Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze: (1)the significance of the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior, (2) the influence of the dominant variables of the Organization Citizenship Behavior on the employees of PT ATMI Surakarta. The method of research used survey method, the population in this study were permanent employees of PT ATMI Surakarta, amounting to 335 people. In a study using a sampling technique proportional random sampling, number of samples used by 67 people. From this analysis, the variables were dominant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior on the employees of PT ATMI Surakarta is organizational culture variables. T test results: variable organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction significantly affects the organization Citizenship Behavior. Test Results F is obtained probability value of 0,000 then the model used to test the effect of independent variables, namely organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the dependent variable is Organization Citizenship Behavior is right. The test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square = 0,716 means it is known that the effect provided by the independent variable of organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the dependent variable is Organization Citizenship Behavior on the employees of PT ATMI Surakarta 71,6 percent. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of budget planning, employee competence, bureaucratic reform and discipline of work on motivation, and absorption. This study took a sample of 108 respondents, the unit gained budget funds within the region pay the State Treasury Office consisting of Klaten region, the census method. The data in this research will be obtained directly from the questionnaires and the answers that have been provided or the results of field observations. The data analysis using path analysis, t-test, F and R Total. Regression equation results showed that the significant effect on the budget plan units of work motivation. Competence of the employees have a significant effect on the motivation of the work force. Bureaucratic reforms have a significant effect on the motivation of the work force. Discipline significant effect on the motivation of the work unit. Budget planning significant effect on absorption. Employee competence insignificant effect on the absorption of the budget. Bureaucratic reform significantly influence absorption. Labor discipline significantly influence absorption. Motivation unit significant positive effect on absorption. The conclusion of this line of analysis suggests that the use of intervening variables in order to improve performance, to a variable budget planning, bureaucratic reform and labor discipline is not effective. The use of intervening variables motivated work force in order to increase the absorption of the budget for employee competence variable is effective. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of consumer perceptions, price perception and perceived risk to the success of private label brands in the retail company Carrefour in Solo. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, and performed analyzes with SPSS version 12.0, with the results all questionnaire are valid and reliable. Analysis multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient determination, with the result: Consumer Perceptions (X1), Price Perception (X2), and the Perceived Risk (X3) significantly influencing the success of private label brands, and price perception variable is a dominant variable on the success of private label brands. It means the data obtained supports the hypothesis. Research found that the quality of the product is perceived by consumers, they believe that private label brands with low prices image have quality that is comparable to the national brands, consumers are not ashamed and do not have to bear the risk of purchasing the products. These all are the factors that are proven to be the perception in purchasing private label products brands. Keywords: Consumer Perceptions, Price Perception, Perceived Risk, Private Label Brand.

Abstract

This study aimed is to determine the effect of information technology, compensation and motivation on employee performance Department of Revenue Service, Finance and Asset Management Klaten Regency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study took a sample of 56 respondents, employees of DPPKAD Klaten regency, with a random sampling technique. The data in this research will be obtained directly from the questionnaires. The data analysis using path analysis, t-test, F-test and R Total. Regression equation results showed that information technology is not a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees. Compensation is not a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees. Motivation has significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Information technology has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee satisfactions significantly influence employee performance. The conclusion of this line of analysis suggests that the use of intervening variables of employee job satisfaction in order to improve performance, for variable information technology and compensation is not effective, where as motivation variable is effective. Abstract

Accrual accounting implementation in public sector has been a hot issue for recent decades. Many countries in the world have choose to implement accrual accounting and financial reporting as their financial management reform. This phenomenon has been debated spread away in public management and education literatures. These debate relate on the implementation and the impact of implementation in financial government governance. This article gives a little overview of accrual accounting implementation in Indonesia, mirrors from accounting and financial reporting implementation of other countries in Indonesia has implementing this system. All the legislations has designed to regulate implementing efforts. We hope that in 2015 Indonesia will be able to implement it completely. Abstract

In order to achieve a competitive advantage, companies should always attention and adjust to the changing corporate environment. Changes in corporate environments including internal environment (egg, changes in size, structure) and external environment (egg: change desires and expectations of consumers, changes in technology, companies, competitors). Adjustments to the environment can have an impact on a change in operating strategy. Basically to achieve competitive advantage through the establishment and implementation of operating strategies can be done through: leadership in product differentiation, cost leadership and leadership in response to the speed of the response. Abstract

This research aims to assess employee performance analysis using two alternative solution methods of analysis due to multicollinearity problem on on the linear regression analysis. This research review of sight analysis method in statistical. The data used in this study is the result of a survey employee performance at the Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Office of Kabupaten Karanganyar in February 2014. Linear regression analysis of the results, it turns out there is a problem of multicollinearity. To that end, in this study provided two alternative solutions. The first solution is to pass a single independent variable i.e. job satisfaction variables. While the second solution is the path analysis that maintains all the variables are independent. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah views of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA. 2) Analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah views of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA. 3) Analyze significant difference financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah with the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA. 4) Analyze the performance of which one is better between PT Bank Mega Syariah and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of the CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA period 2008 – 2012. The results were obtained conclusions: 1) the results showed that the NPL ratio for 5 years only in 2008 are included in the assessment criteria of healthy, while the 2009 is quite healthy, unhealthy 2010-2011, and in 2012 less healthy. 2) the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri seen from CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA and ROA period 2008 – 2012 has been healthy", 3) there was no significant difference between the financial performance of PT Bank Mega Syariah financial performance of PT Bank Syariah independently. 4) in the calculation of CAR, NPL, LDR, ROA, and ROA values produced by PT Bank Syariah Mandiri better or healthier than those produced by PT Bank Mega Syariah, so better financial performance is PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Abstract

This research there were some formulation of the problem among others: (1) is there any influence partially or simultaneous personal selling and the sales volume of SM MLM product in Karanganyar? (2) between personal selling and sales promotion where does that have an effect on increased sales volumes SM MLM product in Karanganyar? The company will finance the cost of promotions in accordance with the budget determined by the company. Measurements of the variables in this study using a Likert Scale by spreading the product to the customer questionnaire SM MLM product. The contribution of this research is to know the influence of personal selling and sales promotion to increase sales volume. The hypothesis of this research is: 1) there is influence significant between personal selling and sales promotion to increase sales of SM MLM product in Karanganyar; 2) the most dominant variable the increase in sales volume SM MLM product in Karanganyar is variable product sales promotion. Multiple linear regression test results obtained regression coefficient values larger than personal selling, so the sales promotions more dominant against an increase in the volume of sales compared to other variables. Abstract

Solo is a city of tourism. Many tourism event held in Solo, which aims to create the impression (image) that Solo has a rich culture of high-value, one of which is a culinary tourism. Solo is a city that known as regional culinary like tengkleng, timlo, nasi liwet, tumpeng, and gudeg. It is attractive to foreign and domestic tourists to come at Solo. Solo government responded the situation with the place of culinary like Galabo, Ngarsopuro, Keprabon and Dapur Solo. The type of research is survey. The population of this research is consumers which take a culinary tourism in Solo. Sample of 100 people with convenience sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. Source of data using primary and secondary data. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The results of hypothesis testing known that consumer attitudes positive effect on brand reliability with CR value 2,228 and p value 0,026. Positively influence consumer attitudes toward the brand intentions with CR value 2,117 and p value 0,034. Brand reliability positive influence on brand loyalty with CR value 2,220 and p value 0,026. Brand intentions positive effect on brand loyalty with CR value 2,689 and p value 0,007. Brand loyalty has positive influence on brand equity with CR value 2,142 and p value 0,032.
