Abstract

The aims of this research were to 1) Analyzing the factors that influence the quality control of PT Sari Warna Asli Garment 2) To formulate the most appropriate production quality control techniques to suppress defective products in the processing industry of PT Sari Warna Asli Garment. This research used to check sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Back Map P and layered quality control methods. The result of this research indicate that the level of damage or defective products PT Sari Warna Asli Garment during November – December 2017, varieties step were 120 pieces, hit by needle step were 111 pieces, by loss of component were 98 pieces, by tension were 71 pieces and cut by scissors were 32 pieces. Thus hypotesis 1 (H1) which states the quality control of production at PT Sari Warna Asli Garment was influenced by several factors, among others: perforation due to scissors, perforated due to exposed dirt and loss of components proved true. Trough quality control activities in layered PT Sari Warna Asli Garment could suppress the defect rate of production and maintain the quality of the products produced. Hence hypothesis 2 (H2) that the application of double or layered checking method in controlling product quality of PT Sari Warna Asli Garment could suppress the occurrence of product defects can prove the truth.Keywords: Production, Product, Quality.

Abstract

Ganep Bakery Solo is a company of food in the form of snack or bread. Based on the survey, this company does have not a method in raw material inventory planning that can minimize inventory cost. This research aims to analyze the application of MRP method on raw material inventory and its effect on inventory cost efficiency. MRP is a method to determine the amount and timing of raw materials available in the production process. This research was conducted at Ganep's Bakery Solo. The technique used in this research is Lot Sizing with Lot for Lot calculation method, Economic Order Quantity, and Part Period Balancing. From the calculation the cost of inventory issued by the company in one year is Rp 40.000.000,00. The results obtained from the MRP calculation using Lot for Lot is Rp 40.000.000,00, Economic Order Quantity is Rp 27.357.780,00and Part Period Balancing method is Rp36.566.900,00. Calculation of MRP with Lot Sizing technique using EOQ method resulted in the smallest inventory costRp 27.357.780,00. Using MRP method can minimize the inventory cost ±68,39% of the inventory cost applied by the company.Keywords: Material Requirement Planning, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Part Period Balancing

Abstract

Today, the competition of business in the world is increasing rapidly. The requires businesses to be creative and innovative to find a solution and the strategy for competitive advantage. The Car rental company in Surakarta having various strategies to influence the purchasing decisions of costumers, the strategies are competitive price, using a variety of media for promote their business, and improving quality of service to costumers. The satisfaction of costumers will affects against for more using with car rental services in Surakarta. This study aimed to investigate the influence of price, promotion and service against purchasing decision of car rental in Surakarta. This research was conducted by customer of car rental in Surakarta with one year period. The research sample was taken 120 respondents with accidental sampling. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of location, facilities and rental rates boarder partially on student decision choosing a boarder at the Village Panularan Laweyan District of the city of Surakarta. To analyze the effect of moderating the influence of homestay rental rates and facilities location to choose a student's decision boarder at the Village Panularan Laweyan District of the city of Surakarta. In conclusion, no significant influence on the decision of the location of the students choose a boarder at the Village Panularan Laweyan District of the city of Surakarta. There was a significant effect of the facility to choose a student's decision boarder at the Village Panularan Laweyan District of the city of Surakarta. There was a significant influence on the decision of the rental price boarder students choose a boarder at the Village Panularan Laweyan District of the city of Surakarta. Lodger rental prices do not moderate influence on the decision of the location of the student choose a boarder at the Village Panularan Laweyan District of the city of Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work environment, discipline, andmotivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT Iskandar Indah PrintingTextile Surakarta. To determine the influence of work environment on employeeperformance at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. The population in this research is allemployees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta amounted to 957 employeesand samples amounted 100 respondents. Technique of data analysis used validity test,reliability test, test the assumption classical, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient ofdetermination. Simultaneously work environment, discipline, and motivation havepositive and significant effect to employee performance of PT Iskandar Indah PrintingTextile Surakarta. Using t-test work environment (X1) have positive and significanteffect to employee performance of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Thediscipline variable has a positive and significant effect to the employee's performance ofPT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Price and Location on buying decision of Indraloka Homestay and its impact on Loyalty. This research is done by quantitative method. The study population included all guests who had stayed at Indraloka Homestay with 80 respondents. The unit of analysis of this study are individuals who understand the substance of research obtained as a sample by using purposive sampling technique. expected data obtained will be relevant to the research problem. The analytical tool used Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results showed that the variable price and location have a significant influence on Purchase Decision, Price has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, Location has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Purchase Decision has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty.Keywords: price, location, buying decision, loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah views of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA. 2) Analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah views of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA. 3) Analyze significant difference financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah with the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA. 4) Analyze the performance of which one is better between PT Bank Mega Syariah and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA period 2008 – 2012. The results were obtained conclusions: 1) the results showed that the NPL ratio for 5 years only in 2008 are included in the assessment criteria of healthy, while the 2009 is quite healthy, unhealthy 2010-2011, and in 2012 less healthy. 2) the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri seen from CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA period 2008 – 2012 has been healthy", 3) there was no significant difference between the financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah financial performance of PT Bank Syariah independently. 4) in the calculation of CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA, and ROA values produced by PT Bank Syariah Mandiri better or healthier than those produced by PT Bank Mega Syariah, so better financial performance is PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze the differences in trading volume activity and abnormal returns before and after the inauguration of the president and vice president in 2014. This study is an empirical study. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used secondary data. The study population food and beverage companies who listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 13 companies. The sampling technique used census. Data collection techniques used documentation and literature studies. Data were analyzed used paired sample t-test. Results of the analysis showed that there were differences in the average trading volume activity of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the inauguration of the president and vice president in 2014 with a p value 0,003 < 0,05. There is no difference in average abnormal stock returns of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the presidential inauguration Jokowi and vice president Jusuf Kalla 2014 with p value 0,078 > 0,05. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of communication, motivation and partially working environment as well as the simultaneous performance against Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees of a KFC Branch Manahan Solo totalling 52 employees, the number of samples that used as many as 52 employees, so it is a research census. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of linear regression analysis, classic double, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that significant influential communication employee performance against Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo. Significant effect on performance the motivation of employees. Significant influential work environment on performance of employees. Communication, motivation and work environment simultaneously influential employee performance significantly to Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo.Keywords: communication, motivation, work environment, the performance of employees.
