Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significancy between: The customer value, price perceived, corporate image and service quality to customer satisfaction in Electricity Public Service Surakarta Area. The population is industry and business customer of Electricity Public Service Area Surakarta as many as 473 customer. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet through validity test and reiability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The analysis result shows: (1) The regression”s equation is Y = -3,227 + 0,55 2X1 + 0,025 X2 + 0,087 X3 + 0,139 X4. (2) The t test variable of customer value and service quality the significancy less than 0,05 so the free variables are significant effect to customer satisfaction. The t test variable of price perceived and corporate image the significancy more than 0,05 so the free variables are not significant effect to customer satisfaction. F test the significancy less than 0,05 it could be concluded that the data is significant. Coeffisien determination test is R2 = 0,764 it means that customer value, price perceived, corporate image and service quality are explain as 76,4% of the customer satisfaction Electricitty Public Service Surakarta Area, futher more influenced by the other variables. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the significance of the effect of emotional intelligence, work environment and the discipline of work and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers and analyze effect of emotional intelligence, work environment and the discipline of the employee performance with moderated by organizational commitment. The population are teachers SMKN Surakarta. Sample as much as 125 respondents with proportional simple random sampling techniques. Types of data used qualitative and quantitative. Data source used primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used documentation, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression and absolute difference value of the test. Result showed that emotional intelligence affected on teachers performance. Work environment affected on the teachers performance. Discipline affected on teachers performance. Organizational commitment affected on teachers performance. Organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of the emotional intelligence on teachers performance. Organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of work environment on teachers performance. Organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of discipline on teachers performance. Abstract

The aim of this research are to determine effect of job satisfaction on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City, effect of motivation on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City, effect of leadership on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City, and among these variables which its effect on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City is dominant. This research is a quantitative with 74 respondents of an entire population of Grand Orchid Hotel and using questionnaire method for data collection. Data analysis which used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research are job satisfaction has positive influence on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City, motivation has positive influence on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City, leadership has positive influence on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City. Among the used variables, the most dominant variable which have an influence on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City is leadership because it has the greater coefficient, is 0,348. These three variables contribute 43,9 percent on performance of Grand Orchid Hotel’s employees in Solo City. Keywords: job satisfaction, motivation, leadership, performance.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of income variable on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction, the variable quality of the product to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, the variable income to product quality, the variable income on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction mediated quality of the products. The population in this study are end-users of cosmetic products Mustika Ratu are limited. The amount numbering no role in the study sample as many as 100 people. The sampling technique using quota sampling method. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires through validity and reliability. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption. The results obtained by analysis of the questionnaire of all variables is valid and reliable. so that it can be concluded that the variable positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction is the quality of products and customer loyalty; for variable negative and significant revenue to customer satisfaction. Test results coefficient of determination of income and product quality to customer loyalty 79,7%; Test results coefficient of determination of income and product quality to customer satisfaction for the remaining 24,2% influenced other variables. Conclusion of the study The hypothesis stating “Revenue significant effect on customer loyalty and consumer satisfaction, significantly influence consumer satisfaction, Quality of products have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction" is verified. “Revenues significantly influence consumer satisfaction, Quality of products have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction" is verified. “Quality of products have a significant effect on customer loyalty, Revenue significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by the quality of the product" is not verified. ”Revenues significantly influence customer satisfaction mediated by the quality of products" is verified. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the absorption of the budget, and how the budget absorption that could affect the achievement of the performance, however, the formulation of the problem in this research is yet more evidence of the empirical or has not known how the relationship between the absorption to the achievement of performance at public sector organizations, whether minimal absorption causes the achievement of maximum performance is not or vice versa. This research method is to use exploratory analysis with analysis of cases in Boyolali District Inspectorate. The data in this analysis is the Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) and Laporan Akuntabilitas Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) Inspectorate Boyolali. Results from this study showed that the absorption has a maximum budget made, high absorption will improve performance achievements, but in the gains that have been obtained can not describe the results of the value of outcomes, benefits and impact of absorption that has been done. Abstract

SMEs are business sector that is resilient to the turmoil of changes in environmental conditions, tough and can survive compared to large business and corporations, objective research to understand and analyze the innovation strategies of SMEs which constitute Malang city branding is based on the concept of self development in innovating. This study is a qualitative study, using the paradigm fenomology. The informants are Keripik Tempe Rohani in Malang, Petani Bunga and Pusat Makanan Oleh-oleh Vigor in Batu and Batik Druju in Malang. The research findings is the theme of legacy business, consumers and competitors theme, the theme of the income, while the conclusions are (1) the reasons that encourage SMEs to innovate is the legacy business, to anticipate consumer saturation and competition, and to increase revenue; and (2) the innovation strategy undertaken by SMEs. Abstract

This study aims to find a significant effect (1) to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance with leadership in the sub-district Puskesmas Grobogan Grobogan Grobogan; (2) to analyze a significant effect on the performance of an employee's career development in PHC Grobogan Grobogan; (3) to analyze the influence of moderate leadership career development on employee performance Grobogan sub-district Puskesmas Grobogan Grobogan. This study population is officer in Puskesmas Grobogan Grobogan as many as 70 respondents. T test results in partial regression 1 show that: 1) the variable competence (X1) significantly affects the performance of employees of sub-district Puskesmas Grobogan Grobogan Grobogan. This is shown p value of 0,000 < 0,05; 2) career development variables (X2) significantly affects employee performance Grobogan Grobogan health center, this is indicated by p value 0,017 > 0,05; 3) leadership variable (X3) did not significantly influence employee performance Grobogan Grobogan Health Center. This is shown p value of 0,072 > 0,05. The hypothesis which states that "moderate leadership career development and motivation on employee performance Grobogan Grobogan health center", proved to be true. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, quality products, quality service, environment, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty KaliMilk in Surakarta. The population in this study were individuals who had visited and buy products KaliMilk in Solo and intend to loyal. A sample of 160 respondents were taken by purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using analytical tools Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The study concluded that (1) the price has no effect on customer satisfaction (2) the quality of the products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (4) significant environment effect on customer satisfaction (5) customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This study can be used as a reference for practitioners in the decision to take steps to determine marketing strategies in order to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and establish customer loyalty KaliMilk. Abstract

The aim in this study was to determine the significance of the effect of work ability, motivation and compensation to employee performance in SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi. Data collection techniques in the form of a list of questions submitted to the permanent teachers of SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi as primary data and the literature as secondary data. Number of census research as much as 38 permanent teachers and all researched. Data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, hypothesis test Moderated Regression Analysis. Results of research on work ability significantly influence employee performance SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi (0,019 < 0,05), so the H1 proven true. Motivation significant effect on employee performance SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi (0,040 < 0,05), so the H2 proven true. Compensation significant effect on employee performance SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi (0,003 < 0,05), so the H3 proven true. Limitations of this study target population of this research is that small-scale population that is limited to employees still in SMK Kesehatan Bakti Indonesia Medika Ngawi so that research results can only be generalized to the population group being targeted. Abstract

This study intended to determine the effect of Principles of Behaviour of APIP, which refers to the Permenpan No: PER / 04 / M.PAN / 03/2008, over Audit Quality. Tests were performed on 140 Internal Auditor consisting of Auditor and P2UPD in the former residency Solo Raya region. Datas were collected using questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0.M3 program. The results showed that the three principles of behavior of Integrity, Confidentiality and Competence affected audit quality, but the test results showed that the principle of objectivity has no effect. The test results are likely due to the context of Java politeness "ewuh-pakewuh" which became the cause of APIP could not understand and apply the principles of objectivity.
