Developments in science and technology is now becoming more sophisticated with the advent of modern tools, for example, is a computer. The use of computers in society is no stranger to either diperkantoran, homes, and other pasilitas. In this case the computer is connected to the existing components in the computer that serves as a tool insert (input) and the tool keluaraan (output) through the computer components can be used to control the hardware (hardware) and other purposes. Parking control system uses sensors Swicth are now widely applied disupermarket, and other objects, especially banks, offices that serve to simplify the calculation of the cost of parking and security support with some limitations that are likely to cause problems in terms of security, parking entrance queue, the queue out parking and some other things we do not want.But the satisfaction and comfort of use in terms of services such as parking and security queues of vehicles are not so considered by pengelolah parking at this time, benefited business interests more than the interests of consumers are less noticeable, to give satisfaction for the use of parking that can minimize the queue at the gate entrance and out the door by accelerating the process of entry, exit, in order to give priority to the interests of consumers so that consumers feel comfortable in their vehicle memakir better than the manual way.

Abstract : Judging from the geographical location of Bengkulu Province is a province that is quite commonly found slab cracks of the earth , it is potentially an earthquake tectonic earthquake and tsunami could result in the provincial Bengkulu and surrounding areas . From the sequence of events of the tsunami , never had a history of Bengkulu earthquake on 24 November 1833 Bengkulu been hit by a tsunami with a magnitude 8 earthquake for about 2 minutes and breathing big quake of 8.4 magnitude scale , the quake occurred in 1797 and 1983 were accompanied by tsunami small in the South and North Bengkulu Bengkulu .Information Systems Programs Through Earthquake Early Detection Network Telkomsel At Bengkulu province belong to the category of the good and decent for further use by the user . So with the Information Systems Program Through Earthquake Early Detection Network Telkomsel At the provincial Bengkulu earthquake information regarding can get to the people who use Telkomsel quickly . By looking at the overall results of the calculation of the questionnaire , which shows the percentage of each category , the answer to No Good ( TB ) of 0% , Not Good ( KB ) of 0% , Good ( B ) of 82.5 % and Very Good ( SB ) at 17.5 % . From these percentages can be seen that the Good category ( B ) has the highest percentage is 82.5 % .

This research is focusing on back-propagation algorithm with neural network that have to be implemented with MATLAB software. The data is observe directly and studying about university election by the graduate high school student. This research wants to find the direct problem, so it can be implemented with neural network by using back-propagation algorithm. This research using three (3) model of neural network back-propagation algorithm. From the data have been analyze with MATLAB software, the training convergence process stop at 5th iteration, last MSE = 1,01777. Meanwhile the testing convergence process stop at 5th iteration, with last MSE = 0,288833.

Currently the software is found everywhere , not just on a supercomputer with 25 processors, a computer equipped with a p has software that can synchronize with a PC. Language used to instruct a computer programming language called . There are 2 types of programming languages consists of high-level languages and low-level languages . We know them: Basic, Algol, Cobol, Pascal, PL - 1, RPG, SNOBOL, APL, LISP, GPSs, ADA, DEAL and so that is a high -level language , machine language understood by the computer is the machine language instructions ( Machine language) which is a low-level language , high level language so that we mentioned above in order to be understood by a computer must first be translated by the compiler. From the results of research on Instructions Programming Language Programming Language That Uses the ADT (Abstract Data Type) On Virus And Loop Batch can be summed up in the current trend of virus that the average instruction looping using batch , which often interfere with computer performance,and theaddition of our unknown data working because thewindows aresetautomaticallyatstartupTask manager.

Aliran Karya Using Visual Basic 6.0 to information presentation can be more efficient . Information systems can be an alternative to the PT . The development of computer technology in today's rapidly increasing, a lot of aspects in the world of computers that can be developed starting from the hardware ( hardware ) , software ( software ) as well as its operating system . Almost every year , every month , even every week offering computer world discoveries and developments both hardware ( hardware ) and software (the software) . The development of software on the network world is something that is very encouraging for network users , a wide range of specialized software for a network marketed by the manufacturer of the software , but of development - these developments there is the other side that we do not want, which exploit program development , as this can be detrimental to network users , we can imagine how disappointed we are , when we are indulge in the network and find out the data - we lost important data , or classified documents we are known by people who are not responsible , users exploit program is known as hackers , Tools Network Mapper is one of the many programs exploit in the world. Tools Network Mapper program called the exploit because it can be used to identify in and explores the data without the knowledge of the target computer or computer without the user's permission on the go , therefore we should be more careful - be active in the network. we already know that in order to solve a problem properly we must first study the problem itself, from the emergence of the problem until the cause and effect that caused by the problem itself , as well as in the manufacture of network security software , of course, the software maker first study one or a few programs - programs that exploit exists. In connection with our society is still relatively ignorant about the exploit in the writing program faculty research , the writer will discuss about the workings of one of the programs that exploit Tools Network Mapper in identifying in and explores the target computer data. System of decision making is a way of leadership or action to solve the problems faced by the selection of one among the possible alternatives. In this study researchers using Fuzzy Logic method because the researchers are using fuzzy logic to determine the weights of criteria and desire in determining who the decision-making stage in the installation of a new power station in PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Nusa Indah Bengkulu. In taking decisions researchers also use the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, because by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language researchers can easily in decision-making.

Expert system detection of asthma.
