Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the working environment andcompensation to employee performance. The effect of the working environment andcompensation to employee performance and job satisfaction as a moderating variable.The population in this study were all employees at the BodyPaint PT Nasmoco AbadiMotor Branch Ringroad Karanganyar totaling 40 employees. Data collection techniqueused questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability. Data wereanalyzed using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linearregression test, and test-gap absolute value. Based on the survey results revealed thatthe working environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Compensation does not significantly influence employee performance. Jobsatisfaction does not moderate the effect of the working environment and compensationon employee performance of BodyPaint PT Nasmoco Abadi Motor Branch RingroadKaranganyar.Keywords: work environment, compensation, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) Analyze the effect of work environment onemployee performance. 2) Analyze the effect of work motivation on employeeperformance. 3) Analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance and 4)Analyze the independent variables that dominant effect on employee performance. Thistype of research is a survey on employees CV Panca Putra in Karanganyar. This type ofdata uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data sourcesand secondary data. The population of the research is the employee of CV productiondepartment. Panca Putra in Karanganyar totaling 534 employees. The sample is 80employees with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collectiontechniques used questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques usedmultiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment has asignificant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect onemployee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.Compensation is dominant variable the effect of employee performance.Keywords: work environment, motivation, compensation, employee performance

Abstract

Companies that already gone public can conduct a limited public offering (right issues) if you want to add funds. This is achieved so that the risk of corporate debt can be lowered, and can increase stock returns. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of proceeds from the rights issue to the return earned by shareholders priors to the economic crisis compared during the economic crisis. The research data was obtained from company documents right issue at the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) in 1996 – 1998, with a total sample of 18 companies that the right issue in 1996 – 1998. The sample taken is a company that was preceded by rights issues without warrants, convertible bond or share dividend. Each industry group represented only one company only by relying on the most activity. Then the samples were grouped into 14 companies that the rights issue before the economic crisis and the four companies that the right issues during the economic crisis. The result showed that the average return of the stock before the company’s right issues has increased during the economic than before the economic crisis. While the average return of the stock after the company’s rights issue was not increased during the economic crisis than before the economic crisis.Keywords: go public, the rights issue, stock return, economic crisis

Abstract

This study aims toanalyze the significance the effect of marketing mix influence onpurchasing decisionsdetermine which variables are the most dominant influence onpurchasing decisions.The research method used survey method. The population in thisstudy were students of the faculty of Economics, Management Studies Program of SlametRiyadi University unknown number. The number of samples in this study of 100respondents, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Test instrumentusing validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test using the test: multicolinearity,autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality. Data analysis techniques: multiplelinear regression, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination.The research resultsshowedproduct has significant effect to purchasing decicions, price has significant effectto purchasing decicions, promotion has significant effect to purchasing decicion, placehas significant effect to purchasing decicions, the accuracy of the model test resultsshow that the regression model used in this study is good or goodnes of fit models, placevariable had the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: product, price, promotion, purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of price,product quality, brand on consumer purchase intention. This type of research is a surveyon consumer Rainovel’s Distro in Surakarta. Sample as many as 100 people withaccidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires,observations and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the impact of product quality to customer satisfaction (2) the impact of product quality to the quality of service (3) the effect of price perception on consumer satisfaction. The population of this research is all consumer WS (warung steak) with a total sample of 70 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires instrument through the stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements using classic assumption test. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and instrument reliability test showed all reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions implied in the multiple linear regression model that does not happen multicollinearity problem, autocorrelation does not happen, does not happen heteroskedastisitas and normal residual. The conclusion of the hypothesis testing results indicate that the hypothesis (2) can be accepted or proven true, while the hypotheses (1) and (3) not truth.Keywords: product quality, service quality, perceived price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the quality of the service, the location effect significantlyon the buying decision at the Minimarket Andhika Nusukan and find out the prices moderate the effect of service quality and location on buying decision at the MinimarketAndhika Nusukan. This research method using a survey method conducted to the consumer of Minimarket Andhika Nusukan. The type of data that used is qualitative and quantitative data. The source of the data used in this research is the primary data. The method to collect the data is questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Validity, Reliability, and classic Assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t Test, f Test, the coefficient of Determination, and Absolute Difference Test. The results of this research proved the quality of service, location, and price effect significantly to buying decisions at the Minimarket Andhika Nusukan. From the results of the absolute difference test proved that the price moderate the effectof the quality of service and location on buying decision at the Minimarket Andhika Nusukan.Keywords: service quality, location, price, buying decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; the effect of price on consumer satisfaction that use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; the effect of the facility to the satisfaction of consumers who use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; which of the quality of service, pricing, or facilities were dominant influence on consumer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar. The population in this study is that consumers who use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar, with a sample of 70 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires instrument through the stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis beganda. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the significance of the influence of service quality, interest rates, and satisfaction on customer loyalty in Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat. 2) To analyze the effect of moderating the influence of satisfaction on service quality and the interest rate on customer loyalty in Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat. The population is all credit customers Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kramat kebak of the 3000 customers with a sample of 100 customers. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test,multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, and a test of the absolute value of the difference. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) the quality of service significantly affects customer loyalty Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat, as evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,028) < 0,05. (2) the interest rate had no significant effect on customer loyalty Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat, as evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,318) < 0,05. (3) the satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat, as evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,005) < 0,05. (4) satisfaction does not moderate the impact of service quality on customer loyalty Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat, is evident from the test absolute value of the difference that generates a probability value (0,315) < 0,05. (5) the satisfaction does not moderate the effect of interest rates on customer loyalty Sumber Makmur Credit Unions in Kebakkramat, is evident from the test absolute value of the difference that generates a probability value (0,803) < 0,05. Based on the results of the analysis showed that satisfaction does not moderate the impact of service quality and the interest rate on customer loyalty Credit Unions Sumber Makmur in Kebakkramat, so that the position satisfaction variables more appropriate as an independent variable because a significant effect on customer loyalty Credit Unions Sumber Makmur in Kebakkramat.Keywords: service quality, interest rates, satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

District Health Office Kaimana, West Papua Province is an element of the conductof the District Government which is under and responsible to the Regent through theLocal Secretary constantly trying to improve employee performance, by carrying outtraining, increasing motivation and leadership. The purpose of research is to analyze thesignificance of the effect of training, motivation and leadership to employeeperformance. Analyzing the moderating effects of leadership on training and motivationinfluence on employee performance. This study uses census data types used arequantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data.Population and sample in this study were all employees at the District Health OfficeKaimana, West Papua Province as many as 57 people, so it is a census study. Datacollection methods are used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysistechnique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiplelinear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolutedifference. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of training on employeeperformance. There was a significant effect of motivation on employee performance.There was a significant influence on employee performance leadership. Leadership doesnot moderate training and motivation variables influence on employee performance.Keywords: training, motivation, leadership, employee performance.
