Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan awalan dan akhiran di Dialek Bahasa Bali Batumadeg yang mengalami derivasi dan infleksi. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua jenis informan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan, dinamakan informan pertama dan informan kedua. Teknik yang digunakkan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu, teknik observasi, rekaman dan teknik wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa terdapat lima jenis awalan di Dialek Batumadeg, yaitu {mә-}, {kә-}, {n-}, {si-}, dan {a-} dan enam jenis akhiran: {-әng}, {-an}, {-in}, {-ne}, {-ә}, dan {-n}. Terdapat empat jenis awalan yaitu: {mә}, {kә-}, {n-}, dan {si-}, dan satu jenis akhiran yaitu: {-ang} yang termasuk morfem derivasi. Dan juga, terdapat tiga jenis awalan yaitu: {n-}, {mә-} dan {ә-}, dan lima jenis akhiran yaitu: {-ne},{in},{-an},{-ә},dan{-n} yang termasuk morfem infleksi.Kata Kunci : morfem derivasi, morfem infleksi, awalan, akhiran This study was designed in form of descriptive qualitative study with the aim of describing the prefixes and suffixes exist in Batumadeg dialect which belongs to derivational and inflectional morphemes. There were two kinds of informants chosen based on a set of criteria namely; main informant and secondary informant. Three techniques were used to collect the data, namely observation, recording, and interview technique and four instruments were used in this study those are; the researcher, recorder, note and Holle and Nothofer words list. The results of the study indicate that there are five kinds of prefixes found in Batumadeg dialect, namely {me-}, {ke-}, {n-}, {si-}, and {a-} and six kinds of suffixes: {-ang}, {-an}, {-in}, {-ne}, {-e}, and {-n}. There are four kinds of prefixes: {me}, {ke-}, {n-}, and {si-}, and one kind of suffixes: {-ang} which belong to derivational morphemes. In addition, three kinds of prefixes: {n-}, {me-} and {e-}, and five kinds of suffixes: {-ne}, {in}, {-an}, {-e}, and {-n} belongs to inflectional morphemes. keyword : derivational morphemes, inflectional morphemes, prefixes, suffixes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki persepsi murid terhadap penggunaan augmented reality sebagai media belajar dalam konteks bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing, persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan augmented reality sebagai media belajar dalam konteks bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing, sudut pandang murid terhadap kelebihan dan kekurangan augmented reality sebagai media belajar dalam konteks bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing, sudut pandang guru terhadap kelebihan dan kekurangan augmented reality sebagai media belajar dalam konteks bahasa Inggris sebagai bbahasa asing. Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory sequential mixed methods dengan 32 murid kelas 7 smp negeri 1 sukasada. Data dari penelitiain ini dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara. Angket terdiri dari 28 item pernyataan dengan dimensi yang berbeda. Wawancara terdiri dari 5 pertanyaan. Data dari penelitian ini dianalisa secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi murid terhadap augmented reality menunjukkan mean skor yang tinggi dan tergolong sangat positive. Lebih lanjut lagi, murid berpendapat bahwa augmented reality membantu mereka dalam membayangkan konteks. Disisi lain, mereka juga membutuhkan bantuan dan bimbingan dari guru. Dari sudut pandang guru, augmented reality menunjukkan mean scor yang tinggi dan tergolong sangat positive. Guru berpendapat bahwa augmented reality meningkatkan motivasi murid dalam belajar Bahasa. Berbeda dengan hal tersebut, penggunaan media augmented reality tergolong sulit untuk murid yang tidak terbiasa dengan teknologi. Bisa disimpulkan jika perkembangan media teknologi didalam Pendidikan memberikan kelebihan dan kekurangan untuk pihak murid dan juga guru dan juga perlunya penelitian kedepannya untuk mengetahui kecocokannya untuk digunakan dikelas.Kata Kunci : persepsi, augmented reality, murid kelas 7 ABSTRACT This study aimed to investigate students’ perception of the use of augmented reality as learning media in English as foreign language context, teachers’ perception of the use of augmented reality as learning media in English as foreign language context, students’ point of view on advantages and disadvantages of augmented reality as learning media in English as foreign language context, teachers’ point of view on advantages and disadvantages of augmented reality as learning media in English as foreign language context. This study employed explanatory sequential mixed methods with 31 students from grades 7th students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Data of this study were collected through questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire consisted of 28 item statements on different dimensions. The interview consisted of 5 questions. Data of this study