Abstract

The elderly are more likely to be infected with COVID-19. The presence of underlying diseases can make patient's prognosis worse. The goal of this research was to identify elderly patients based on age, gender, LoS, 10 most common underlying diseases, and 10 most frequent procedures dan treatment that has a risk of recovery and mortality. Samples were taken from patients aged 60-90 years old at RS X(n=266). The study relied on secondary data from April 2020 to February 2021, and descriptive data analysis was used to analyze the results. According to the result, 44.7% were 60-64 years old, 61.3% were male, 42.9%, had LoS of > 7 days. The most common underlying diseases were coagulation defects (61.3%), essential hypertension (44.7%), and acute respiratory distress syndrome (39.5 %). The most frequent treatments and procedures were chest X-Ray (94.7%), RT-PCR swab (91%), and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (32.7%). Since many elderly patients have underlying diseases and medical measures are required during treatment, elderly patients should be closely monitored during the treatment.

Abstract

1)Background: Human resources are one part of the company. Therefore a sound management system is needed. A work accident can be from one of the human factors, namely, not obeying PPE. Therefore, current occupational health and safety issues are not only an obligation that must be paid attention to by workers but also must be fulfilled by the work system because this is a demand that every worker must meet. 2) Objective: This study aims to analyze the factors related to compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in construction project workers at PT. JKS 2021. 3) Method: This research was conducted using an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design of construction workers to construct GBI NDC by PT. JKS. The number of samples in this study was 96 construction workers at PT. JKS. The data is processed using the Spearman rank test. 4) Result: The results showed the behavior of the use of PPE workers at PT. JKS in the construction was good (60 workers) with a percentage of 62.5%. There was a relationship between knowledge and supervision with compliance with the use of PPE on construction project workers of GBI NDC construction by PT. JKS with each value (P-value 0.008) and (P-value 0.020) while there is no relationship between attitude and motivation with compliance with the use of PPE with each value (P-value 0.880) and (P-value 0.628). 5) Conclusion: There was a relationship between knowledge and supervision with the use of PPE on construction workers at PT. JKS.

Abstract

AbstractBackground. Hospital statistical indicators during the Covid-19 pandemic will be different from normal conditions before covid-19, One of the indicators for inpatient services is BOR which is the percentage of bed usage with Barber Johnson's ideal standard of 75-85%. During a pandemic, BOR information is needed to assist hospitals in terms of speed of service and policies in the use of beds and rooms. The purpose of this research is to predict the bed at Tlogorejo Hospital in 2021-2022. Method. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and uses secondary data, the data used is from March 2020 - June 2021 by way of observation. Result. The study results from the Barber Johnson chart with linear bed predictions are not efficient from July 2021 - May 2022 and efficient from July 2021 - May 2022. June 2021 - Dec 2022 while the results of the barber johnson chart predict beds with a BOR of 75% that all wards from July 2021-Dec 2022 are efficient. Conclusion. Therefore it is recommended to Tlogorejo hospital to add beds according to the predicted results of beds BOR 75 % or predicted results of bed Linier.Keywords: Predictions, beds, barber johnson charts and BOR.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction at the outpatient registration relates to the hospital health services qualities. West Java Province is one of the reference provinces for the health services  development, but there are still some complaints in the service process and infrastructure such as the lack of patient seats in the outpatient registration. This study aimed to analyze the service quality towards patient satisfaction in outpatient registration at the West Java Province Hospitals by using service quality indicators focusing on tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy. The method is a literature review. Data collection by reviewing relevant research journals through the Google Scholar database with keywords using Boolean Operators, namely Service Quality AND Patient Satisfaction AND Outpatient Registration AND Hospitals with 156 journal results. Three journals were selected according to inclusion criteria (West Java area, the year of journals publication range 2017-2020, and an accessible and indexed Indonesian journal). Journal study showed that the outpatient registration patients in West Java Hospitals were quite satisfied with the tangible indicator (physical evidence), responsiveness, and assurance, as well as the reliability  and empathy indicators satisfaction. Patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration at the West Java province hospitals normatively has reached the level of satisfaction of ‘quite satisfied’.

Abstract

Cases and deaths due to Covid-19 continue to increase in East Lampung; It is closely related to Covid-19 prevention practices. This study aims to find out what factors are related to Covid-19 prevention in East Lampung District.An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted with 100 respondents aged ? 18 years domiciled in East Lampung District. The data is collected online using the KoBoToolbox platform shared through Instagram and Facebook. Variables were measured using questionnaires containing respondents' characteristics, Perception, Stigma, Prevention Practices, Knowledge, and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires to measure the quality of life.The result showed that 57 % of respondents were male, 72 % were early adulthood, 67 % were employed, 54 % had an income ? IDR 2.432.150, 49 % of respondents had a practice score of ?42,58, 53% had a quality of life score ? 87, 60% had a perception score of ?43, 55% had a stigma score of ?62 and 64% had a ?28 knowledge score. Chi-Square test results show that factors related to the practice of Covid-19 prevention are gender, in which male is 2.6 times at risk of the practice with a score ?42.58. Preception ?43, 2.6 times at risk with a score ?42.58 and the quality of life ?87 with a score ?42.58, 2.2 more potentials in doing the practice.This research can be an input for policymakers to develop interventions and policies that are considered adequate for the community in Covid-19 prevention practices.Keywords : Perceptions, Quality of Life, Gender, Preventions, Covid-19

