Abstract

PT Metropolitan Retailmart Solo Baru is a retail company in the field of fashion,hearts run company trying to improve the operational activities of employees boardingcosts. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the influence ofemotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational CitizenshipBehavior on employee performance as well as the dominant variable influence onemployee performance. Emotional intelligence significantly influence employeeperformance. Organizational commitment significantly influence employeeperformance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior significant influence on employeeperformance. Organizational commitment variables are variables that dominantinfluence on employee performance. F test results obtained p-value of 0,000 < 0,05means that the model used to test the effect of independent variables of emotionalintelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior onemployee performance is appropriate. The results of the analysis of the coefficient ofdetermination is obtained is known that the influence exerted by the independentvariable of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior of the dependent variable is the performance of employees is55,5% while the rest (100% - 55,5%) = 44,5% influenced by other factors beyond thevariables studied.Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, organizationalcitizenship behavior, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of compensation, leadership andwork stress on employees' performance simultaneously and partially. This research is asurvey. The study population were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Area Surakarta withtotaling 120 employees. A sample of 60 respondents with simple random samplingtechnique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collectiontechniques used documentation, questionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed usedmultiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation, leadership and workstress effect on employee performance simultaneously. Compensation has positive effecton employee performance. Leadership has positive effect on employee performance.Work stress has negatively effect on employee performance. Results of determinationcoefficient values obtained Adjusted R2 = 0,533, meaning it can be seen that the effect ofvariable compensation, leadership and work stress affect the performance of employeesis 53,3% while the remaining 46,7% is influenced by other factors not examined, amongothers, the working environment and work discipline. The advice given is that theleadership should give rewards and punishment to the employees, the management needsto provide compensation that takes into account the achievements of employees, fairnessand the ability of the company and increase the benefits others and should managementoffers various training programs or counseling to improve the performance capabilitiesof employees so employees can avoid the stress of work.Keywords: compensation, leadership, work stress, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intentions 2) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on student’s entrepreneurship intention, and 3) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurship intenton with on the entrepreneurship motivation as a moderating variable. This study is a survey. The study population were students of the Faculty of Economics Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta in years 2012 and 2013. The research sample 59 used purposive sampling then used proportional cluster random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed using the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics has significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect in studentsinfluence the entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation does not moderate effect of on entrepreneurial characteristics on student’s entrepreneurshipintention.Keywords: entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurship motivation and entrepreneurship intention.