were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The result of this study showed that students’ perception of the augmented reality has very high means score and the qualification was very positive. Furthermore, The students perceived that augmented reality helps them in imagining the context. On the other hand, they also need help and guidance from the teacher. From the teachers’ point of view, augmented reality has very high means score and the qualification was very positive. Teachers perceived augmented reality increases the students' motivation in language learning. In contrast with it, using augmented reality material was difficult for students whose not used to technology. It can be concluded that the growth of technology media in education gives advantages and disadvantages for both students and teachers and need to be investigated in the future to check its relevance to be used in the classroom. keyword : perception, augmented reality, 7th grades students.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the politeness strategies used by students of Santhi Budaya Art Foundation Studio and Culture in communicating and interacting with their coaches and the reasons students use these politeness strategies to communicate with their coaches to achieve their communication goals. This is a descriptive study and the instrument used to collect data were the researcher, observation check-list, interview guide, and phone mobile recorder. The result of the study showed that 1) there were 4 types of politeness strategies used by the students to communicate with their coaches. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan (1) jenis media yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris di SD Laboratorium Undiksha, (2) respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media di SD Laboratorium Undiksha, dan (3) persepsi guru Bahasa Inggris terhadap penggunaan media dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris di SD Laboratorium Undiksha. jenis media yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris, hasil daftar periksa menemukan bahwa media yang digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris di SD Laboratorium Undiksha sebagian besar adalah kartu flash, lagu / audio, animasi dan video / film. Dari daftar periksa mengenai respon siswa terhadap media yang digunakan, para siswa memiliki respon positif terhadap media yang digunakan. Mereka percaya bahwa materi pembelajaran lebih mudah dipahami ketika media digunakan di ruang kelas. Dalam menjawab persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan media di kelas, hasil kuesioner menemukan bahwa guru bahasa Inggris di SD Laboratorium Undiksha memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penggunaan media dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris untuk siswa. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe strategi kesopanan dan mendeskripsikan alasan penggunaan strategi kesopanan yang digunakan oleh pedagang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 5 pedagang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Tanah Lot Tabanan Bali. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan Interactive Data Analysis Model terdiri dari pengumpulan data, data reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tiga dari empat strategi kesopanan yang muncul ketika pedagang berkomunikasi dengan orang asing sebagai pembeli. Strategi yang sering muncul adalah Bald on Record (53.62%) diikuti oleh Positive Politeness (37.68%), Negative Politeness (7.25%), dan tidak ada munculnya Off Record. Alasan utama pedagang menggunakan strategi kesopanan adalah untuk mendapatkan banyak pembeli dan membuat pembeli merasa nyaman serta dihargai.Kata Kunci : strategi kesopanan, pedagang, tanah lot, pembeli The purpose of this study was to identify the types of politeness and describe the reason the use of politeness strategies used by shopkeepers. This study was a descriptive qualitative. The subjects were 5 shopkeepers. This study was taken place in Tanah Lot Tabanan Bali. The data were collected through observation and interview. The data were analyzed by using Interactive Data Analysis Model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion and verification. The result of this study shows that three of four politeness strategies is appears when the shopkeepers talk with the foreigners as their buyer. The most appeared strategies is Bald on Record (53.62%) followed by Positive Politeness (37.68%), Negative Politeness (7.25%), and inexistence of Off Record. The main reasons of shopkeepers used politeness strategies are to gain more buyers and to make the buyer comfortable and respectful. keyword : politeness strategies, shopkeepers, tanah lot, buyers