Abstract

Background and objective: The Jakarta has grown to become Indonesia's main job hub. Because of the rising prevalence of the COVID-19 virus epidemic, several businesses and government organizations have implemented work-from-home policies for their employees. Female employees who work from home, in particular, aren't just career women but also housewives who must balance these responsibilities so that jobrelated stress does not develop. Methods: This research aims to analyze the factors related to work stress toward female workers who worked from home during the Covid19 pandemic. This was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. Questionnaires were used to obtain the primary data. The research sample consists of female employees who work from home, with 97 respondents from the formal sector working in DKI Jakarta. Chi-square was used to evaluate the data. Result: The study showed that 97 respondents were over the age of 35, 39 respondents had an undergraduate education level, and the majority of respondents experienced a high mental workload and heavy work stress. The unrelated research variable were age (pvalue=0,103). The related research variables with work stress were marital status (pvalue=0,049) and mental workload (p-value=0,012). Conclusion : Female workers who work from home are expected to balance between adequate rest time and working at home during the COVID-19 pandemic so that work stress does not occur  Keywords: work frome home, women workers, work stress

Abstract

Semarang Smart City merupakan perbaikan layanan di semua sektor termasuk sektor kesehatan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan dikembangkannya sistem informasi kesehatan. Menurut APJII, jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia untuk tenaga kesehatan masih sangat rendah sebesar 0,1%. Keberhasilan penerapan teknologi dan informasi perlu diimbangi dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki petugas kesehatan. Maka perlu kita mengetahui hubungan jenis kelamin, usia dan tingkat pendidikan dengan penggunaan internet pada tenaga kesehatan di PuskesmasKota Semarang. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji statistik chisquare. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan (medis dan penunjang medis) di Puskesmas Kota Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 397 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jeniskelamin dengan perilaku penggunaan internet dengan mobilephone (pv=0,021) dan komputer (pv=0,028), terdapat hubungan yang signifikat pula tingkat pendidikan dengan perilaku penggunaan internet dengan mobile phone (pv=0,004) dan komputer (pv=0,000), namun tidak ada hubungan yang signifikanantara usia dengan penggunaan internet dengan mobile phone (pv=0,841) dan komputer (pv=0,136). Ketersediaan internet dikantor dapat dimanfaatkan sebagaimana mestinya untuk mendukung pelayanan kesehatan bukan untuk mengakses hiburan yang dapat berdampak pada produktifitas kerja. Selain itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan literasi teknologi informasikomunikasi pada tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLaw No. 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals, states that hospitals are obliged to respect and protect the rights of patients. The early survey found that completion time in the implementation of the release of medical information for claims was constrained, depend on the presence and willingness of doctors to fill out medical information. These obstacles can possibly cause the loss for patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the release of medical information for commercial insurance claims at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted on May-June 2021 with 2 subjects, namely the insurance officer and the head of the medical record unit. The data were collected by online interviews and analyzed descriptively based on regulations of the Sultan Agung Hospital and the legal aspects of health and then conclusions were drawn.The results showed that the implementation of information release has maintained patient privacy, every release of medical information is followed by permission from the patient/family, release to third parties accompanied by a power of attorney, release of medical information is given by the DPJP doctor. However, the release of medical information has not been involved the director and the regulation on completion time standards has not been implemented optimally. Suggestions from this study is to evaluate the applicable regulations.Keywords: Release of Medical Information, Medical Records, Commercial Insurance

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background and objective: Vaccine hesitency is a sign that the public is late in accepting or refusing the COVID 19 vaccine. Misinformation or hoax news on social media can reduce public trust in the COVID 19 vaccine. The study aims to collect, analyze and summarize relevant findings in the literature scientifically, it is possible to be able to  provide an assessment of what has been revealed by research so far about how social media (its content or its consumer use) can affect people’s knowledge and beliefs about the COVID-19 vaccine. Methods: Systematic review using Pubmed, ProQuest, Google Scholar and Science Direct. Result: 10 articles related to COVID 19 vaccine doubts on social media. Conclusion: Misinformation on the COVID 19 vaccine can endanger public opinion that is not anti-vaccine. For example, there are hoax news about the side effects of the COVID 19 vaccine that are not based on existing facts. In addition, the comments of people who are anti vaccine can influence public opinion, giving rise to doubts. Responding to the issue of COVID 19 vaccine hesitancy on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and other social media. There has been a lot of misinformation related to the COVID-19 vaccine. Abstract

Istilah E-Health sebuah terobosan baru dari perkembangan teknologi informasi bidang kesehatan. Implementasi E-Health dapat dikembangkan dengan mengetahui jenis aplikasi yang digunakan dan kejadian penyakit di suatu institusi pelayanan kesehatan serta timbal balik dari pasien. Pencarian artikel penelitian melalui database PubMed.  15 artikel penelitian yang membahas tentang penerimaan E-Health di institusi pelayanan kesehatan pada 1 Juli – 30 September 2020 memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. 15 jurnal tersebut kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui berbagai macam perbedaan penyakit dan aplikasi yang diangkat. Penerimaan E-Health di pelayanan kesehatan primer dapat diterima dengan baik oleh institusi dan juga memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi pasien sehingga lebih mempersingkat waktu.
