratama Karanganyar). This study is a census study. The data used are primary data by taking samples of the entire population of 100 (one hundred) respondents. This study uses analysis tools such as validity test, reliability test, linearity test, path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.Testing the validity and reliability is done by using the technique one shot methods to get the results of all items declared valid and reliable. From the results of linearity test shows that the correct model is linear model. The result of t test of the first equation shows that the Self Assessment System, Tax Information System, and Tax Sanction have positive and significant impact on the Quality of Service. While for E-filing Application variable has positive and insignificant effect on Service Quality. From the second t-test showed that the Self Assessment System and the Application of E-Filing have a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. While for the variable Tax Information System, Tax Sanctions and Service Quality have positive and insignificant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. F test results show that together independent variables affect Taxpayer Compliance. The result of calculation of direct influence and indirect influence of self assessment system, tax information system, e-filing application and taxation sanction to taxpayer compliance indicate that direct influence of self assessment system, tax information system, e-filing application and tax sanction to compulsory compliance Tax is the most effective and dominant rather than indirect influence. This means that both the self assessment system, the taxation information system, the application of e-filing and tax sanctions will further improve taxpayer compliance indirectly through the quality of service .. Recommendations submitted to management is that Effect Self Assessment System, Tax Information System, Application E- Filing and Tax Sanctions on taxpayer compliance is most effective and dominant than through the intervening variable Quality of Stewardship. Keywords: Self Assessment System, Tax Information System, Implementation of E-Filing, Tax Sanctions, Service Quality, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Reliability, Empathy and Physical Evidence to the satisfaction and loyalty Seekers Society birth certificate in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Ngawi. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the sample used is a birth certificate search people in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Ngawi totaling 100 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis), which will be tested by t test, F test and R2, Correlations, direct effect and the indirect effect and the total effect. T test results can be concluded that the Reliability effect positive and significant impact on satisfaction, Empathy influential negative and insignificant to satisfaction, physical evidence a positive influence and significant to satisfaction, Reliability effect positive and significant impact on loyalty, empathy positive influence and significant impact on loyalty, physical evidence and significant negative effect on loyalty, satisfaction and significant negative effect on loyalty. The test results simultaneously (Test F) summed together variable reliability, empathy and physical evidence affecting loyalty. The test results showed that the coefficient of determination R-square value of a total of 0.737, meaning that the variable is explained by the reliability community loyalty, empathy and physical evidence to the satisfaction of the community as an intervening variable amounted to 73.7% and the remaining 26.3% described other factors outside the research model , Results of path analysis showed that based on the analysis of the direct effect (direct effect) and the indirect effect (indirect effect) shows that the direct effect of reliability, empathy and bikti physical loyalty greater than the effect of reliability, empathy and bikti physical loyalty through satisfaction.Keywords: Reliability, Empathy, Physical Evidence, Loyalty, Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion on trust and satisfaction on the loyality of college student  in the STIKES Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto. This study is a survey. The data is primary data taken by sampling method, as many as 128 respondents. Data analyzed with validity and reliability test, partial test ( t test ), simultaneously test ( F test ), R-square and path analysis. T test result shows that : physical evidenc is significant positive effect on satisfaction, location is insignific tangibels is significant positive effect on trust, reliability is significant positive effect on trust, responsiveness is significant positive effect on trust, assurance is insignificant negative effect on trust, emphaty is significant positive  effect on trust, promotion is significant positive effect on trust, tangible is significant positive effect on satisfaction, reliability is significant positive effect on satisfaction, responsivveness is significant positive effect on satisfaction, assurance is significant positive effect on satisfaction, emphaty is insignificant positive  effect on satisfaction,promotion is insignificant negative effect on satisfaction, tangibel is significant positive effect on loyality, reliability is insignificant positive effect on loyality, responsivveness is insignificant positive  effect on loyality, assurance is insignificant positive effect on loyality, emphaty is insignificant negative effect on loyality, promotion is significant positive effect on loyality, trust is significant positive effect on loyality, satisfaction is significant positive effect on loyality. F test result shows that simultaneously tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion, trust and satisfaction has significant positive effect on the performance. R-square test result shows that  92,9 % variation of loyality can be explained by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, promotion, trust and satisfaction the remaining 7,1% is explained by other factors out of the model. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Influence of training, encouragement family, social environment and formal education against the decision of entrepreneurship with entrepreneurship motivation as an intervening variable (A Study on the Job Search on Social Services, Manpower and Transmigration Karanganyar).The population is looking for work in the Social Service Manpower Karanganyar in the first quarter in February 2015 a number of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used is using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination, correlation analysis and path analysis. Hypothesis test results on the first equation can be concluded that: Variable Training positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship motivation. As for the variable dorongangan family and formal education and no significant positive effect on the motivation of entrepreneurship, social and environmental variables and no significant negative effect. Test results t in the second equation can be concluded that: entrepreneurship motivation variable positive and significant impact on the decision entrepreneurship and job seekers. While variable encouragement of family and formal education and no significant positive effect on the decision variable boost entrepreneurship and family and social environment and no significant negative effect. F test can be concluded jointly independent variable affecting entrepreneurship Decision jobseekers. R2 total value amounted to 0.768, can be interpreted variable entrepreneurial decision-seekers in the Social Service Manpower Karanganyar explained by the variable training, encouragement family, social environment, formal education and entrepreneurship motivation for 76.8% and the remaining 23.2% is explained other variables outside the model study as an example of technological knowledge, experience job seekers and so on. Results of path analysis showed that: The indirect effect of the decision entrepreneurship training through entrepreneurship motivation produce a greater effect than the direct effect. Indirect influence of family encouragement to the decision of entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship motivation produce a greater effect than the direct effect. Indirect influence of the social environment on the decision entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship motivation produce a greater effect than the direct effect. indirect influence on the decision-formal education in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship motivation produces a smaller effect than the direct effect. Keywords : Training, Encouragement Family, Social Environment, Formal Education, Motivation Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Decision
