Abstract

This reasearch purpose to analyze the significant of impact: 1). leadership variable to job satisfaction, 2). organization practice variable to job satisfaction, 3). organizational commitment variable to job satisfaction, 4). The dominant variable that have impact to job satisfaction. Population of this reasearch are 60 teachers in SMKN 1 Klego. The sample of this reasearch are 60 teachers with sampling technique is sensus methode. To collecting data used quesionnaire technique with validity and relliability. The data analyzed methode used double regression linear with classic assumption. Analyzed result showed: 1). The same regression value of leadership is 0,395; value of organization practice is 0,219; value of organizational commitment is 0,197, 2). Result of variable t test significant value of leadership is 0,005 < 0,05; significant value of organization practice is 0,213 > 0,05; significant value of organizational commitment is 0,251 > 0,05, so the conclussion is variable that have possitive impact and significant to job satisfaction is leadership variable, for organization practice and organizational commitment variable have possitive impact but is not significant to job satisfaction. Result of determination coefissien test R2 is 0,410, it means impact of leadership, organization practice, and organizational commitment to job satisfaction is 41 percent, more than it’s impact of the others variable. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant influence of: (1) the performance of formal education; (2) motivation on performance; and (3) educational training on the performance of the environmental control officers Central River Region Solo. The analysis showed: (1) There is a significant relationship between formal education on performance; (2) There is a significant effect of motivation on performance; (3) There is a significant relationship between education training supervisors on employee performance environment Central River Region Solo; (4) educational training the dominant influence on the environmental performance of officers Central River Region Solo. Conclusion of the study: (1) the hypothesis that there is a significant effect of educational level on the performance of the environmental control officers Central River Region Bengawan Solo verified; (2) the hypothesis that there is a significant effect of motivation on the performance of the environmental control officers Bengawan Central River Region Solo verified; (3) the hypothesis that there is a significant effect of training on the performance of the environmental control officers Central River Region Solo. Education training is a dominant variable influence on the environmental performance of supervisors Central River Region proven true. Abstract

This study is a survey of employees in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta. The population in this study were 34 employees. The sampling technique using census. Types of data using qualitative data and quantitative data. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the leadership skills of employee discipline in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta. There was a significant effect of organizational commitment to employee discipline in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta Surakarta, no significant effect on the morale of discipline employees in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta Surakarta. Organizational Commitment dominant influence on employee discipline in the State Property Office and Auction Surakarta not truth but morale variable is the variable that the dominant influence on employee discipline . Abstract

This research aims to test: 1) the influence of a job satisfaction toward the employees motivation, 2) the influence of a job discipline toward the employees motivation, 3) the influence of a job satisfaction toward the employees performance, 4) the influence of a job discipline toward the employees performance, 5) the influence of a motivation toward the employees performance. The data are collected from 120 employees by using a accidental sampling. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as the validity test by using a product moment test and the reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha technique; linearity test by using Langrange Multiplier test; the hypothesis test such as: path analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient (R2); correlation between variable and than direct effect and indirect effect. The research result shows that: 1) the influence of a job satisfaction positive significant toward the employees motivation, 2) the influence of a job discipline positive significant toward the employees motivation, 3) the influence of a job satisfaction insignificant toward the employees performance, 4) the influence of a job discipline positive significant toward the employees performance, 5) the influence of a motivation positive significant toward the employees performance, 6) the role of motivation on influence job satisfaction and job discipline toward the employees performance and while its explained by other factors which are involved in the regression model such as a job culture and education. Abstract

This research is purpose to analyze impact of work motivation to teachers work in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta, analyze impact of discipline to teachers performance in Senior High School of Assalam Surakarta, analyze impact of headmaster leadership to teachers work in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta, analyze impact of work motivation that moderated of headmaster leadership to teachers performance in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta, analyze impact of discipline that moderated of headmaster leadership to teachers performance in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta. Population of this research are 55 teachers in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta. Sampling technique used census method. Collecting data technique used questioners by validity and reliability test. The analyze data used double linier regression and absolute difference test. Result of this research showed: first hypothesis coefficient significant of work motivation variable is 0,145, so motivation variable is not have significant impact to teachers performance. Second hypothesis coefficient significant of discipline variable is 0,372, so discipline variable is not have significant impact to teachers performance. Third hypothesis coefficient significant of headmaster leadership variable is 0,075, so headmaster leadership variable is not have significant impact to teachers performance. So headmaster leadership is not moderated work motivation to teachers performance and headmaster leadership is not moderated discipline to teachers performance. Result of determination regression test showed that R2 0,310, so impact value of work motivation and discipline variable to teachers performance with headmaster leadership as moderate variable is 31 percent, more than it is influenced the others variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care for a parent satisfaction and loyalty to the MI State Grogol Sukoharjo district. The technique of determining the sample in this study with census method that sampled all members of the population, as many as 100 parents of students, data analysis using path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of this study show a negative and significant effect tangible loyalty, reliability and no significant positive effect on loyalty, responsiveness and a significant negative effect on loyalty, security and significant positive effect on loyalty, concern has positive and significant impact on the loyalty of parents MI State Grogol Sukoharjo district. The results of path analysis is a direct path (direct effect) is the direct influence of the reliability, security, greater awareness of the influence of indirect and direct influence and responsiveness tangible smaller than the indirect effect. . Total value of determination of 0,4924 has a variance of loyalty explained by the variable reliability, security, care, and responsiveness tangible of 49,24%, the remaining 50,76% is explained variables outside the model. Abstract

