Abstract

The Directorate of Academic University Sahid of Surakarta as academic data processing center has a very important role in supporting all the academic activities. During this time there were frequent difficulties for officials from the Directorate of Academic Sahid University of Surakarta in the service process especially if the test data to be processed is quite numerous and complex. This system is built using PHP and MySQL as the database This system is expected to be a facility that supports the service process Sahid exams at the University of Surakarta. Software development methods using waterfall method. The purpose of this final project is to produce a Service System Exam Sahid University of Surakarta. Thissystem contains data study program, the data curricula, the data lecturers, distribution data subjects, the student data, the data space, the data KRS, and data supervisor, the exam schedule, the test card, recaps invigilator, reports exam schedules and recap reports invigilator, Testing is done by using black box testing.

Abstract

Interior Design Study Program is one of the study program which is owned by private colleges Sahid University of Surakarta, which is located at Jln. Adi Sucipto No. 154, Surakarta Jajar Information owned by the Interior Design still shaped is a Company Profile. The information displayed is still very limited. Thus, the Interior Design Program at the University of Surakarta Sahid need a website to provide informations about courses. This study focuses on the delivery of information - information courses that complete, efficient and effective, the software used in building these applications are PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) using framework Codeigniterl (CI) as a programming language, MySQL as the database server, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Notepad++ as a supporter. Research website Study Program Interior Design is tested using the method WebQual and got results 30 items questionnaire and have positive results between usability (Usability) website by visitors with a value of 0.080 and had a positive result between information (Infoqual) website by visitors with a value of 0.271 and also has a positive result of the interactions (Interactionsqual) website to visitors by showing the value of 0648.

Abstract

Three pilars of an university activities are Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service. Community was as one of university’s stake holder need some knowledge and technologies that could be applied for their lives. Community service was done in order for applicating and publicating of science and technology. Community service was also done for minimizing gap between university and community. Chemical Engineering, one of Department in Institute Technology and Science AKPRIND Yogyakarta, take a role play in food safety management, cause one of curriculum in Chemical Engineering was Food Technology. Food Safety in chemical engineering mean activities or systems that can be reduce, eliminate or protect food from food hazardous materials.

Abstract

The purpose of the utilization of the waste of natural stone waste is 1) To increase the capability and knowledge of the technique of utilization of solid waste stone waste as well as powder professionally and efficiently, 2). Obtaining side income through knowledge transfer of handicraf and mosaic manufacture, 3) Improving quality of life by utilizing sawmill waste, 4) Increasing quality and added value of waste of stone perngerga, 5) Reducing soil contamination due to solid and liquid waste on stone sawing. 6) Creation of a clean, healthy and comfortable environment and free from pollution due to sawn stone.Training procedures and practices of utilizing natural stone sawn waste as handycraf and mosaic have been implemented as planned and followed by 30 participants. The training was conducted at the home of one of the community service team in collaboration with the totogan villagers and the pengarajin sawn stones. Training begins with an explanation of the basic theories of materials, materials and materials groups. Participants are taught by the direct practice of utilization of natural stone sawdust waste both powder and solid. Participants were divided into 2 groups consisting of 15 participants. Each group made mosaic of stone waste and made a molding craft with powder, cement, hardener, cobalt and rezin. In this training is also given how to create a mosaic that is true, strong and artistic and given training how to make kerajian handycraf with a mixture of waste natural stone powder and cement used as flower pots. while a mixture of powders, resins, hardener and cobal is molded by making various handicrafts. The results obtained that the participants have been able to create a natural stone mosaic with the size 30x30 cm and 40x40 cm and 5 cm thick. Mosaic of this natural stone can be used to be taped to the wall or home-garden home because it is more artistic. In the participants have been able to make miniature handycraf of prambanan temple, ashtray with picture of cat, horse, fish, and bird. At the end of the training each participant is distributed a team of mentoring funds for mosaic and handicraft molding materials as well as supporting materials such as cement and resin. As proof of their participation in training the utilization of natural stone participants are given a certificate. From the participants' interest in participating in this training, it can be concluded that this epic skill training activity is very necessary for the citizens and the youth to drop out of school so that they will have additional skills and income which is useful for poverty alleviation.

