Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the impact of service quality on positive word of mouth. Analyze the significance of the effect of quality of service and positive word of mouth to customer satisfaction. Analyze the significance of the effect service quality on customer satisfaction mediated by positive word of mouth. In conclusion, significance effect on service quality to positive word of mouth. Quality of service and positive word of mouth significance effect in the customer satisfaction. Positive word of mouth mediating effect of service quality on satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the impact of service quality on perceived value, the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, perceived value influence on patient satisfaction, and impact of service quality on patient satisfaction mediated by perceived value. The population in this study were 100 inpatients at the Mawar 1, Mawar 2, Melati 1, Melati 2, and Melati 3 RSUD Dr Moewardi. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and documentation. The sampling technique using the technique of sampling and accidental convenience. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear analyses, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, path analysis and test the direct effect. The results of this study showed a significant effect on the quality of service to the perceived value, quality of service to client satisfaction, perceived value to client satisfaction and perceived value mediate the quality of service to client satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) to analyze the significance of the effect of financial knowledge, experience and self-control of the financial investment planning on employee behavior single (unmarried) in the District Gondangrejo Karanganyar. 2) to analyze the moderating effect of self-control on the influence of financial knowledge and financial experience to the planning of investment in employee behavior single (unmarried) in the District Gondangrejo Karanganyar. In conclusion: There was a significant effect of financial literacy, financial experience and self-control on the behavior of the employee investment plan single (unmarried) in the District Gondangrejo Karanganyar. Self control is not moderate the effect of financial knowledge and financial experience to the planning of investment in employee behavior single (unmarried) in the District Gondangrejo Karanganyar. Abstract

This study aims to analyze a significant the effect of the current ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effect of the total debt to total assets ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effect of the return on assets ratio on the growth of the profit; a significant the effects of the current ratio, total debt to total assets ratio, and return on assets ratio as an simultaneous on the growth of the profit. It was secondary study use annual finance report documentation. They were analyzed using the multiple regression technique. There is a no significant effect of the current ratio on the growth of the profit; there is a significant effect of the total debt to total assets ratio on the growth of the profit; there is a significant effect of the return on assets ratio on the growth of the profit. The current ratio, total debt to total assets ratio, return on assets ratio variables give a contribution of 97,7 percent. Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of one of the government agencies in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of revenue, market acceptance of, and useful to find a picture of developments in the Bird Market Levy Office Park Management and Ornamental Fish Market Depok Surakarta that can later be used to determine the development of revenue, market coming year. This study is a quantitative study with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and literature study. Analysis of data using analysis of efficiency, effectiveness, growth rate, and a linear trend. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of collection and revenue, market on Bird Market Park Management Office and Ornamental Fish Depok Surakarta in fiscal year 2011 to fiscal year 2013 was very good in terms of its effectiveness can be seen from the increasing revenue, results of which can exceed the targets set, but less in terms of efficiency, but the trend gained always been progressing increase each year of forecasting future. Abstract

Debt policy is determining how much debt the company will be used to fund assets indicated by the ratio of total debt to total assets. Factors that influence the debt policy in this study is limited to the net profit margin, the size of the company, asset structure and profitability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of net profit margin, the size of the company, the structure of assets and profitability partially or simultaneously to the debt policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In conclusion, no significant effect independent variable is the net profit margin, the size of the company, the structure of assets and profitability partially or simultaneously to the dependent variable is the policy of debt at a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The aim of this study were: 1) to analyze the effect of perceived value on the quality of service on bridal makeup services Tunjung Seto. 2) Analyze the effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 3) Analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 4) Analyze the effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto mediated quality of service. In conclusion: 1) Perceived value significantly influence the quality of service on bridal makeup services Tunjung Seto. 2) Perceived value significantly influence customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 3) Quality of care significantly influence customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto. 4) Satisfaction influence service quality perceived value to customer satisfaction in service bridal Tunjung Seto, is evident from the results of the path analysis, in which the indirect effect coefficient (0,848) > direct influence coefficient (0,599). Abstract

Companies that make the payment of dividends to its investors is a company that has a profit and good financial structure, if the company can increase the dividend payment, then this is evidence of the improvement in the performance of the company. The financial performance of the company can be analyzed through financial ratios, namely through the liquidity ratios, profitability and sales growth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth partially or simultaneously on dividend policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analyzing the dominant variable influence (liquidity, profitability and sales growth) on dividend policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In conclusion, that there was a significant effect of independent variables, namely liquidity, profitability and sales growth partially or simultaneously to the dependent variable is the dividend policy (Y) in a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the analysis we concluded that the profitability variable dominant influence on dividend policy (Y) in a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyzed financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk seen from CAR, NPL, ROA, ROA, and LDR. Analyze comparative financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk during the period 2010 - 2013. In conclusion: (1) the financial performance of PT. Bank BRI Syariah in the period 2010 - 2013 seen from CAR, NPL and ROA in the category of healthy, while ROA and LDR categorized as unhealthy; (2) the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk in the period 2010 - 2013 seen from the CAR, NPL, ROA, BOPO, and LDR in the category of healthy; (3) The results of the comparison of different test financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk and PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah is concluded that for the CAR and ROA no significant difference, while the NPL ratio, ROA and LDR there is a significant difference, in which financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk is better than the performance of spatial PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. Keywords: CAR, NPL, ROA, ROA, and LDR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of professionalism, organizational culture, career development or organizational commitment partially or simultaneously to the Organization Citizenship Behavior at the District Office employees Gondangrejo Karanganyar. In conclusion, the results of the data analysis we concluded there was a significant effect of professionalism, organizational culture, career development and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on District Office employees Gondangrejo Karanganyar. The results of the F test analysis we concluded there was a significant effect of independent variables namely professionalism, organizational culture, career development, and organizational commitment to the dependent variable is the Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the District Office employees Gondangrejo Karanganyar.
