Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze effect of price, product, place, promotion and service on satisfaction of customers Mommilk Manahan Surakarta. Design research are case study at Mommilk Manahan Surakarta. Population are customers who come at Mommilk Manahan Surakarta. Sample use 50 customers with quota sampling technique. This type of data is qualitative data and quantitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary Collected data technique use observation, documentation and questionnaires, Analysis technique use multiple linear regression. The result showed that price significance affect on customers satisfaction. Product has significance effect on customers satisfaction. Place has significance effect on customers satisfaction. Promotion has significance effect on customers satisfaction. Service has significance effect on customer satisfaction. Product are dominant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) analyze the significance of the influence of capital adequacy to profitability, 2) to analyze the significance of the effect of liquidity on profitability, 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of credit risk on profitability, 4) to analyze the significance of the effect of operational efficiency level on profitability, significance of capital adequacy, liquidity, credit risk, and operational efficiency simultaneously to profitability. This type of research use survey, data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis with sample of 8 bank with purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test), and test of coefficient of determination (R2). The result of t analysis shows that partially CAR, LDR, and NPL variables have no significant effect on ROA, while BOPO variable has significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously capital adequacy, liquidity, credit risk, and operational efficiency affect the ROA of National Private Private Banking at BEI. The result of (R2) shows that 93,7% variation of profitability variable can be explained by BOPO.Keywords: capital adequacy, liquidity, credit risk, operational efficiency, profitability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the efficiency of the supply of raw material needs carried out by PG Mojo Sragen, so that the company can maintain the stability of the production process and to analyze the efficiency of the cost of raw material inventory with production costs incurred by PG Mojo Sragen. This type of research is a case study at PG Mojo Sragen. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is a stockhastic inventory control model using 90% and 95% service levels. The results showed that the control of raw material inventory implemented by PG Mojo Sragen had not yet reached the level of efficiency of raw material inventory and cost efficiency. This is indicated by the results of calculations that have been carried out by the stockhastic method can produce efficiency of raw material inventory costs rather than the methods applied by the company.Keywords: stockhastic inventory model, raw material inventory, safety stock, efficiency.

Abstract

The aim of this study were: 1) to analyze the effect of perceived value on the quality of service on bridal makeup services Tunjung Seto. 2) Analyze the effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 3) Analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 4) Analyze the effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto mediated quality of service. In conclusion: 1) Perceived value significantly influence the quality of service on bridal makeup services Tunjung Seto. 2) Perceived value significantly influence customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 3) Quality of care significantly influence customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 4) Satisfaction influence service quality perceived value to customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto, is evident from the results of the path analysis, in which the indirect effect coefficient (0,848) > direct influence coefficient (0,599). Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service to customer satisfaction on customer. To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of customer loyalty that is mediated by customer satisfaction. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this research customers who use services in the Putri Ayu bridal makeup of Surakarta number no doubt is not known. The number of samples that are used i.e. 100 people, sampling techniques using a purposive sampling. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Test instrument use test validity and reliability tests. Technique of data analysis using t-test analysis, F-test F, R² and path analysis. The research results obtained conclusions of influential service quality customer satisfaction significantly to bridal makeup Putri Ayu in Surakarta. Service quality and customer satisfaction significantly to influential customer loyalty bridal makeup Putri Ayu in Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress conflicts and organizational culture on employee performance. The first hypothesis examines whether conflicts have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis examines whether job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis examines whether organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The population in this research is 475 employees at PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo. This research is a census study using proportional random sampling technique. The sample used was 119 people by referring formula from arikunto because of the large population. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Analyzer used in this research is multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results of the research instruments show that the overall variables of conflict, work stress, organizational culture and employee performance are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the free data multicollinearity, free autocorrelation, free heteroscedasticity and normal distributed data. The result of the research instrument test shows that work stress conflict, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo.Keywords: Conflict, work stress, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of tangibles, reliability responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to the student satisfaction in Faculty of Economics Universitas Surakarta. The hypothesis in this study are: Suspected tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect to student satisfaction in Faculty of Economics Universitas Surakarta. Among the five variables, which variables have the most impact. The data required in this study is primary data and the sample was taken of 128 respondents using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection methods used in this study is the questionnaire and performed analyzes with SPSS version 16,0, with the results all questionnaire are valid and reliable. Analysis of the data used in this study is a multiple linear regression and t test. The results of the data analysis in this study it can be concluded that the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect to student satisfaction in Faculty of Economics Universitas Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of products,promotion and quality of service of the decision of the members to save money onKSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri Branch Karanganyar and Jeruksawit analyze the dominantvariables its influence on the decisions of members to save money on KSPPS Bina InsanMandiri Branch Jeruksawit Karanganyar. This study used a survey method, the type ofdata the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used theprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all members of theKSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri Branch Karanganyar Jeruksawit a number of 1,284members, with as many as 100 samples of respondents, with incidental use of samplingtechniques in sampling. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliabilitytest, test the assumption of linear regression analysis, classic double, t test, F test andcoefficient of determination. The research results obtained the conclusion that there is asignificant influence on products, promotions and quality of service of the decision of thesaving. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return on Assets in BUMN Banks in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. This study uses the entire population, namely state-owned banks in Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Data obtained from the annual financial statements for the 2013 – 2017 period at the BUMN Bank, namely PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, and PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, which was published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test research show that NPL has a significant effect on ROA, LDR has a significant effect on ROA, while CAR has no significant effect on ROA. F test results show that NPL, LDR, and CAR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROAKeywords: NPL, LDR, CAR, ROA
