Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the significance of the effect of the advantages of brand image to buying interest helmet products INK; (2) analyze the significance of the influence of superior quality products to the buying interest helmet products INK; (3) analyze the significance of the effect on the price of buying interest INK helmet products, and (4) analyzing the dominant variable influence on buying interest helmet products INK. The population throughout the Faculty of Economics University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta who have INK helmet numbered 100 students and as respondents. Test instrument using validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test using the test: Multicolinearity, Heteroskidastity, autocorrelation and normality. Data analysis techniques: multiple linear regression, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed no significant effect superiority of brand image to buying interest helmet products INK, no significant effect superior quality products to the buying interest helmet products INK, no significant effect of price to purchase interest helmet products INK, superior brand image dominant influence on interest buy products INK helmet.Keywords: brand image of excellence, superior quality products, prices, interest in buying products helm INK

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction against Organization Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo. 2) to analyze the dominant influence variables (characteristics of individual, organizational commitment, organizational culture, or job satisfaction) of Organization Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and the data of secondary. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo totaling 144 people. In this research technique sampling using the technique of proportional random sampling. As for the number of samples used in the study was as many as 72 people respondents. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and the absolute difference test. The research results obtained conclusions: there is a significant influence on the characteristics of individual, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior against on the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo. Abstract

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is now one of the State OwnedEnterprises (SOEs) that have been listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia arerequired to carry out organizational changes in order to improve organizationalperformance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect oforganizational change, organizational culture and job satisfaction to employeeperformance. Analyze the effect of organizational change and organizational culture onemployee performance moderated job satisfaction. This study uses survey method, thetype of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary dataand secondary data. The population in this study were all all employees of PT BankTabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo as many as 199 employees. The number ofsamples in this study as many as 53 employees, the sampling technique usingproportional cluster random sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire,observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity,reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F,coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. In conclusion: There was asignificant effect of organizational change, cultural organization and job satisfaction toemployee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Solo.Job satisfaction moderate the effect of organizational change and organizational cultureon employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch OfficeSolo.Keywords: organizational change, organizational culture, job satisfaction, employeeperformance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze financial performance in terms of theratio of CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, BOPO and NIM in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Period.2012 - 2016. Analyze financial performance in terms of the ratio of CAR, NPL, ROA,LDR, BOPO and NIM on PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) 2012 - 2016 Period. Analyzing thedifference of financial performance is reviewed on a CAR, NPL ratio, ROA, LDR, BOPOand NIM on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) 2012 - 2016Period. Research methods using a case study on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT BankMandiri (Persero), the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data,the source data used the data of skunder. Data analysis technique used is a financialratio analysis and test independent sample t-test. The research results obtainedconclusions that: financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in the period 2012- 2016 seen from the CAR, NPL ratio and healthy category entry BOPO, whereas theratio ROA entered the category of less healthy and the LDR entry category is nothealthy. The financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) in the period of 2012 -2016 seen from the CAR, NPL ratio, ROA, LDR, BOPO and NIM entry of healthycategory. Abstract

Manufacturing companies that transform raw materials into finished productsthrough the production process. This research uses the manufacturing companies sectorfor many manufacturing companies causing environmental efects in their productionprocesses. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect of thefinancial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to corporate valueand Good Corporate Governance (GCG) strengthening or moderating financialperformance and CSR on firm value. In conclusion that the financial performancesignificantly influence on firm value, CSR no significant influence on firm value andGCG not moderate financial performance and CSR influence on firm value. The resultsof the analysis of the coefficient of determination is obtained is known that the influenceexerted by the independent variable of financial performance and CSR of the dependentvariable is firm value with a moderating variable is GCG is 24,3% while the rest(100% - 24,3%) = 75,7% influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied.Keywords: financial performance, Corporate Social Responsibility, firm value, GoodCorporate Governance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect oftransformational leadership and motivation on job satisfaction of employees, and theeffect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction with motivation are moderatingvariable. This research is a survey on employees UPTD Terminal Tirtonadi Surakarta.The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. The data source used primarydata sources and secondary data. The study population were employees UPTD TerminalTirtonadi with sample 72 by proportional cluster random sampling technique. Datacollection technique used questionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed usedmultiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination and absolutedifference test. The results showed that transformational leadership have a significanteffect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction.Motivation does not moderate the the effect of transformational leadership on employeesatisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this reserch was to analyze the significcant effect of teamwork,loyalty and leadership on empoyees performance and to analyze the effect of teamworkand loyalty to employees performance with leadership are moderated variable. Thisresearch is a survey. The population are employees of warehouse at PT Rosalia ExpressPalur totaling 30 people so the whole is used as a sample with total sampling technique.Data collection techniques used questionnaire and observation. Data analysistechniques used multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The resultsshowed that teamwork has a significant effect on employees performance. Loyalty has asignificant effect on employees performance. Leadership has a significant effect onemployees performance. Abstract

One of the factors that make loyal customers against brownies Amanda is a quality product. So is the case with product quality, service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction which can support customer loyalty. The population in this research is the customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Sample numbering 100 respondents with the formula Leedy. The technique of sampling was done randomly sampling with a deliberate method of sampling. Test instrument use test validity and reliability tests, methods of data analysis using classical assumptions of the test, a multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) and the absolute difference test. The results of this study showed that the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction in partial effect significantly to loyalty customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Customer satisfaction the moderating influence of the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction are partial toward customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0,732, which means that the magnitude of the contribution to the influence of the variable quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction towards loylitas customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta is 73,2%, While the rest of 26,8% is affected by other variables not examined.Keywords: product quality, service quality, promotion. customer loyalty, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of the role of conflict, the work of family conflict, excess and work on employee performance. A survey conducted the research is to employees of PT Air Mancur in Wonogiri. The population in this research is all the employees in PT Air Mancur in Wonogiri with the sample as many as 76 people with clusters of proportional random sampling techniques, the results show that the role of the conflict have negative effects on employee performance and significant. Family conflict and significant work have negative effects on employee performance. Work and significant excess have negative effects on employee performance. R2 obtained adjusted the value of the coefficients determined 0,393 it means of variable influence the role of the contributions of conflict, family conflict and work is work 39,3% excess of, while the rest of 60,7% influenced by other variables that is not examined . Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze effect of positive word of mouth on consumer decision with perceived quality as mediation variable. Design research are survey. Population are consumer of Ella Skin Care. Samle used 50 consumer with convenience sampling. This type of data is qualitative data and quantitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary Collected data technique use questionnaires, observation and documentation. Analysis technique used path analysis. The result showed positive word of mouth has significant effect on consumer decision. Positive word of mouth has significant effect on perceived quality.
