Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, (2) effect of restaurant image to customer satisfaction, (3) effect customer satisfaction to behavioral intentions, (4) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all customer of restaurant “Bandeng Segar Mbak Mar” in Surakarta. The samples of this research consist of 100 respondent, taken with accidental sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using the path analysis, meanwhile data processing in this research using SPSS program. The result reveals that (1) restaurant image have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (2) restaurant image have significance effect to customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (4) customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions. The conclusion of this research that all hypothesis are supported.Keywords: restaurant image, customer satisfaction, behavioral intentions

Abstract

Lumbung Batik Surakarta is a clothing store that sells a wide range of fashion formen and women, both for children and adults with its main raw material is the motif.Surakarta Batik barn in an effort to boost consumer purchasing decisions trying tomaintain product quality, maintain brand image and foster consumer confidence. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of product qualityand brand image of the trust. Analyze the significance of the influence of product quality,brand image and trust on consumer purchasing decisions. Analyze the significance of theinfluence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions with confidenceas an intervening variable. This study used survey methods, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data.The population in this study is consumers who shop at Lumbung Batik Surakarta in theperiod January 2017 - February 2017. The number of samples in this study as many as100 people, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methodsare used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test thevalidity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. In conclusion: Theproduct quality and brand image significant effect on confidence. Product quality, brandimage and confidence have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.Product quality and brand image significantly influence purchase decisions withconfidence as an intervening variable.Keywords: product quality, brand image, confidence, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of consumer satisfaction on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 3) to analyze the significance of the influence of consumer satisfaction toward customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 4) To analyze the influence of the quality of service of customer loyalty that is mediated by consumer satisfaction on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and the data of secondary. The population in this research is that consumers never use Batik Solo Trans Bus Transport Corridor 2 in December 2015 until January 2016. Sampling techniques in the research of using accidental sampling, the number of samples that used as many as 100 people. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, linear regression analysis of multiple test, t test, F and the coefficients of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) service quality effect significantly to consumer satisfaction on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 2) quality of service effect significantly to customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 3) influential consumer satisfaction significantly to customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 4) Satisfaction influences the quality of the service of customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the competence of humanresources, motivation and work environment on employees performance. This study is asurvey on employees PT Sakura Garment Surakarta. Samples as many as 68 employeesby proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection technique usedquistionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed used multiple linear regression. Theresults showed that the competence of human resources have a significant effect onemployee performance. Motivation significant effect on employee performance. Theworking environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficientof determination obtained value of adjusted R square of 0,518, this means that the effectof the competence of human resources, motivation and work environment on employeeperformance amounted to 51,8%, while by 48,2% influenced by other variables such asleadership, work discipline and organizational commitment.Keywords: competence, motivation, work environment, performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the diversity of the menu, trust andcustomer value on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and satisfaction mediates the effectof the diversity of the menu, trust and customer value on customer loyalty. This studyuses primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling.Data were analyzed using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) wiht IMBsoftware SPSS Amos 20. The results of the analysis obtained significant influence thediversity of the menu and the value of the customer to customer satisfaction, there is nosignificant effect of trust to customer satisfaction, a significant influence satisfactioncustomer loyalty, there is a signifacant effect on loyalty diversity of the menu, there is nosignificant effect on the value of customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates the effect of thediversity of the menu and truston customer loyalty, satisfaction does not mediate theeffect of customer value on costumer loyalty.Keywords: diversity menu, trust, costumer value, satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

The development of cellular operators in Indonesia over the last three years(2013-2015) has developed very well. Cellular operator in Indonesia is currentlydominated by three operators, namely Telkomsel, XL Axiata and Indosat. Given theincreasingly intense competition in the pace of today's business world as well as themarket conditions are more uncertain and may change at any time, on the other handconsumers remain free to make his choice will be a brand. Telkomsel as the marketleader telecommunications company, it is necessary to improve the competitive strategy,so it is expected to reduce the occurrence of displacement behavior of customers atTelkomsel users that are likely to occur. The purpose of this study was to analyze thesignificance of the effect of price, brand loyalty, trust and promotion of brand switchingdecisions on consumer mobile cards Telkomsel Faculty of Economics, University ofSlamet Riyadi Surakarta. The population in this study Faculty of Economics 2013-2016Unisri Surakarta force ever used a mobile card products Telkomsel, with an unknownnumber. The number of samples in this study were 100 students, with the samplingtechnique used purposive sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire,observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity,reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Inconclusion: 1) The influence of price on brand switching decision obtained positiveresults and significant. 2) The effect of brand loyalty to the brand switching decision andsigifikan obtained negative results. 3) Effect of trust in the brand switching decisionresults obtained negative and significant. 4) The effect of promotions on brand switchingdecision results obtained negative and significant.Keywords: price, brand loyalty, trust, promotions, brand switching decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: the effect of organizational culture,leadership style and work motivation on employee performance and to analyze theinfluence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance aremoderated by the work motivation. This study is a survey on employees PDAMSurakarta. The research sample as many as 67 people with a proportional randomsampling technique. Data collection technique used questionnaire and literature. Datawere analyzed used multiple linear regression, t-test, F, coefficient determination andtest the absolute difference. The results showed that organizational culture has asignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect onemployee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employeeperformance. Work motivation moderating the effect of organizational culture onemployee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influenceoccupational safety and health effects on workers performance. The population is allworkers of PT Wijaya Karya, Waskita Karya, and Nindya Karya KSO Toll Road ProjectSoko - Kertosono in Donohudan which amounts population to 100 workers. Thisresearch uses census method, data collecting technique with interview, questioner andobservation. Data analysis used instrument test, classic assumption test, t test, F test,and coefficient of determination. The result of this research is work safety there issignificant influence to workers performance, occupational health there is significantinfluence to workers performance, occupational health is dominant to workersperformance. Adjusted R2 on multiple linear regression analysis was 87,6%, based on ttest of work safety variable (X1) 0,001 ≤ 0,05 and work health variable (X2) 0,000 ≤ 0,05.Keywords: work safety, occupational health, and workers performance.

Abstract

Financial reports are one source of information that can be used to determine a company's financial position, performance and assist in making the right decision. This study aims to determine the use of methods of Altman Z-score in predicting corporate bankruptcies in Indonesia by using the data in the form of financial statements balance sheet and income statement of the company. Research method used is by using the method of Altman Z-Score that connects the five variables representing liquidity ratio (X1), Profitability (X2 and X3), Activity (X4 and X5). Z-Score formula = 1,2 X1 + 1,4 X2 + 3,3 X3 + 0,6 X4 + 1,0 X5. With criterion Z-Score > 2,99 categorized as a very healthy company. 1,81 < Z-Score < 2,99 are in the grey area so the chances saved and the possibility of bankruptcy as much depend on the company’s management policy decision as decision makers. Z-Score < 1,81 is categorized as a company that has a very large financial difficult and high risk so that huge downfall of possibilities.Keywords: Analysis of bankruptcy, Altman Z-Score model, Telecommunications company in Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation to employee performance, influence of compensation on motivation, motivational influence on employee performance, effect of compensation to employee performance and motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees in PD. BPR Solo Bank totaling 38 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire and data analysis techniques using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis) regression 1 and 2. Based on the regression test results show that the compensation does not significantly influence employee performance. Compensation no significant effect on motivation. Motivation significant effect on employee performance. Motivation to mediate between the effect of compensation to employee performance.Keywords: compensation, motivation, employee performance