Abstract

Until now, the activity of making lecture schedules, recaps lecturer teaching, teaching faculty and SK presence of lecturers teaching Sahid University Surakarta still done by semi-manual. The process is still semi manual and accuracy factors sometimes lead management generated less than perfect. Supported by the advanced technology of today's world, then how making lecture schedules, recaps lecturer teaching, teaching faculty and SK presensi teaching faculty should be addressed to follow along with the development of science and technology. This study aimed to establish Class Service System Sahid University Surakarta for ease of manufacture lecture schedules, recaps lecturer teaching, teaching faculty and SK presence of lecturers teaching. This system was written using the PHP programming language with UML as a model method, and using data collection techniques include interviews, observation, library research, and uses sequential analy sis Linear Model or Waterfall Model Class Service System Sahid University of Surakarta has been tested with a method WebQual to 30 respondents and produce final calculation value of 80.1%. Based on these results it can be concluded that Class Service System Sahid University Surakarta is good and deserves to be implemented at Sahid University of Surakarta

Abstract

Nursing Science Sahid University of Surakarta is under the Faculty of Health Sciences. The information about the major is still manual and not effective. ccording to the improvement of information technology based on internet, website is the right solution to convey information fast and eficiently. The purpose of this research is to develop Nursing Science Sahid University of Surakarta website in order to simplify the information management and delivery to the students and the society. The methods which are used to collect the data are observation, interview, literature, and questionnaire method to webQual test. The data analysis used is structured based on Unified Modelling Language (UML). The making of this website uses HTML, PHP and MySQL database programming. To measure the quality of the Nursing Science Sahid University of Surakarta website, adjusted to the visitors’ or the last user’s perception, so the website test method used is webQual testing and Likert scale. From 30 questions which were asked to 30 respondents and the data are processed using SPSS 20, the testing result of the Nursing Science Sahid University of Surakarta website is 77,7%. It means that the Nursing Science Sahid University of Surakarta website is good.

Abstract

The system computerized administration of the letter in Rektorat University Sahid of Surakarta is enough but still need development, because the administration of the letter, still are spring computerized, the most of the data is not well, so difficult when ded the process of the search data. In addition the officer also difficulties when entering the number of letter, because the number of put in manual. Based on the problem is the author build the system computerized administration of the letter as a solution problems.The purpose of this thesis is build system computerized adminstration of letter in Rektorat University Sahid of Surakarta. This system is design using a method program and object oriented programming in use the language of the program PHP an d HTML5. The system computerized administration of the letter is expected to help and facilitate the perfome of employees become more effective and efficient in managing the administration of the letter. Testing system using the black box testing. The result of all testing is software built in the funcitional can serve as well and not found the mistakes syntax meaning.

Abstract

Sahid Surakarta University (USS) is a private university education institution in Surakarta which located at AdiSucipto street No. 154 Jajar, Surakarta. USS has several study programs, one of them is business administration, this study program has been had a company profile as information system, the weakness of this system was the lack of information, one of the solutions to minimize the weakness is by making a website. The purpose of this study was produce a website to inform about Business Administration Study Program. In this study, the website used observation, interview, literature, and software development. It also used PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) in the programming and used CI (Code Eghniterl) in its framework, MySQL as its database server and to support the programming was also used software such as Notepad ++ and Macromedia Dreamweaver.The business administration study program’s wibsite was tested by using webqual method, this test obtained 30 respondents that got positive responses between usability to the visitors by generating the value of 0.080, and also got positive results between the information quality to the visitors with value of 0.271, and also got positive results between the interactions quality to visitors with a value of 0.648.

Abstract

The world of education today can not be released with the development of information and communication technology (ICT). Students as protégé with smartphone devices have so easy to access information through internet. This development should be followed by the school's policy of the teachers in optimizing ICT as a medium in the learning process. Through the internet, both teachers and students can complement the learning materials by looking for teaching materials. The Internet can be used to interact between teachers and students as a supporter of the learning process. One means of facilities that can be used is elearning. By using this elearning, both teachers and students can interact with each other outside the classroom. Teachers can upload teaching materials in elearning and students can download teacher materials, as well as in tasks, teachers can optimize elearning as a medium for collecting tasks or working on problems. In the socialization of community service activities conducted in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan, developed elearning facilities using Moodle and given training how the teachers can use elearning as one of the media in the learning process and create teaching materials using ICT.

Abstract

Selection the type and weight of student violations rather hard done by the College, sometimes a student has a good performance in terms of the lecture but on theother side is less good behavior or attitude compared to other students and vice versa. Assessment methods should be developed to make the selection and evaluation of the students indicated particularly problematic, in order to do the evaluation and handling more structured and transparent so that the students can understand the basic evaluation of College and was treated fairly. In this study, a Decision Support System (DSS) which resulted in a system for support in decision-making to determine objectively the student in question and it concerns also specific guidance. DSS created using decision table, the criteria used is the index value achievement, long study, long leave of absence (inactive), the number of absences, payments of fees, alcohol, drugs and fighting. The system can display decision tables according to existing theory and display the list of problem students in accordance with the conditions in the decision table. In tests, the system is quite effective in the calculation that uses looping and branching and has been tested using white box.