This research has correlation with Lesson Financial accounting and Accountancy Inspection/Auditing, and in this research is aimed to know the content of effectiveness instruction of Financial Accounting and Accountancy Inspection/auditing in lessening or eliminate gap expectation that exist in business world. This research use survey method which is in form of questioner, population taken from public accountant which practice as auditor in Surakarta region and S1 of Accountancy STIE-AUB Surakarta student. Responder divided to two comparison, first comparison is between student which has not yet taken Lesson of Auditing with student which have taken Lesson of Auditing, while second comparison is between student which have taken Auditing lesson with Auditor. Variables that researched are performance attribute, communications and responsibility result of audition. data examination is conducted after data tested its kolmogorof smirnov, validity test use the correlation of moment product and reliability test use cronbach alpha Result of normality test show abnormal value with < 0,05 that make the testing data is needed using non parametric statistic test, in this thesis writer choose Mann Whitney U. Validity test show Valid with value> r tables (0,159). Reliability test show Capable with value to the 0,600. Examination of data Statistical using non parametric Mann Whitney from the third variable of first comparison is performance attribute 0,737 > 0,05 (not significant), auditor responsibility 0,446 > 0,05 (not significant), the communication of the auditing result is 0,000 < 0,05 (significant). The second comparison shows 0,001 < 0,05 (significant) for the attribute of performance, 0,738 > 0,05 (not significant) for the Auditor responsibility and for the communication of auditing result 0,000 < 0,05 (significant). From those numbers we can conclude that Auditing lesson is less effective to reduce expectation gap for performance attribute variables and communication of auditing result, meanwhile for whom auditor responsible, expectation gap can be reduced. Abstract

The high employee performance is a feat achieved by the employee at a certain level. The purpose of this research is to determine the significance of the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a moderating variable in hospital employees in Karanganyar. The collection of data in the form of a questionnaire reply as the primary data and the literature as secondary. The number of samples are 107 employees with cluster sampling method with random sampling. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing Moderated Regression Analysis. Moderated Regression Analysis Results of calculation I shows the performance of hospital employees in Karanganyar affected by job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and interaction of the two. In individual job satisfaction affect the performance of hospital employees in Karanganyar. Organizational Citizenship Behavior significantly moderate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance hospital. In individual organizational commitment affect the performance of hospital employees in Karanganyar. Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables showed significantly moderate the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence that occurred between (1) the quality poduk on purchasing decisions, (2) the price of the purchase decision, (3) the distribution channel to the purchasing decision, (4) the promotion of the purchase decision, (5) the attractiveness posting messages to purchasing decisions, (6) trust on purchase decisions, (7) the reputation of the purchase decision, (8) the quality of service to the buying decision, and (9) buying interest on product purchasing decisions House of Harumi in Surakarta. Population House of Harumi 2015 as many as 150 people. Samples were taken based on the table Cohen and Morrison were 108 people with accidental sampling technique. Test Data instrument validity and reliability test. Data were analyzed using classical assumption (multicollinearity, autocorrelation and normality test) and test hypotheses (multiple linear regression, t-test, the accuracy of the model (F) and test the coefficient of determination (R2)). The data obtained are measured with Likert scale. The results of the analysis of data obtained all the data obtained from the questionnaire is valid and reliable, no data multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity does not happen, no autocorrelation and each normally distributed variables 0.771. For variables that significantly influence the purchasing decisions of products House of Harumi only occurs in the variable quality of the product price, promotion, quality of service, and buying interest. As for the variable distribution channels, the attractiveness of the posts, reputation and trust does not significantly influence the purchasing decisions of products House of Harumi. The variables that influence most dominant in this research is the quality of the product. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the significance of the influence of motivation, work climate, the level of education on labor productivity Saraswati Sukoharjo vocational teachers. The study population was a vocational teacher Saraswati Sukoharjo. Sample of 40 respondents to the census techniques. The type of data using qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data using primary and secondary data. Documentation and data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study that motivation significant effect on labor productivity, labor climate significant effect on labor productivity and the level of education have a significant effect on the productivity of labor.
