Abstract

Kegiatan pengupasan overburden merupakan kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan sebelum dilakukan kegiatan coal getting. Penggunaan alat angkut pada biaya pengupasan overburden merupakan komponen biaya terbesar yang akan dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan diakibatkan oleh populasi unit yang paling banyak. Biaya tersebut terdiri dari biaya owning cost dan operating cost. Biaya produksi sangat dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas alat dimana semakin lama penggunaan alat maka performa alat akan menurun. Pada penelitian ini, umur alat telah digunakan selama lima tahun penggunaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa biaya alat angkut yang menguntungkan, sehingga memberikan keuntungan dengan mempertimbangkan biaya kepemilikan dan operasional serta biaya produksi dengan mengkorelasikannya dengan produktivitas alat. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan produktivitas Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K sebesar 53,12 bcm/jam dengan biaya kepemilikan Rp 60.512/jam dan biaya operasional Rp 448.598/jam. Sedangkan produktivitas Scania P380 sebesar 37,25 bcm/jam dengan biaya kepemilikan Rp 63.718/jam dan biaya operasional Rp 420.411/jam. Dengan membagi nilai produktivitas alat didapatkan biaya produksi Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K Rp 9.584/bcm sedangkan Scania P380 Rp 12.996/bcm. Berdasarkan biaya produksi tersebut disimpulkan bahwa walaupun operating cost dump truck Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K lebih besar namun unggul secara performa sehingga Mercedes Benz Actross 3939K lebih ekonomis secara biaya produksi dibandingkan dengan dump truck Scania P380.

Abstract

Based on geotechnical drilling activities carried out in the PT Battoman Coal mining plan area, it is known that the slope material is dominated by claystone. According to Chen (1975), claystone can be expansive when exposed to water, disrupting slope stability. The presence of the Sungai Putih tributary in the mining plan area can also affect slope stability. This research aims to analyze the influence of groundwater level fluctuations on slope stability in the PT Battoman Coal mining plan area based on actual conditions as a result of the research. Ground water level observations and measurements were conducted using the Casagrande piezometer method and observation wells in the high wall area. Slope stability analysis was carried out using the software Rocscience Slide V.6 using the Morgenstern Price method and the Mohr-Coulomb failure type by simulating slopes in actual conditions, the results of the highest and lowest groundwater measurements in the period September to October 2023, namely 4,26 meters and 28,45 meters from the ground surface. The analysis was carried out in pseudo-static conditions using mining area seismicity factors based on the Indonesian Seismic Zone Map according to the Ministry of PUPR in 2017. Overall slope area high walls in cross sections A-A' and B-B' are included in the critical to stable category with FK values between 0,901 to 1,782. Recommendation of overall slope designed by Kepmen ESDM 1827K/MEM/2018 so that it is obtained overall slope which is stable in saturated conditions with FK values between 1,176 to 1,245.

Abstract

The sustainability of the mining industry is highly dependent on the availability of natural reserves of minerals. The conversion of land that was originally intended as a forest or garden into a mining area has caused people around the mine to change professions. However, professions or businesses that arise as a result of mining activities can only last as long as the mine is still operating. Then a big question mark arises regarding the sustainability of the community's economy after mining. With limited resources, MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) based on the creative economy are one of the businesses that can be applied to empower post-mining communities. This study aims to determine the ranking of alternative creative economy MSMEs that can be developed in communities around the mine in Lahat Regency. The method used is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). This study was conducted by determining the criteria for creative economy MSME businesses and alternatives and then continued with collecting primary data for paired comparisons using a questionnaire. Furthermore, data processing was carried out to determine alternative rankings and consistency ratio testing. The results of the study showed that the highest ranking of alternative creative economy MSMEs was the snack food culinary subsector, followed by the woven craft subsector, the textile craft subsector, and the traditional beverage culinary subsector in sequence.
