Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to examine the significance of the influence of price and quality on customer satisfaction with the purchasing decision as a moderating variable. The population in this research is that consumers who buy Honda motorcycles at Dealer Timbul Jaya Motors Sukoharjo in December 2011, considering the population of many consumers, it is 50 sample taken consumers by using accidental quota sampling. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, testing the absolute value of the difference and the coefficient of determination. The result of t test indicate that price, quality, customer satisfaction have significantly effect to purchase decision. F test results obtained p value 0,000 < 0,05 is indicate that the model is fit. Test of the absolute values of the difference I obtained ABSZX1_ZX3 0,238 > 0,05, adjusted R square is 0,410. This means that if there is an influence on the purchase decision variables at 41,0% can be explained by the price and customer satisfaction. Test of the absolute values of the difference II obtained ABSZX2_ZX3 0,126 > 0,05, adjusted R square II is 0,473. This means that if there is an influence on the purchase decision variables at 47,3% can be explained by quality and customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that customer satisfaction did not moderate the effect of price and quality of the purchase decision. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: 1) Analyze the significance of the influence of tangibles to the satisfaction of farmers. 2) Analyze the significance of the influence of reliability to the satisfaction of farmers. 3) Analyze the significance of the influence responsiveness to farmers' satisfaction. 4) Analyze the significance the influence of assurance to the satisfaction of farmers. 5) Analyze the significance of the influence of empathy for the satisfaction of farmers. The population is that Farmers who gets irrigated of water Colo East have joined in the Recipient Water Farmers Association in Sukoharjo district, Karanganyar and Sragen the which amounts to 110 P3A. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling is chairman of the P3A by 55 people. Types of data using quantitative and qualitative data. Data sources using primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. Analysis technique using a test of validity, reliability test assumptions of classical test, linear regression, test the accuracy of the model (F-test), t test, the coefficient of determination. Abstract

ABSTRACT In life, many found the form of messages from producers to consumers is one form of advertising. Advertising is a form of information products and services from producers to consumers as well as delivery of messages through a media sponsor. Advertising in the marketing function is motivated by the need to strengthen and consumers need of a product to achieve compliance satisfaction. For it is necessary to create an effective ad to the right with the objectives to be achieved. In creating effective ads need to pay attention to consumer behavior to target, with an understanding of consumer behavior will improve the ability of marketers to compete with other similar products. Characteristics consumer advertisers should know, because the purpose of the advertising itself to persuade consumers to buy a product or service. In addition to the selection of the consumer characteristics specific market (segmentation) will be easier to communicate the product through advertising media. Or character traits in a group is a market segment data to facilitate market the product. By doing market segment would be useful as a reference for throwing product to the public (consumers). By performing segment of the market will be very helpful introduction to the overall market conditions, how to take advantage of opportunities and understanding of the grouping consumer market segments that can be adjusted with a product that will be marketed through advertising. On that basis in designing advertising must understand and know what is happening in the market as a product toss, so in general, is known there are three criteria that can be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising, namely: sales, admonishment, and persuasion. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyses: (1) effect certification, academic supervision, internal locus of control to teacher performance; (2) role of academic supervision as moderator effect certification to teacher performance; (3) role of internal locus of control as moderator effect certification to teacher performance. Populations on this research are all of teacher’s certificated in all Public Elementary School on Bendosari Disctrict Sukoharjo Regency consist of 161 teachers. The samples of this research consist of 80 respondents taken by proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. The data analyze use the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis through standardized residual method, and previously the researcher uses classical assumption test. The result reveals that (1) there is a significance effect between certification to teacher performance; (2) there is a significance effect between academic supervision to teacher performance; (3) there is a significance effect between internal locus of control to teacher performance; (4) academic supervision moderates the effect of certification to teacher performance; (5) internal locus of control moderates the effect of certification to teacher performance. Abstract

