Abstract

ABSTRACT The dynamic changes of the environment which are caused by the internal and external causer have forced the businessmen not only to increase the profit and work systems but also to care for the social problems. The more power the businessmen have the more significant effect of quality of life the people have, whether as individual or as society. Even, it influences all lives in the world. This phenomenon brings the statement of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR emphasizes that the responsibility of a company is not just for economic activities (creating profit for the continuity of the business), but also for the social responsibility including the environment. The social responsibility in the field of business, is not only oriented on social commitment which emphasizes on humanism approach, love, interest in religion, morality, and the like, but also duties that must be done by the businessmen to solve the social problems appeared in the society. In its development CSR has much been purposely done, it means that applying CSR is the investment of the development and the continuity of the business do the business is not considered as cost but as profit. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the important information which requires to be provided by company is financial statement information. Through financial statement information can be seen the growth which have happened in a company as well as based on the information later can be compiled by steps any kind of which need improve company performance. Financial statement basically is result from accounting process which can be used as appliance to communicate between finance data or activity a company with interested parties with the corporate activity or data. The interested parties to financial position and also growth a company is: the owner, manager, creditor, bankers, the government and investor. ABSTRACT Real entrepreneur do not know hard word, existing only successfulness and opportunity, difficulty always there is and surely there is also result of from tiring promising. By growing the spirit of entrepreneur, so we owning is resilient, hard work, and creativity in trying. Minimize useful both for ourselves and or to this nation and others. One clear matter that something each aspect and side surely has risk and surely also promise gold opportunity, that's life which is full of change. A sure entrepreneur has and will deal with resistance. Micro effort nomination in economics more and more to mount along with free trade threat which must be faced at the moment designate economic strength of micro effort have to intensively. Abstract

Abstract Accountancy expands speed. At last decade peeped out of related with accountancy is behavior aspect from all decision taker. This area is recognized with behavior accountancy, what is one of the areas is operation of management. Compilation budget is operational process plan in the form of quantitative, usually in the form of monetary unit, for the range of time of is certain. Budget have the character of is technical, but most human being element share. Budget has direct impact to human being. Behavior aspect which is related to budget refers to human being behavior in concerned at process compilation budget. Behavior aspect which must be gave attention to phase stipulating target is all planning aspect that covering participation, according to target, and commitment. Behavior aspect which must be gave attention to implementation phase cover communications, cooperation, and coordination. Behavior aspect which must be gave attention to operation phase and performance evaluation policy, attitude, management action in performance evaluation and follow-up to the deviation that happened. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analysis significance effect: (1) leaderships to the job satisfaction, (2) organizational citizenship behavior to the job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment to the job satisfaction, (4) dominant variable effect to the job satisfaction. Populations in this research are employees of Youth, Sport, Culture, Tourism Department of Grobogan as many as 115 persons, amount of sample is 53 persons with proportional cluster random sampling method. The analysis result show: (1) The regressions equation is Y = 3,003 + 0,430 X1 + 0,241 X2 + 0,301 X3; (2) The result t test of leaderships has significance less than 0,05, the result t test of organizational citizenship behavior variable has significance less than 0,05, the result t test of organizational commitment variable has significance less than 0,05, it means that leaderships, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment variable have significance effect to the job satisfaction. Determination coefficient (R2) test is 0,720, it means that the leaderships, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment are explain as 72% of the employee’s performance only, further more influenced by the other variables. ABSTRACT Result of the research indicate that increase of self awareness cause the head freshment comfort in performance assessment of employees PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar will be downhill progressively, excelsior of emotional resilience cause of the head freshment comfort in performance assessment of employees PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar will progressively mount, excelsior of motivate cause of the head freshment comfort in performance assessment of employees PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar will progressively mount, self efficacy excelsior cause of the head freshment comfort in performance assessment of employees PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar will progressively mount.This research conclude that self efficacy represent most dominant variable have an effect on to head freshment comfort in performance assessment of employees PD. BPR Bank Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar , this matter can be seen from most dominant beta coefficient value is self efficacy variable posed at with beta coefficient value equal to 0,567. Self efficacy have dominant or highest coefficient can be interpreted that the variable have most dominant role to strive the make-up of head freshment comfort in performance assessment of employees PD. Abstract

ABSTRACT These results indicate that (1) Competency had a positive and significant on the performance of supervisors. This is indicated by the significance test of regression coefficient of competence (β1) with p value <0,05. (2) Need for achievement had a positive and significant on the performance of supervisors. This is indicated by the significance test of regression coefficient oh need for achievement with p value < 0,05. (3) Need for achievement does moderate on the influence of competence toward supervisor performance. This is indicated by the significance test of regression coefficient interaction (β3) with p value < 0,05. To improve the performance of supervisors in Education Department of Sukoharjo Regency, the competence and the need for achievement should be further improved. Need for achievement in this study had moderate effects on the performance of supervisory compe-tence, to improve the performance of the kindergarten/ elementary school supervisor in Education Department of Sukoharjo Regency, then the supervisor should always eager to improve his performance. ABSTRACT Entrepreneur is a pre-eminent personality which express august kindness and nature of proper is byword, because on the basis of ability alone can bear a masterpiece contribution to move forward human which is have truth base to and kindliness. Efficacy of entrepreneur influenced by some factor. One of the factors is skill in applying system operation of management, specially budgeting and program. Program formulated into budget. Afterwards all executors will execute program as according to budget which have been specified. To ascertain budget executed properly, needed by reporting system, conducive doing of difference analysis. Difference can represent beneficial difference, and or difference harming. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the difference emotional quotient between junior student, last grade student, between student and not student whose job is an employee in the same age. And to analyze quality of accountancy college in their learning process with emotional quotient student. The sample in this research are junior and last grade student accountancy major in Karesidenan Pekalongan include Universitas Pekalongan, STIE Muhammadiyah, and Universitas Panca Sakti Tegal. We’re analyzed using independent sample t test. This research results that the grade of emotional quotient between junior student and last grade student in accountancy major is significantly different. But these differences are influenced by the length of factor to learn in accountancy college. All this parameter can be indicated because the emotional quotient grade between the last grade student is significantly different with another younger in the same age who have involved in both formal and informal education. In this research field, last grade student has better emotional quotient than employee because their experience in accountancy college is creating someone different emotional quotient grade. And the quality of accountancy college gives better emotional quotient their student too. Keywords: emotional quotient, accountancy major, independent sample t test

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research examined the moderation effect of job satisfaction on the influence of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment. The research uses population research consist of 152 respondents take to all employee’s of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. The data were collected with questionnaire, while the data analysis uses Regression Analysis with residual absolute test. This results of this research showed that transformational leadership had effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, the findings supported the research hypothesis that job satisfaction had a positively and significantly as a moderating variable on the influence of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment.
