Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of career development to job satisfaction of employees in the office Integrated Licensing Service Agency Sukoharjo. 2) To analyze the effect of working conditions on the job satisfaction of employees in the office Integrated Licensing Service Agency Sukoharjo. 3) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in office Integrated Licensing Service Agency Sukoharjo. Population and sample used in this study as many as 35 people. While the analysis of the data used in this study include: 1) validity and reliabilit. 2) Analysis of the path (Path Analysis). The results of the study were: 1) Career development has a significant positive effect directly on job satisfaction, career development as well as indirect influence on performance. 2) Kondisi work has a significant positive effect directly to job satisfaction, as well as conditions of employment have an indirect influence on performance. 3) Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact directly on the performance of employees. Abstract

The research aims to find out: the influence of organizational culture on employee morale General Affairs Regional Secretariat Boyolali. This research is explanatory. The population in this study are all part of the General Regional Secretariat Boyolali as many as 92 people and all the members of the study population sampled. Data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that the social welfare of the t test obtained t count > t table (12,978 < 1,67), this means that the factor of social welfare effect on employee morale at the General Affairs Regional Secretariat Boyolali. Variables that have the most dominant effect is the well-being with a regression coefficient of 0,746. Keywords: Organizational culture, Morale

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance RS Assalam Holy District. This research is the census. The data used are primary data by taking a sample of a population of 60 (sixty) respondents. This study uses analysis tools such as validity, reliability test, test multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and test coefficient determination (R2). Validity and reliability testing done by using one-shot methods to get the result that all the items declared valid and reliable. T test results showed that the Organizational Culture, Compensation and Work Discipline positive and significant impact on the performance communication while having a positive effect but no significant effect on performance. F test showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously affect performance. the results showed that the coefficient of determination of 0,855 or 85,5 percent, which means that the variability of performance variables that can be explained by the variability of the variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Discipline 85,5 percent while the remaining 14,5 percent is explained by other variables not included for example, a variable in the regression model of leadership, education and training, work environment and others. The most dominant variable is a discipline on the performance of work which can be proved by the greatest regression coefficient is 0,388 compared to other variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the direct influence of the internal audit of employee work motivation, 2) analyze the direct influence of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance of employee work motivation. 3) Analyze direct influence on the performance of internal audit staff. 4) Analyze the influence of the direct application of good corporate governance on the performance of employees. 5) Analyze the direct influence of motivation on employee performance. 6) Analyze internal auidt indirect effect on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. 7) Analyze the influence of the indirect application of good corporate governance on the performance of employees through motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees PDAM Surakarta, amounting to 444 people. The sampling technique used a proportional random sampling. The sample in this study as many as 180 employees. Types of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data sources using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using test validity, test reliability, test the assumptions of classical and path analysis. Results study showed the value 0,000 p value < 0,05 means that internal audit has a direct influence on employee work motivation. The value 0,002 p value < 0,05 means that GCG has a direct influence on work motivation. The value 0,000 p value < 0,05 means that internal audit has a direct influence on employee performance. The value 0,018 p value < 0,05 means that GCG has a direct influence on employee performance. The value 0,000 p value < 0,05 means that work motivation has a direct impact on employee performance. The direct effect of internal audit variables on performance is (0,330) while the indirect effect on the performance of internal audit through the work motivation is (0,106) so that the internal audit has undirect effect on employee performance through motivation. GCG direct influence on the performance variable is (0,511) while the indirect effect on performance through the implementation of GCG work motivation is (0,164) so the variable GCG has indirect effect on employee performance through motivation to work as intervening variable. Abstract

Batik business development in the face of global market is very important to be prepared with mature and should be based on with seriousness in making the batik business as a reliable business. An important factor in global markets, namely the United Kingdom language unity in doing business, especially in business batik exported abroad. The company batik joined his global marketing staple the two variables should consider in order to take effective decisions. Globalization cause limits business between countries invisible. Foreign designers attracted by the results of Indonesia's culture, is about batik. Therefore, the domestic batik want to preserve to be shown on world. The benefits of developing a solo batik business was able to preserve the craft batik solo that can be marketed in global marketing. Abstract

