Abstract

Expression or expression is one form of nonverbal communication that is the result of one or more movements or position of the muscles on the face and can convey the state emotion from someone to the person who observes it. Through facial expressions, then it can understand the emotions that are churning on the individual self. Facial expression is one behavioral characteristics. Use of biometrics technology system with expression characteristics face allows to recognize a person's mood or emotion. The basic components of the system facial expression analysis is face detection, facial data extraction, and facial expressions recognition. Integral projection method is used for face detection system. The fisherface method with artificial neural network approach backpropagation can be used for recognition of expression face. This method is done by two-stage process ie PCA and LDA. Where is the calculation PCA is used to reduce dimensions, whereas LDA is used to extract traits facial expression of each image. The study was conducted on the MUG that obtained the results recognition rate of 98.09%, and false positive 5.

This paper considers a epidemic model for a spread of two diseases in a population. Fromthe model we study existence and stability of two equilibrium states: an infectious free equilibriumand an endemic equilibrium.

Abstract

The mathematical model may be classified by non-linear. The non-linear case is discussedand the critical values of the population are analyzed for stability. Numerical methods aredeveloped for solving the model equations.

Abstract

Paired data analysis (analysis of paired data) is a statistical analysis that is used for a studywhere there is only one sample or group of individuals or objects of observation are used andsubjected to two treatments or measurements resulting in a valuepairs. Two pieces of data said tobe in pairs when any value in the first data in accordance and is associated with a single value toboth the data. In other words, two pairs of data which can be interpreted as a sample of thesubject/object of the same observations are given two treatments (treatment)/differentmeasurements. This study aims to clarify the effect of Vitamin C and Sulfas Ferroses (SF) inpregnant women towards the increasing level of their hemoglobin.The method of this research is a study literature and case study, by collecting and studyng therelevant references on the analysis of data pairs, then applying to data in a maternity clinic inBanjarmasin.The results shows that Vitamin C and Sulfas Ferroses (SF) have influenced to the increase ofhemoglobin level in pregnant women.
