Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (2) impact of service quality on customer loyalty (3) the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (4) impact of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study population was all subscribers Mbah Tandur Restourant with a sample of 100 respondents from students customers. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and of the reliability test showed all instruments reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions required by multiple linear regression model that does not happen multikolinieritas problem, does not occur heteroskedastisitas, and autocorrelation, and residual normal. The conclusion from the results of testing each hypothesis shows that all hypothesis can be accepted or proven true.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

Increasingly intense business competition resulted in the company faced with thechallenge to maintain viability. CV Cahaya Pena is a company engaged in thepublishing field, located on Jl. Indronoto No. 7, Mangkuyudan, Kartosuro. This studyaims to identify and analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employeeperformance CV Cahaya Pena partially and simultaneously. This research usesdescriptive quantitative research, a study that serves to describe or provide an overviewof the object under study through a data sample or population numbers. The sample inthis study are employees who worked for the CV Cahaya Pena totaling 42 people. Theanalysis includes the validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. Result multiplelinear regression analysis can be written equation Y = 14,438 + 0,144 X1 + 0,539 X2.F Test result, there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously. T test results ofthis study, variable compensation and no significant positive effect on employeeperformance. Meanwhile, motivation variable positive and significant impact onemployee performance. Then proceed with the coefficient of determination, is known by36% Adjusted R square that show donations or contributions of compensation andmotivation together the performance of employees while the remaining 64% iscontributed by other factors, namely labor discipline, leadership, communication, workenvironment, etc. another where researchers did not examine these factors.Keywords: compensation, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

PT Sinar Mas is a provider of financing vehicle loans. Problem faced bycompanies today is the declining number of customers, due to the high competitionamong companies financing in Surakarta. The purpose of research is to analyze thesignificance of the impact of service quality on customer confidence. Analyze thesignificance of the influence of service quality and customers' trust in the word of mouthcustomers. Analyze customer confidence mediate service quality to the word of mouth.This study uses survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data,the data source used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study allcustomers of PT Sinar Mas Surakarta Branch-month period October 2016 to December2016. The number of samples in this study as many as 100 people, the samplingtechnique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methods used were questionnaires.Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test,and path analysis. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of service quality oncustomer confidence. There was a significant influence on the quality of service word ofmouth. There was a significant influence customers' confidence in the word of mouth.Trust mediates the effect of service quality on word of mouth.Keywords: service quality, customer trust, word of mouth.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze: (1) the significant effect of Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Asset; (2) the significant effect of Inventory Turnover on Return On Asset; (3) the significant effect of Total Asset Turnover on Return On Asset; and (4) the significant effect of Firm Size on Return On Asset.This research took object in Indonesia Stock Exchange in Real Estate and Property companies presenting financial statement for 2011-2014 period and yielding profit during 2011-2014 period. This study was a secondary research; technique of collecting data used was documentation study on financial statement for 2011-2014 period. The method of analyzing data used was regression prerequisite test using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determinacy test, while hypothesis testing was carried out using t-test and F-test. Considering the classical assumption test, it could be seen that the data of research variable had meet the required assumption in multiple linear regression model, in which there was no multicolinearity problem, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normal residual. Based on t-test, it could be found that only Inventory Turnover indicated insignificant result. The size of independent variable’s contribution to independent variable was 41%. The conclusion of each hypothesis testing result showed that (1) Debt to Equity Ratio affected significantly Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 1 was supported; (2) inventory turnover ratio did not affect significantly the Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value 0.745 > 0.05; thus, hypothesis 2 was not supported; (3) Total Asset Turnover ration affected significantly Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value 0.000 < 0.05; thus hypothesis 3 was supported; (4) firm size affected significantly Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value0,002 < 0,05; thus hypothesis 4 was supported.Keywords: debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover, total asset turnover, firm size, return on asset.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of products against customer satisfaction. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of consumer satisfaction. 3) to analyze the significance of the influence of promotions against consumer satisfaction. 4) to analyze the significance of the influence of consumer satisfaction consumer loyalty against. 5) to analyse the influence of the quality of products consumer loyalty against Larissa Aesthetic Center Solo satisfaction in moderation. 6) to analyse the influence of the quality of service of consumer loyalty satisfaction in moderation. 7) to analyze the influence of consumer loyalty promotion against Larissa Aesthetic Center Solo satisfaction in moderation. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is that consumers do care at the Larissa Aesthetic Center. Sampling techniques in the research of using proportional cluster random sampling, the number of samples that used as many as 60 respondents. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, linear multiple regression test, t-test, F-test (test of the Model Ordinance), the coefficient of determination, and absolute difference test. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) there is a significant influence on the quality of products consumer loyalty against Larissa Aesthetic Center. 2) there is a significant influence on the quality of service of consumer loyalty Larissa Aesthetic Center. 3) there is a significant influence on the promotion of consumer loyalty against Larissa Aesthetic Center. 4) there is a significant influence of the influential consumer satisfaction significantly to consumer loyalty Larissa Aesthetic Center. 5) consumer satisfaction is not moderating influence product quality consumer loyalty against Larissa Aesthetic Center. 6) influence of moderate satisfaction service quality against consumer loyalty Larissa Aesthetic Center. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the significance of the effect ofcompensation, motivation and discipline of work on employee performance CV MajuAbadi Garment and dominant variable influence on employee performance CV MajuAbadi Garment. This study used a survey method. Types of data used are qualitative andquantitative data source in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique ofcollecting data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population inthis study are employees CV Maju Abadi Garment advanced as much as 311 employees.The sampling technique using proportional random sampling method were 81respondents. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. Based on that conclusion,compensation, motivation, and discipline significant effect on employee performance CVMaju Abadi Garment and compensation is the dominant variable influence on employeeperformance CV Maju Abadi Garment.Keywords: compensation, motivation, discipline work, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the significance of the effect of storeatmosphere, price, service quality, and diversity of products to customer satisfaction.This study uses a survey conducted in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto. Sources ofdata in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques withquestionnaires, interviews, and literature. The sampling technique uses accidentalsampling of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, theclassical assumption test, t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. Theresults of this study indicate that the store atmosphere significantly influence consumersatisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto, prices significantly influenceconsumer satisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto, service quality significantlyinfluence consumer satisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto, diversity productssignificantly influence consumer satisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto. Abstract

