Abstract

The decision support system for employee performance evaluation at the South Bengkulu public works department is very useful because it can provide another alternative for decision makers to select suitable employees to fill vacant positions. The use of a decision support system for employee performance evaluation using the simple additive weighting method is expected to reduce subjectivity in decision making. Instead, a calculation will be carried out on all employee assessments, so that it is hoped that employees with the best abilities will be selected. The research aims to create a decision support system for evaluating public service performance of employees at the South Bengkulu public works department. The benefits of this research can provide another alternative for decision makers to select suitable employees to fill vacant positions.

Abstract

In general, native Sumatran people speak their mother tongue (B1) of the Malay language family. Each region in Sumatra generally has a different regional language. Specifically in Bengkulu, there are nine regional languages, namely Serawai language, Pekal language, Rejang language, Pasemah language, Mulak language, Kaur Bintuhan language, Bengkulu Malay language, Enggano language, and Muko-muko language. In the beginning, to search for a translation of the Serawai language, no one had ever used conventional dictionary facilities and internet online dictionary directories. So it is necessary to innovate in developing a Serawai language dictionary application to make searching easier, accompanied by database update content facilities and voice recognition. Therefore, it is hoped that by making this application it can become a useful medium and suit what users need. So the problem was formulated on how to create a Serawai Regional Language Dictionary using the Android-based Bubble Sort and Voice Recognition algorithm. In the data collection method, observation and literature study were used. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for the local government of South Bengkulu Regency to introduce the Serawai regional language to the wider community by utilizing Android-based information technology.

Abstract

West Kotawaringin Regency is one of the districts in the Central Kalimantan region which is geographically drained by 3 (three) large rivers, namely: the Kumai River, the Lamandau River and the Arut River. As time goes by and population density increases, the existence of rivers creates new problems due to the development and expansion of agriculture and plantations. Referring to this problem, this research was conducted to observe the level of land cover change that occurred in the Arut river basin, South Arut District, West Kotawaringin Regency. This research was carried out using remote sensing methods and geographic information systems. The data used in this method is Landsat satellite image data from 1996, 2010 and 2016. These three data are classified according to their appearance using the supervised classification method and analyzed using the intersection technique. The restrictions on conversion of functions in this research were only carried out on the appearance of forests and plantations. This research produced a map of changes in forest conversion to plantations in the 1996-2016 time period. This research also produces patterns of changes in forest and plantation areas during this time period.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises or often abbreviated to SMEs which are one of the important parts of the economy of a country or region, Duta phonecell Sawah Besar is one of the credit suppliers or traders. In the current system, transaction recording still uses books. a place to store summaries of data from data sources and collects data from various sources in order to obtain a better view of a business process. One of the string matching algorithms used is the Boyer Moore algorithm. Where the Boyer Moore string matching algorithm for a file is to be executed, the file is not immediately permitted to be executed. The research was carried out at Duta phonecell which is located at Sawah lebar, Bengkulu City. Moore's turbo boyer algorithm cannot be used in the search process because it is not proven to be used on objects. This is because the field page is too small and has not searched for tests in a long sequence of tests. The application was successfully created but did not apply the Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm. The suggestion for this research is to try to continue the application of the Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm in the search process in a long and large test. Also included is the Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm only for searching for certain tests that are different throughout the long test data

Abstract

Student graduation is one of the assessments in the accreditation of study programs and institutions. The high rate of student graduation on time is directly proportional to the accreditation score. Therefore, each university tries its best to make its students graduate on time. Several strategies were finally implemented by universities, such as holding meetings with the Academic Advisors of each class so that communication occurred which could ultimately provide solutions if potential students were detected who did not graduate on time. This research tries another approach to predict students who have the potential not to graduate on time. Computational calculations taking into account pre-existing data are an interesting topic to discuss. The ID3 algorithm has the ability to create a decision tree regarding a problem. This algorithm was used in this research and the results showed that the first factor that needs to be considered in graduating students at AMIK Harapan Bangsa Surakarta is gender. Men have a higher pass percentage than women with a percentage of 60% versus 40%. This can be a concern for AMIK Harapan Bangsa Surakarta towards final year students to detect as early as possible the potential for students not graduating on time.