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan penyisipan nilai-nilai utama Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dalam pelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa kelas tujuh. Peneliti mengidentifikasi cara guru dalam menyisipkan nilai-nilai ke dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), pengimplementasiannya dan tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai yang disisipkan dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Nilai-nilai yang diamati seperti religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong-royong, dan integritas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah peneliti, panduan wawancara, catatan, dokumen, ceklis Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), ceklis observasi, kamera, dan kuesioner. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru menyisipkan nilai-nilai secara implisit melalui setiap kegiatan yang dirancang dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan semua nilai utama. Skor tanggapan siswa mencapai 83,35% yang berarti bahwa mereka selalu menerapkan semua nilai utama pendidikan karakter di kelas.Kata Kunci : pendidikan karaktek, pelajaran bahasa Inggris This study attempted to describe the insertion of the main values of Character Education Revitalization in English lesson at SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. This study was a case study design. The subjects were an English teacher and seventh-grade students. The researcher identified the teacher's ways in inserting the values into the lesson plan, the implementation and the students’ responses toward the implementation of the values inserted in the learning process. The values were religious, nationalist, self-directedness, mutual cooperation, and integrity. The instruments used were interview guide, note, documents, lesson plan analysis checklist, observation checklist, camera, and questionnaire. The findings indicated that the teacher inserted the values implicitly through each activity designed in the lesson plan. The observations result showed that the teacher has already implemented all of the main values. The students' responses scores gained 83,35% which means that they always implemented all of the values in class activity.keyword : character education, English lesson

Temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru menyisipkan nilai-nilai secara implisit melalui setiap kegiatan yang dirancang dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan semua nilai utama. Skor tanggapan siswa mencapai 83,35% yang berarti bahwa mereka selalu menerapkan semua nilai utama pendidikan karakter di kelas.Kata Kunci : pendidikan karaktek, pelajaran bahasa Inggris This study attempted to describe the insertion of the main values of Character Education Revitalization in English lesson at SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja. This study was a case study design. The subjects were an English teacher and seventh-grade students. The researcher identified the teacher's ways in inserting the values into the lesson plan, the implementation and the students’ responses toward the implementation of the values inserted in the learning process. The values were religious, nationalist, self-directedness, mutual cooperation, and integrity. The instruments used were interview guide, note, documents, lesson plan analysis checklist, observation checklist, camera, and questionnaire. The findings indicated that the teacher inserted the values implicitly through each activity designed in the lesson plan. The observations result showed that the teacher has already implemented all of the main values. The students' responses scores gained 83,35% which means that they always implemented all of the values in class activity.keyword : character education, English lesson

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki persepsi siswa tentang e-learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terutama e-learning dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Data penelitian dikumpulkan di Program Studi Bahasa Inggris UNDIKSHA dengan 80 kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa berpendapat bahwa e-learning adalah ide inovatif dan harus didorong. Dan pembelajaran hybrid, yang merupakan kombinasi dari pembelajaran online dan pembelajaran tatap muka, adalah cara belajar yang disukai responden. Kata Kunci : E-learning, Model penerimaan teknologi (TAM), pembelajaran berbasis web, pembelajaran hybrid, pembelajaran sepenuhnya online. This study aims to investigate students' perceptions of e-learning. This research was conducted to determine students' perceptions in the use of information technology, especially e-learning in classroom learning. The research data were collected at English Language Education of UNDIKSHA with 80 questionnaires. The outcomes of the study showed the majority of the students think e-learning is an innovative idea and must be encouraged. Hybrid learning, which is a combination of online learning and face-to-face learning, is the preferred mode of learning for the respondents. keyword : E-learning, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Web-assisted learning, Hybrid learning, Fully-online learning.
