Abstract

This study aims to determine the CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO and LDR against ROA. Types of data used in this study are Qualitative Data and Quantitative Data. The data source used in this research is obtained from the annual financial statements of Foreign Exchange Private National Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013 - 2016 published on the BEI website (www.idx.co.id). The population in this study were 35 Banks, the sampling technique used purposive sampling that is 16 banks. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that: CAR has no significant effect on ROA, NPL has no significant effect on ROA, significant effect on ROA, BOPO has no significant effect on ROA and it can be seen that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of brand image, brand trust, and product attribute to purchasing decisions. The type of this research is survey on consumer Skincare Larissa Aesthetic Center Surakarta Jl. Gajah Mada No. 103 Surakarta. Typpes data use qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary data sources and secondary data. The population of the research is all consumer Skincare Larissa Aesthetic Center Surakarta with a sample of 100 people with sampling technique accidental sampling. Data collection techniques user questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The result showed that brand image has a significant efect on purchasing decisions, brand trust is not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product attributes have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: brand image, brand trust, product attribute, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the impact of service quality on perceived value, the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, perceived value influence on patient satisfaction, and impact of service quality on patient satisfaction mediated by perceived value. The population in this study were 100 inpatients at the Mawar 1, Mawar 2, Melati 1, Melati 2, and Melati 3 RSUD Dr Moewardi. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and documentation. The sampling technique using the technique of sampling and accidental convenience. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear analyses, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, path analysis and test the direct effect. The results of this study showed a significant effect on the quality of service to the perceived value, quality of service to client satisfaction, perceived value to client satisfaction and perceived value mediate the quality of service to client satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of graphic design, brand, and product on purchase decisions and determine the dominant factor influencing purchase decisions on products t-shirt in Distro Idiomatic Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Distro Idiomatic Yogyakarta using samples of 100 consumers in Distro Idiomatic Yogyakarta taken by convenience sampling technique. Hypothesis testing, using multiple linear regression analysis, while data processing using SPSS version 20. The results showed that (1) graphic design have a significant effect on purchase decisions (2) brand have a significant effect on purchase decisions (3) product quality have a significant effect on purchase decisions (4) the dominant factor influencing purchase decision is graphic design. The conclusion of this study, that all hypothesis are accepted. Keywords: graphic design, brand, product quality, purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the retribution of tourist attractions, the number oftourists and entertainment taxes to the original income of karanganyar regency. Thisstudy uses quantitative data and uses secondary data sources. The population of thisresearch is 48 data and sample of this research consist of 48 data from retribution oftourist object, number of tourists, entertainment tax and local revenue. Data analysistechniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test andcoefficient of determination. The result of research partially indicate that the retributionof tourist object and the number of tourist tourists have positive but not significant effectto the original income of the region. The entertainment tax has a positive and significanteffect on the local revenue. Simultaneously the retribution of tourist attraction, thenumber of tourists and entertainment tax has a positive and significant effect on the localrevenue.Keywords: local revenue, levy of tourist attraction, number of tourists, entertainment tax

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job insecurity on turnover intention. This study is a survey. The study population is employee PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. The research sample of 115 people with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection technique used questionnaire, observation and literature. Data were analyzed used multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job insecurity simultaneously significant effect on turnover intention. The coefficient of determination of the given independent variables are the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job insecurity to the dependent variable by 92,4% the remaining 7,4% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job insecurity, turnover intention

Abstract

This research aims to estimate the model of rural households in savings Delanggu sub-district Klaten district. It is also to identifying variables impact on savings rural households. The population is all households which consisted of 14.620 rural households or dwell in the sub-district of Delanggu. Taken as much as 94 sample of households use the technique of a two stage clusters of sampling, with the village used as a group. The data in this study is the primary data collected through the survey by using a list of questions that have been prepared. The process of analysis for this research using model log-linear. The results of the analysis show: (1) An log-linear used in this research are good models. (2) There were three variable influence significantly to households savings. Based on test performed: (1) An hypothesis is first permanent revenue give positive effect on saving prove true. (2) Hypothesis both the higher revenues while the household savings will increase not prove true. (3) the third hypothesis is higher age householder and household savings are increasing not prove true. (4) a hypothesis that is the fourth high education levels householder and household savings are increasing not prove true. (5) hypothesis is the fifth household savings differ between species of different jobs prove true. (6) hypothesis sixth namely. dependency ratio hence higher household saving to decline prove true. (7) hypothesis is the seventh household savings differ among households have credit and credit not have not proved the truth. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of trust, security, quality of service and the perception of risk on purchasing decisions through social networking sites. In conclusion: There was a significant effect of trust on purchase decisions through social networking sites on college students in Surakarta. There was a significant influence on the purchase decision security through social networking sites on college students in Surakarta. There was a significant effect of service quality on purchasing decisions through social networking sites on college students in Surakarta. There is a significant effect on the perception of the risk of purchasing decisions through social networking sites on college students in Surakarta. F test analysis results it is concluded that the model used to test the effect of the independent variables are trust, security, quality of service, and the perception of risk to the dependent variable is the purchase decision through social networking sites on college students in Surakarta is right. The results of the analysis of the value of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted R Square = 0,535 means known that the influence exerted by the independent variables are trust, security, quality of service, and the perception of risk to the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions through social networking sites on college students in Surakarta for while the remaining 53,5 percent. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) analyze the significance of the effect of interest rate on profitability 2) to analyze the significance of the effect of inflation rate on profitability 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of rupiah exchange rate on profitability 4) to analyze the significance of interest rate, inflation rate and exchange rate rupiah simultaneously to profitability. This research used survey method, data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis by using sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Hypothesistesting using t test (partial test), Test F (Simultaneous Test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research indicates that the interest rate of 0,318 and the inflation rate of 0,452 > 0,05 so no significant effect on profitability,while the Rupiah Exchange Rate of 0,018 < 0,05 affects profitability. Simultaneouslysignificance Interest Rate, Inflation Rate and Rupiah Exchange Rate affect the profitability of national private commercial banks in BEI period 2012 – 2016.Keywords: interest rate, inflation rate, rupiah exchange rate, profitability

Abstract

This study aimed is to determine the effect of information technology, compensation and motivation on employee performance Department of Revenue Service, Finance and Asset Management Klaten Regency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study took a sample of 56 respondents, employees of DPPKAD Klaten regency, with a random sampling technique. The data in this research will be obtained directly from the questionnaires. The data analysis using path analysis, t-test, F-test and R Total. Regression equation results showed that information technology is not a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees. Compensation is not a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees. Motivation has significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Information technology has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee satisfactions significantly influence employee performance. The conclusion of this line of analysis suggests that the use of intervening variables of employee job satisfaction in order to improve performance, for variable information technology and compensation is not effective, where as motivation variable is effective.