Abstract

In Indonesia, exams can be carried out in various ways depending on the type of implementation, namely in the form of Paper Based Test (PBT), Oral Based Test (OBT), and Computer Based Test (CBT). The type most often used in schools is PBT, which is in the form of essay and multiple choice answers. However, the case is different with the multiple choice exam type. This type of exam is usually used during student graduation exams or better known as the National Examination (UN). In its implementation, the UN applies PBT with the concept of multiple choice questions. PBT applied to the UN uses the Object Character Recognition (OCR) method. However, as time goes by, evaluation of this method occurs. Currently, the PBT exam type is starting to be abandoned and switched to the CBT exam type. However, these two types have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Seeing this opportunity, this research proposes a new solution by combining the weaknesses and strengths of the two types. The solution provided is to utilize artificial intelligence such as OCR by proposing a new method, namely the Hybrid Extreme Convolutional Neural Network Machine.

Abstract

The use of the Jambi Regional Police's Vital Object Security Monitoring Application is useful for monitoring the evaluation of vital objects in the Jambi Regional Police's jurisdiction in order to detect early incidents at the location in order to improve Kambtibmas (Public Order Security). This Android-based application is very easy to use and reporting from the security guard at PT PLN Dalkit uses visuals in the form of photos and videos which can be directly monitored in real time. PT PLN Dalkit Jambi is one of the power plants that supplies electricity in the province Jambi and is one of the Vital Objects recorded by the Jambi Regional Police, for this reason it requires quite serious supervision under the Security of Vital Objects of the Jambi Regional Police. This research uses a system modeling method using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Abstract

In the past, people tended to be more active, because to carry out an activity a lot of physical activity was needed. Nowadays, people are too lazy to change the TV channel, so it is not surprising that obesity, high blood pressure and heart disease have become epidemics affecting public health. The increasing trend of weight loss recently has also been accompanied by an increase in the production of drugs and food substitutes which are promoted as slimming foods that are healthy and highly nutritious, even though we may know that these products generally only help suppress hunger for a while. If the body needs to consume daily food that contains balanced nutrients, if the body can digest, absorb and metabolize these nutrients properly, an ideal body weight and balanced nutritional condition will be achieved. So it can be concluded that SPK software is needed that can provide information on diet analysis, planning food menus and sports activity schedules quickly and accurately. To solve the problem of preparing diet programs for obese sufferers, a linear programming model with a dynamic programming method was chosen, because the application of the programming method linear on this problem can provide information on planning a food menu with nutritional content that will not exceed the limited number of nutrients.

Abstract

Dosen Merupakan Sumber Daya Yang Sangat Vital Dalam Sebuah Perguruan Tinggi, Karena Dosen Banyak Berperan Di Dalam Setiap Aktivitas Sebuah Perguruan Tinggi. Dosen Berprestasi Tentu Dapat Mendorong Kemajuan Bagi Suatu Perguruan Tinggi Pada Khususnya Dan Bagi Suatu Bangsa Pada Umumnya. Pemilihan Dosen Berprestasi Tingkat Nasional Telah Diselenggarakan Sejak Tahun 2004. Sejak Tahun 2009 Pemilihannya Mengikutsertakan Pendidikan Tinggi Politeknik Sebagai Bentuk Apresiasi Terhadap Pendidikan Vokasi. Disamping Itu Bedasarkan Evaluasi Hasil Pemilihan Dosen Berprestasi Nasional Sejak Tahun 2004 Dimana Pemenangnya Selalu Dari Bidang Sains Teknologi, Maka Dipandang Perlu Untuk Memunculkan Pemenang Pada Bidang Bidang Sosial Humaniora, Sehingga Mulai Tahun 2017 Akan Dipilih Pemenang Dari Dua Bidang Yaitu, Bidang Sains Teknologi Dan Sosial Humaniora. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Alasan Pemilihan Deskriptif Kualitatif, Karena Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menggali Lebih Dalam Tentang Bagaimana Cara Menentukan Dosen Berprestasi. Tujuan Umum Penelitian Ini Adalah Membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Menentukan Dosen Berprestasi Di Prodi Informatika Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. Abstract

Saat ini pengguna transportasi masih banyak sekali, kendaraan-kendaraan yang dibutuhkan guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari tidak pernah kunjung habis, banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang bersaing dalam bidang transportasi terutama pada bidang penjualan motor. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hasil peningkatan penjualan motor, membantu mempercepat proses pengoptimalan peningkatan penjualan dengan menggunakan algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui diskon dan uang muka yang akan digunakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan penjualan motor kedepan dan perkiraan besar total penjualan selama 12 bulan kedepan.
