Abstract

This study discusses the building an application to refer the patient data through participant Social Security Agency (BPJS) Bengkulu using VB.Net. With this application, it is expected that patient data will follow behind the reconciliation program can be properly controlled. Data collection methods used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, and literature. The software used is Visual Basic .Net Programming Language of 2008 and the results obtained which can provide quick and accurate output. With this application is able to assist officers in providing services through more accurate reconciliation and appropriate to the participants. Abstract

This report describes the software application Tanagra in data mining. Tanagra is a data mining software that can be used to access some of the existing methods of data mining. This application uses the input dataset. In implementing this algorithm testing data used is the data item in the supermarket Fadhilla Bengkulu. In this application, use the application clustering using K -means algorithm. Of data processed by the data sample taken in Supermarkets Fadhilla Bengkulu, it produces two types of data sets. Ie low sales data and high sales data. So with the grouping of data is the self- Fadhilla can determine the type of goods sold and selling. So that goods in the warehouse does not accumulate.Keyword : K-Means, Clustering, Data Mining.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) that technology is an invaluable tool and is essential to store, manipulate, analyze and display back natural conditions with the help of data and spatial attributes. Bengkulu city is a student city in the province of Bengkulu, there are many universities both public and private sector are spread across the city, but not everyone knows about college lay in Bengkulu city, especially the location or the location of the college. The purpose of this research is to create a geographic information system directory of colleges in the city of Bengkulu that can be used by the institution and the community to support the development of education in the city of Bengkulu. Research conducted at the University Dehasen which began in January to February 2015. In this research, data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews, and literature. From the results of this study indicate that the presence of a geographic information system directory of colleges in the city of Bengkulu, can provide significant benefits for students and new students determines the location and profile of universities in the city of Bengkulu.Keyword:  System, Information, Geographic, Google, Maps

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the C4.5 decision tree algorithm-based and implemented into an application that RapidMiner is expected to improve the accuracy of the analysis of the study period the student. This research was conducted at the Dehasen University of Bengkulu. In the study discussed by monitoring the results of studies at the university in the form of the GPA and the number of credits that have not been accurate for determining a student to graduate on time or not. In this study was to classify the grading of student used data mining techniques with C4.5 algorithms and implemented into Rapid Miner, it aims to see the results of the development can graduate on time or not. From the research results prove that the algorithm C4.5 is more accurate than analysis conducted by analyst’s students. This is evidenced by the results of the evaluation study found C4.5 algorithms capable of analyzing the punctuality of students completing their study.Keyword: Data mining, C4.5 Algorithm

Abstract

This aims to implement control and manage internet bandwidth usage in computer networks. Distribution of bandwidth evenly on all hosts (computers) connected to a computer network. Reducing excessive bandwidth usage when using media downloader hosts like Internet Download Manager (IDM). This study uses an experimental research. In this research, experimentation and implementation of the performance of the method per connection queue with queue (PCQ). The results of further experiments are documented for analysis to produce appropriate recommendations for bandwidth management with per connection queue (PCQ) untun control the use of the Internet in the laboratory. From the results of this analysis will come to the conclusion about the benefits and functions in more detail than the method using the per connection queue queue (PCQ) in controlling the use of the Internet on a computer network in a computer lab. The results of this study indicate that that the bandwidth management with per connection queue (PCQ) to control internet usage is very significant changes. By utilizing this method of data traffic internet usage can be set according to the amount of bandwidth available on the network. In addition to control Internet usage, this method is also useful to limit the traffic rate is downloaded when a client using a download manager like IDM. By applying this method, between one client and another client will not get excessive bandwidth, so the use of the internet will be more stable and controllable.Keywords : bandwidth management, Per Connection Queue (PCQ), network.

With the desktop widgets and Internet technologies are more advanced, it can be used to obtain information regarding the weather that has been going on and to know the temperature and the temperature of a region. Useful for more accurate delivery of information to the public for the purposes of the weather. According Garling and Bieber (2010) Widgets means software that consists of portable code that can be used on one or more platforms. Interface widgets are lightweight and relatively easy to use. E-voting is a process that utilizes electronic voting. Along with the times, has been a lot of research on the use of electronic voting process that replaces the voting process manually.