This research examined the influence of corporate culture on job performance of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. The variables consist of corporate culture and job performance. The corporate culture variables consists of six indicators, the are: (1) Innovation, (2) Outcome orientation, (3) People orientation, (4) Team orientation, (5) aggressiveness; (6) Stability. Job performance consists of (1) quality, (2), quantity, and (3) time. Data were analyzed with SEM. This research is descriptive and explanatory research survey. This study took a sample of 173 respondents, employees of PT.Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta, with random sampling. The results show that: factors: Innovation, Outcome orientation, People orientation, Team orientation, aggressivess, stability, contribution significant to support corporate cultural factors in the PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. Factors: the quantity, quality, and time has contribution to the job performance of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. Time variables contributed dominant compared with other factors. PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta corporate culture, affect the Job performance of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta. The values are determined by the corporate culture of innovation, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability as a character has shaped the culture as the main of PT. Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of product and customerqualities either directly or with customer satisfaction as mediating variable onthe customer loyalty of DGC Coffeeshop in Solo, Kutoarjo, and Sragensubsidiaries. The sample consisting of 108 customers was taken from July 7to 23, 2017. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire throughvalidity and reliability tests. Technique of analyzing data used was pathanalysis with classical assumption test. Technique of collecting data usedwas questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. Techniques ofanalyzing data used were path and classical assumption tests. From theresult of validity test, the research instrument of product quality, customerquality, customer satisfaction and product loyalty was valid. The result ofreliability test was reliable. From classical assumption test, multicoloniearity,heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests passed through thetest successfully. The result of analysis showed that product and servicequalities affected customer satisfaction. Product and service qualities did notaffect directly the customer loyalty. Customer loyalty affected significantly thecustomer loyalty. Customer satisfaction affected significantly the customerloyalty. Customer satisfaction mediated the effect of product and servicequalities on customer loyalty.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customerloyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of significant motivation, competence, and working environment on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar. Population of this study were all public employee in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar consist of 110 people, samples were collected by the census of the number of existing data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaire with validity and reliability. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption. Conclusion (1) Hypothesis 1 which states “Motivation have significant effect on performance on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” supported, (2) Hypothesis 2 which states “Competence have significant effect on performance on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” supported. (3) Hypothesis 3 which states “Work environment have significant effect on performance on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” rejected. (4) Hhypothesis 4 which states “Motivation is dominant influencing on performance public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” rejected. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and quantify the effect ofvariable tolerances of the risks, the success of self, freedom of work, and thebackground of parents work either partially or simultaneously against theinterests of students into entrepreneur. In this study, the population isSurakarta University students who already take entrepreneurship courses.Based on data obtained from the Head of the Academic Faculty ofEconomics, University of Surakarta in 2013 – 2015 amounted to 718students, while the sample is taken as many as 71,8 (72) respondents.Hypothesis analysis tools used in this study are: the classic assumption test,linear regression, t-test test, test F-test and coefficient of determination. Theresults of data analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for classical assumption,that the test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, andheteroscedasticity, shows all the variables used in this study has escapedfrom the classical assumption test. In terms of significance, seen from the ttest, that tolerance of risk (X1), the success of the self (X2), Freedom in theworks (X3), and the background of their parents' job (X4) partially positiveinfluence and significant impact on student interest into entrepreneur (Y).Furthermore, seen from the F test, proved that tolerance of risk (X1), thesuccess of the self (X2), the freedom to work (X3), and the background oftheir parents' job (X4) simultaneously affect positive and significant impacton student interest into entrepreneur (Y) , Judging from the magnitude of thecoefficient of determination (adjusted R square) which has a positive value of0,821, indicating that the interest of the students to be explained by thevariable entrepreneur will risk tolerance, personal goals, freedom in workand educational background of the parent amounted to 82,1% and thebalance of 17,9% describe their other variables that are not observed in thisstudyKeywords: tolerance of the risks, the success of self, freedom of work, thebackground of the work of parents, student interest intoentrepreneur.