Abstract

Car Salon M2CW Karanganyar in an effort to increase customer loyalty strive toprovide optimal service quality to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyzethe significance of the effect of service quality and corporate image on customersatisfaction in Salon Car M2CW Karanganyar, analyze the significance of the influenceof service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty inSalon Car M2CW Karanganyar, analyze the significance of the impact of service qualityand corporate image of the customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction inKaranganyar M2CW Car Salon. This study used survey methods, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data.The population in this study customers who use the services of the Car Salon M2CWKaranganyar, the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, with a samplesize of 100 respondents. Data collection methods are used: questionnaires anddocumentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, and path analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of marketing mix on increasing the number ofstudents at the Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) DutaBangsa Surakarta. Data collected by using sampling method as many as 117 studentrespondents. Data analysis was done through analysis of research instrument thatincluded validity test using product moment correlation and reliability test using alphaCronbach technique, hypothesis test included path analysis, coefficient of determination(R2), t test, F test and correlation analysis. The results of this study prove that 1).Maketing mix partially that has a significant influence on Increasing the Number ofStudents, is the variable Place, Promotion and People. 2). Marketing Mix simultaneouslythat has a significant influence on Increasing the Number of Students. 3). Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significant influence of organizational commitment on compensation against a teacher in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 2) to analyze significant influence motivation work towards organizational commitment on teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 3) to analyze significant influence motivation towards work in compensation for teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 4) to analyze the influence of moderation work on compensation influence motivation towards organizational commitment on teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study all the teachers non civil servants in senior high school and vocational school Private Sub Gondang, Sragen 2015 totaling 54 teachers. As for the number of samples used in the study was as many as 54 people, so this research is the study of the census. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and the absolute difference test. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) there is a significant influence on organizational commitment against compensation of teachers in high school and vocational school Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 2) there is a significant influence on the motivation of working towards organizational commitment on teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 3) there is a significant influence on the motivation of working against compensation of teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 4) analysis results obtained the conclusion that work motivation variables cannot moderate the influence of variable compensation against the organizational commitment.Keywords: compensation, organizational commitment, job motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service and the image of the college to the word of mouth in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 2) To analyze the significance of the influence of service quality, the image of the college, and word of mouth to satisfaction of students in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 3) To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service and the image of the college to the student satisfaction mediated by word of mouth at the Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. The research method used survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study Faculty of Economics Unisri force Surakarta years 2013-2015, as many as 803 students. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling technique using proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis. Based on the results obtained conclusions: 1) There is a significant effect on the quality of service word of mouth at the Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 2) There was a significant effect on the image of the college of word of mouth in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 3) There is significant influence service quality to satisfaction of students in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 4) There is a significant influence on the image of college student satisfaction in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta in force from 2013 to 2015. 5) There was a significant effect of word of mouth to satisfaction of students in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 6) The results of the analysis we concluded that the indirect effect of service quality on student satisfaction mediated significant word of mouth. 7) The results of the analysis we concluded that the indirect effect on the image of college student satisfaction mediated significant word of mouth.Keywords: quality of service, the image of the college, word of mouth, student satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence ofproduct quality, price, consumers satisfaction to the purchase decision as well as theinfluence of product quality and price to the purchase decision with satisfaction as amoderating variable. The population is all consumerswho visit and buy at Kedai Me &Moo.100 respondents are selected as sample, using accidental sampling. This researchuses survey method, the type data collection with questionnaire and observation. Dataanalysis used test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regressionanalysis,t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, and test the absolute value of thedifference. The result is there product quality dont have signifcants effect to thepurchase decision, price and consumers satisfaction have significance partially effect tothe purchase decision, consumers satisfaction didn’t moderate the effect of productquality and price to the purchase decision. Adjusted R2 on multiple linear regressionanalysis is 50,2% and adjusted R2 on test the absolute value of the difference each asmuch as 47,9% and 48,3%.Keywords: product quality, price, consumers satisfaction, purchase decision.

Abstract

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo shows that the behaviorOCB employee was still low, it can be seen from the behavior of employees who are nothelping colleagues who have difficulty in a situation that is being faced by both the taskswithin the organization as well as personal problems of others. The purpose of this studyare: Analyzing the significance of the organization's commitment and workingenvironments on job satisfaction. Analyze the significance of organizationalcommitment, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenshipbehavior. Analyze the significance of the organization's commitment and workenvironment to organizational citizenship behavior is mediated by job satisfaction. Thisstudy uses survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, thedata source used primary data and secondary data. The study population was allemployees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo as much as 199employees, the number of samples used by 53 respondents, the sampling technique usingproportional cluster random sampling. Method Data collection: questionnaires anddocumentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, and path analysis. In conclusion that: There was a significant effect oforganizational commitment and working environments on job satisfaction. There was asignificant effect of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfactionon organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect facilities on consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta. (2) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta. (3) the effect of price on consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta. (4) the dominant variable influence on consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe Huse in Surakarta. The study population was the whole kosumen Nggone Kocoku Coffe House with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) the facility significantly influence consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta, evidenced from t test that generates a probability value (0.003)<0.05. (2) quality of service significantly influence consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta, evidenced from t test that generates a probability value (0.011)<0.05. (3) The price does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta, evidenced from t test that generates a probability value (0.794)>0.05. The conclusion of this study that the entire hypothesis can be accepted or proven true, unless the price of consumer satisfaction Nggone Koncoku Coffe House in Surakarta. Based on these results, maintaining customer satisfaction is very important in marketing strategies. With consumer satisfaction, consumers will be loyal to the products and services sold.Keywords: facilities, service quality, price, customer satisfaction