  ABSTRACT The research result shows that 1) the influence significant of a organization commitment toward the employees job satisfaction, 2) the influence insignificant of a job discipline toward the employees job satisfaction, 3) the influence insignificant of a organization commitment toward the employees performance, 4) the influence significant of a job discipline toward the employees performance, 5) the influence significant of a job satisfaction toward the employees performance, 6) path analysis show that: a) the influence of organization commitment has direct influence toward the employees performance dominant compare the influence a organization commitment toward the employees performance via a job satisfaction, b) the influence of job discipline has direct influence toward the employees performance dominant compare the influence a job discipline toward the employees performance via a job satisfaction, 7) the employees performance explains organization commitment and job discipline with job satisfaction as intervening variable and while its explained by other factors which are involved in the regression model such as a motivation, leadership, job environment, communication and organization culture variable, 8) the influence organization commitment and job discipline toward the employees performance via job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to empirically analyses: (1) effect of destination image to tourist satisfaction, (2) effect of destination image to tourist loyalty, (3) effect tourist satisfaction to tourist loyalty, (4) effect of destination image to tourist loyalty, through tourist satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all of Umbul Tlatar destination in Boyolali. The samples of this research consist of 100 tourist taken with purposive sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses the path analysis, meanwhile to process the data, the SPSS Release 12 program is used. The result reveals that (1) there is a significance effect between destination image to tourist satisfaction showed p value (0,000) < 0.05, thus supporting hypothesis 1; (2) there is no significance effect between destination image to tourist loyalty showed p value (0.206) > 0.05, thus not supporting hypothesis 2 ; (3) there is a significance effect between tourist satisfaction to tourist loyalty showed p (0.000) < 0.05, thus supporting hypothesis 3; (4) there is a significance direct effect of the destination image in Umbul Tlatar Boyolali to tourist loyalty, through tourist satisfaction as the mediating variable, showed coefficient of the indirect effect (0.385) is greater than that coefficient of the direct effect (0.125), thus supporting hypothesis 4. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the interest to follow PPAk student state and private universities. Variable used is the old educational motivation and perception. In this study the object used is UMS and UNISRI for PTS while for PTN is UNS. Of the 55 questionnaires distributed in this study all back in full. From the test results obtained by the Independent sample t test t value 0,914 < 1,96 with a probability of 0,365 results > 0,05 means that there is no difference in interest student to follow PPAk between state and private universities. Although known to the average student interest PTN to follow PPAk higher than student PTS, but it did not prove for real difference between the interest of students to follow PPAk, this is because the student has not entered the real world of work so as not understanding the true benefits of completing PPAk. Abstract

  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know significant effect of the variable location of the market, value-added products to increase market share and revenue market traders Ngarsopuro Solo, after structuring the market. Market research sites in the sample Ngarsopuro Solo with 50 respondents, the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis of the data using linear regression, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination Test. These results indicate there is significant market location variables, value-added products, and the market share of the revenue increase market traders Ngarsopuro Solo. Among the three variables most dominant market share is variable. Keywords: Location market, value added products, market share, revenue trader.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk if measured using economic value added analysis and comparison to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk if measured using value added economic analysis. The data used is the qualitative and quantitative data and data sources used are secondary data. Analyzed using economic value of research added. Economic value added analysis that the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk is good. During a period of three years (2009 - 2011) there is an increase in financial performance. In addition, the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk within a period of 3 years is also good. However, after the financial performance of the company compared the results of both studies suggest that the financial performance of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk better than PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Abstract

ABSTRACT Methods This study uses a case study on PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Tbk and PT Bank BRI Tbk is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data sources using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Tbk and PT Bank BRI Tbk, published in the period 2009 – 2011. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature. Analysis using financial ratio analysis of CAR, NPL, ROA, BOPO and LDR. The results that: CAR ratio at PT Bank BRI Tbk look better than the PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. This is indicated by the higher value of CAR for the period 2009 – 2011 which is owned by PT Bank BRI Tbk. NPL ratio at PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Indonesia Tbk better than the PT Bank BRI Tbk. This is indicated by the lower value of NPL during the period 2009 – 2011. ROA ratio at PT Bank BRI Tbk look better than the PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. This is indicated by the higher value of ROA over the period 2009 – 2011. BOPO ratio at PT Bank BRI Tbk better than the PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. This is indicated by the lower value of BOPO over the period 2009 – 2011. Liquidity ratio at PT Bank BRI Tbk better than financial performance compared with PT Bank Syariah Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. This is shown both on the value of LDR. During the period 2009 – 2011 the value of LDR at PT Bank BRI Tbk lower. Keywords: CAR, NPL, ROA, BOPO and LDR
