Abstract

Quantxil Teaching Study Mode to increase the result of studyin IPS subject score for class V SDS Kalam Kudus Tebing Tinggi district,Bengkalis regency. The subjects of this research are 30 students in classV C SDS Kalam Kudus, which are consist of 14 females and 16 malesmdents. The measured variable is student activity, teacher activity whichis measured by using observation sheet and study result by writing test.Base on the result of this research, it can be concluded that QuantumTeaching Study Mode can increase student score in IPS subject at SDSKalam Kudus Selatpanjang.Keyrword : Quantum Teaching Study Mode, Score

Abstract

This research is about raciahsm and the forms of Blacks stereotype in America, and its relation to the films of The Green MUe.Racialism in the films The Green Mile Blacks were represented in theform of negative stereotype namely, stupidity, laziness, murder, andsuperstition. This research uses an interdisciplinary approach by usinghistory, sociology and culture perspective. Racialism in America has beena dilemma for Blacks, because of racial prejudice, discrimination,segregation and unjust treatment of them by Whites. Many blacks haveproblems or difficulties in the aspect of their lives. For example they donot have equality in education, employment, and law protection. Blacksin America are regarded as inferior while whites are regarded as superior.The result of this research indicated that The Blacks character in the fiknThe Green Mile is typical of the type of stereotype that appeared in slaveryera. In the film The Green Mile Blacks characters were also showed as akind of caricature of Tom, Sambo, Coons, and Bucks. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan mutupembelajaran dengan penggunaan RPP berbasis KTSP oleh guru sejarahyang telah disertifikassi di SMA NEGERI5 PEKANBARU dan untuk membuktikan bahwa apakah guru yang telah disertifikasi ini bisa meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, dengan populasi dan smpelnya soma maka penuis menggunakan total sampling/ sample jenuh yaitu masing- masing berjumlah 5 sample. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada semua guru yang telah disertifikasi di SMANEGERI 5 PEKANBARU.Untuk mencapai tujuanpenelitian,analisis data dilakukan dengan perhitungan deskriptif.Setelah data diolah, dari 70 item pertanyaan untuk responden guru. Responden guru yang menjawab option adalah sebanyak (59,3%)dan untuk option B sebanyak ( 25,8) , lalu untuk option C sebanyak (12,2%) dan terakhir untuk option D sebanyak (4,6%). Maka ini berartiguru yang telah disertifikasi sudah menerapkan RPP berbasis KTSP sekaligus inijuga berarti bahwa SMA NEGERI 5 PEKANBARU dengan adanya guru sejarah yang sudah disertifikasi ini sudah bisa dikatgorikan sekolah yang pembelajarannya bermutu.

Abstract

Kesultanan Melayu di Riau tentunya sudah tidak ada lagi setelah daerah tersebut menjadi bagian dari Republik Indonesia. Namun yang ingin diungkapkan penulis, bagaimana kegemilangem Melayu pada masa lampau tetap dikenang pda generasi sekarang dan masa yang akan dating. Dalam hal ini penulis coba mengungkapkannya dengan melakukan penelitian melalui metode penelitian historis dan studi perpustakaan. Dari hasil pengumpulan dokumen, banyak sekali nilai-nilai sejarah yang masih perlu diungkapkan untuk dikaji lebih mendalam tetang peradaban Kesultanan Melayu, Budaya Melayu termasuk Riau sendiri yang mempakan daerah tempat tinggal suku Melayu itu sendiri.

