Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence on the profitability of banks against NIM Government and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence on the profitability of banks against BOPO Government and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 3) to analyze the significance of the influence of LDR against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 4) to analyze the significance of the influence of the NPL against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 5) to analyze the significance of the influence of NIM, BOPO, LDR and NPL simultaneously against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. Research methods method using case studies, the data type of the data being used is qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the data of seconds. The population in this research is Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange as much as 21 banks, using purposive sampling technique of sampling, namely an amount of 18 banks, methods of data collection used documentation. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) partially known that Net Interest Margin (NIM) significant positive effect towards profitability. 2) partially known that operating expenses/operating income (BOPO) significant negative effect towards profitability. 3) partially known that the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) of significant negative effect towards profitability. 4) partially known that Non Performing Loan (NPL) effect is not significantly to profitability. 5) simultaneously can note that Net Interest Margin (NIM), operating expenses/operating income (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant effect on profitability.Keywords: NIM, BOPO, LDR, NPL, profitability.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to analyze (1) The influence of brand image toward purchasing decision on Univesity student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. (2) The effect of brand awareness toward puchasing decisiom on University student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. (3) The effect of quality perception toward purchasing decision on Univesity student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. (4) The Effect of brand Loyalty toward purchasing decision on Univesity student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The population in this study were all students of Univesity if Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The amount of the sample were 120 respondents. Data collection technique for this study was questionnaire after passing through validity and reliability test. The test requirements regression used classic assumption test. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient determination test. The conclusion of the hypothesis test showed that (1) Brand image does not significantly influence purchasing decision on University student of Slamet Riyadi Surkarta, it was proven from the t-test that the probability value (0,137) is higher than (0,05). (2) Brand awareness does not significantly influence toward purchasing decision on Univesity student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, it was proven from the t-test value that 0,190 is higher than 0,05. (3) Quality perception is significantly influenced toward purchasing decision on Univesity student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, it was proven by the t-test score that generate a probability value 0,029 < 0,05. (4) Brand Loyalty is significantly influec-ed toward purchasing decision on Univesity student of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, it was proven by the t-test score that generates a probability value 0,000 < 0,05.Keywords: brand image, brand awareness, perceived quality, brand loyalty and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Samsung company is now a producer of Android phones in the world. To meet theneeds of its customers, the Company Samsung has always product updates by generatingnew products and constantly innovate products and improve product quality to betterdirection. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence ofproduct innovation, product quality and brand image of Samsung brand mobile phonepurchasing decisions on the Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet RiyadiSurakarta. Analyzing the moderating effects of brand image on the influence of productinnovation and product quality to the purchasing decision brand mobile phone Samsungat Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. This study uses surveymethod, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source usedprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all students of theFaculty of Economics University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The number of samples inthis study were 100 students, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Datacollection methods are used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysistechnique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiplelinear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolutedifference. In conclusion: There was a significant effect of product innovation, productquality and brand image of Samsung brand mobile phone purchasing decisions on theFaculty of Economics, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Brand image does notmoderate the effect of product innovation and product quality to the purchasing decisionbrand mobile phone Samsung at Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet RiyadiSurakarta. This means that the brand image does not amplify the effect of productinnovation on Samsung brand mobile phone purchasing decisions.Keywords: product innovation, product quality, brand image, purchase decisions

Abstract

This is study aimed to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style on jobsatisfaction and job stress and work environments on job satifaction with leadershipstyle as modeation. Population in this study were 50 employees at the Board ofInvestment and Licensing Service of the Government of Sukoharjo district. This researchis a quantitative and qualitative research. Data collection techniques such asobservation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using test instruments,classicassumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the absolute value of thedifference. The results of this study show that there is a negative and significant effect ofwork stress on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant impact on jobsatisfaction working environment, there is a positive and significant effect of leadershipstyle on job satisfaction, there variables contributed 42,5 percent and no significanteffect of work stress on job satisfaction with leadership style as moderating acontribution of 33,6 percent, no significant effect on job satisfaction workingenvironment with the style of leadership as moderating a contribution of 43,6 percent.Keywords: Job stress, work environment, leadership style, job satisfaction

Abstract

The object of this study is to determine the significance effect of Brand Image on smartphone Samsung buying decisions; Positive Word of Mouth influences on smartphone Samsung buying decisions; Positive Word of Mouth influences on the moderation of Brand Image to the smartphone Samsung buying decisions. The population of this study was the Economics Faculty students, University Slamet Riyadi Surakarta using smartphone Samsung, by employing 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires instrument through the stages of testing of validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression used classical assumption. Data were analyzed using double linear regression analysis and absolute difference. The results showed that Brand Image significantly influences on smartphone Samsung buying decisions made by students of the Economics Faculty, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta; Positive Word of Mouth is not significant influence smartphone Samsung buying decisions made by made by students of the Economics Faculty, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Abstract

Investors investing aims to earn income (dividend yield) and the differencebetween the selling price of stock over its purchase price (capital gain). Investors asshareholders expect to get large dividends, or at least relatively stable from year to year.The problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence cash ratio, ROA,growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size and the institutional ownership of the dependentvariable is the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in the Indonesia StockExchange. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect of the cashratio, ROA, growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size and the institutional ownership of thedependent variable is the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in theIndonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses a case study, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used secondary data. The populationin this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2013-2015 as many as 141 companies, the sampling technique used purposivesampling that a number of the 30 samples, the data collection methods useddocumentation. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. In conclusion, that thecash ratio, debt to equity ratio, firm size and institutional ownership has no significanteffect on the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in the Indonesia StockExchange, while the ROA and growth significantly influence the dividend payout ratio atmanufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange,Keywords: cash ratio, ROA, growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size, institutionalownership, dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance effect of product quality and servicequality to customer satisfaction, analyze the significance of product quality, servicequality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty and analyze the significance ofeffect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty with customersatisfaction as intervening variable. This study is a survey of restaurant customers KFCHartono Mall in Solo Baru. Samples of 100 people with purposive sampling technique.Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis technique used pathanalysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality has positive andsignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and customersatisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of price to consumer satisfaction (2) the effect of product quality to customer satisfaction(3) the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction. The object of research itself is on restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, This study population are all consumers restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar using a sample of 70 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires through testing instrument validity and reliability. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. The conclusion of the test results by using the t test showed that 1) Price does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction at restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, this is evidenced by the t test that generates a probability value (0,187) > 0,05. (2) The quality of products significantly influence consumer satisfaction at restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, this is evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,004) < 0,05. (3) The quality of service does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction at restaurant SFAB Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, this is evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,129) > 0,05.Keywords: price, product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation, workdiscipline, work environment, on the performance of civil servants agriculturedepartment in Surakarta. The population is all of civil servants agriculture departmentin Surakarta. 77 respondents are selected as sample, using total sampling. This researchuses census method, the type data collection with questionnaire and observation. Dataanalysis used test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regressionanalysis,t test, F test, the coefficient of determination. The result is there workmotivationhave significant effect on employee performance, work discipline dont havesignifcants effect on employee performance, work environment have significant effect onemployee performance, and the results of the study also showed, that work environmentis the most dominant variables on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ambient condition, space andfunctionality and sign of symbols and artifacts to consumer satisfaction and consumerloyalty. This research is a survey of Serious Coffee consumers in Solo. The sampletechnique uses accidental sampling of 100 people. Data analysis use path analysis. Theresult of the research shows that ambient condition has significant effect to customersatisfaction. Space and functionality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Sign of symbols and artifacts have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Ambientcondition has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Space and functionality have asignificant effect on consumer loyalty. Sign of symbols and artifacts have a significanteffect on consumer loyalty.