Along with the development of modern society characterized by advanced technology, the existence of the art of classical dance began to marginalised by contemporary art and culture. One of the efforts to preserve the art and culture of classical dance, the producer of the film and television industry is starting to give the access the classic dance art event in the film and television program. The method used with the approach of learning by doing. The method is intended to involve the active participation of the entire members of the target group in the overall process of film making tutorial classical dance at both the pre production process, production and post- production processes. All the actors and crew involved in the making of the film is taken from a member of the Pokdarwis team consists of the same shared IbM. Ibm's activities results in improving the quality of human resources is more competent in the field of cinema art and develop art skills of making film script, operationalize the camera and editing skills.Keywords: Tutorial, classical dance, movie

Abstract

This research is motivated by the new policy the tax amnesty program, one of thepolicy objectives namely to encourage taxpayer who previously did not obey be obedientin the future. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of policy taxamnesty, awareness, information and services tax amnesty on tax compliance together,knowing the effect of policy tax amnesty on tax compliance, determine the effect ofawareness of taxpayers on tax compliance, determine the effect services on taxcompliance and tax amnesty determine the effect of information on tax compliance. Thestudy population was 3,475 taxpayers to follow tax amnesty program on STO Surakarta.A sample of 100 taxpayers with accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data usedin this study using multiple regression analysis, validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2 test), regression test stimultan (Ftest), and partial regression test (t test). The results showed that the tax amnesty policy,awareness, information and services tax amnesty jointly influence on tax compliance onSTO Surakarta. Based on the results of data analysis known that the tax amnesty policyand no significant negative effect on tax compliance.Awareness of the taxpayer does nothave a significant effect on tax compliance. Services and significant positive effect on taxcompliance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence ofproduct quality, service quality and price to customer satisfaction and to analyze theeffect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction with price as amoderating variable. This research is a survey on consumer Omah WedanganMojosongo Surakarta. Sample of 100 people with accidental sampling technique. Datacollection technique used questionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed usedmultiple linear regression and test of absolute difference. The results showed that thequality of products, service quality and price have a significant effect on customersatisfaction. Price does not moderate the effect of product quality and service quality tocustomer satisfaction. Results of determination coefficient of 0,450 means that the effectof variable quality products, services and prices of consumer satisfaction is equal to45,0%, while the remaining 55,0% is influenced by other variables not examined, forexample, is the location of the business and promotion.Keywords: product quality, servicy quality, price, customer satisfaction