Abstract

Sebagai ujung tombak Guru sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja di dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan guru memegang peranan penting, para siswa tidak mungkin belajar sendiri tanpa bimbingan gum yang mampu mengemban tugasnya dengan baik. Kendati dewasa ini konsep CBSA telah dikumandang- kan dan dilaksanakan dalam proses belajar mengajar disekolah, namun gum tetap menempati kedudukan tersendiri. Pada hakekatnya para siswa hanya mungkin belajar dengan baikjika gum telah  empersiapkan lingkungan positif bagimereka untuk belajar,gimi hams mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab seorang gum yang dimulai dari perencanaan sampai kepada tindak lanjut dari kegiatan sampai dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Kinerja, Gum dan Pembelajaran

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukan prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Aktivitas guru setiap pertemuan mengalami peningkatan. Siklus I dengan kategori baik siklus II dengan kategori amat baik.Aktivitas sisw a pada Siklus I dengan kategori cukup siklus II aktivitas siswa dengan kategori amat baik. Pada siklus I rata-rata daya serap setelah model pembelajaran inkuiri mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I rata-rata 77.34% (kategori baik) dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 83.34% (kategori baik). Ketuntasan siswa pada siklus I dan Siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase ketuntasan dan 78.28% menjadi 82.00% dikategorikan tuntas.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, ketuntasan belaja, penghargaan kelompok serta aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas II SMPN 023 Pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2011/2012

Abstract

What we see when studying the subject that is being done by the subject teachers ofhistory in the classroom. Classroom atmosphere during history lessons are generally less encouraging,students look sultry and restless (Haikal, 1989). This situation shows that the less favored historicalsubjects and boring students (Isjoni, 2006). Learning the history of which only emphasizes the pastwith lead students bored and lack of interest in history lessons (Gunning, 1978). Conditions ofsubject teachers of history which mostly still not optimal, even still many who have not been ableto take advantage of advances in technology or in other words still stutter technology (Gatek).Problem formulation is: How where the availability of facilities and prarana, the principal policyto support, education and training has gained teacher and factors that constrain teachers in theuse of information and communication technology in teaching high school history Pekanbaru. Thepurpose of this study is: To determine the extent of availability of facilities and prarana, the principalpolicy to support, education and training of teachers who have acquired the necessary skills andconstraints of teachers in the use of information and communication technology in teaching highschool history Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is: To determine the extent of availability offacilities and prarana, the principal policy to support, education and training of teachers who haveacquired the necessary skills and constraints of teachers in the use of information and communicationtechnology in teaching high school history Pekanbaru.The location and time of study. The locationwas chosen in this study is the city of Pekanbaru. When the study was conducted for 4 (four)months. The population of this study are all high school teachers who care for high school historycourses at public and private city of Pekanbaru. Samples taken as many as three SMA and threeprivate high school. Pekanbaru City some 14 teachers as respondents, with details: SMAN 5 totaling3 teachers, totaling 3 SMAN 9 teachers, SMAN 11 numbered 2 teachers, high school teachersHandayani numbered 2, SMA PGRI numbered 2 teachers, high school Tri Bakti numbered 2 teachers.Data collection techniques used in this study, such as: (1) observation, (2). Interview, (3)library;(4) Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using qualitative analysis. From the dataanalysis it can be concluded as follows: (1) Not all teachers use of ICT in teaching History (2) aproportion of the principal has been supporting the use of ICT by teachers in teaching high schoolhistory City Pekanbaru, (3) a proportion of the teachers have received training on ICT. Teachersfelt that ICT can improve the ability of teachers both in PBM and student learning outcomes, (4)Availability of hard ware and sof ware is still limited, the age factor, not confident, doubt and fearKeywords: information and communication technology, the teacher and the teaching of history

Abstract

From the observation that the author did in SMAN 10 Pekanbaru, known to manystudents from grade 1 to grade 3 is less interested in the lessons of history, because they lackprofessional teachers, especially teachers of history. This has led to interest students learn thehistory that led to the decline in student achievement, especially on the subjects of history. Toachieve the goal of learning is usually a teacher to choose one or more of teaching and learningstrategies. Where the strategy can be achieved when factors such as: the material being taught,teachers and students must actively use the role, there are certain social relations, types ofactivitiesdone, and facilities available.Keywords: Strategy Guru, Interest in Learning.
